The hotel was clean and had a washing machine, as well as a convenient space for drying clothes. However, the bathroom was slightly dirty and some of the furniture looked a little worn out. The location was convenient, about 1 km from the Temple of Heaven and around a 15-minute DiDi ride to the palace. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a convenient location.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and with countless restaurants nearby – dining is incredibly convenient! The receptionist was not only stunningly beautiful but also exceptionally kind and understanding. Five-star review! Overall, my stay at Four Points by Sheraton this time was a fantastic experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a quiet and restful night's sleep. Special thanks to the duty manager, Joe. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, but Joe responded quickly, handled it professionally and thoughtfully, and was very polite. He resolved the issue properly, truly reflecting the high service standards of a branded hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the public areas were well-maintained. It's very suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Close to Beijing South Railway Station, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Does the hotel owner love stars or something, lol? There are so many star elements everywhere, from the entrance to the inner lobby and the corridors, it's really beautiful 🤩. The waiting area is practically a walking VIP private room. You can upgrade your room type at the front desk for an additional 49 RMB. The upgraded room is perfectly square with no slanted corners, and the front desk staff explained everything very clearly. Breakfast offers a good variety (and they even offer packed meals if you have an early train, which is incredibly thoughtful).

Bringing my family to Beijing for a trip, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! The room was clean and tidy, the smart room control was simple and convenient to use, and it even came with a mini-fridge, making for a great stay. The public areas were well-maintained and sparkling clean, and there's a self-service laundry room, which is super practical for travelers. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, and they even recommended Niu Jie Ya'er Liji Hotpot to us, which was absolutely delicious! Overall, I'm very satisfied and will choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept incredibly well. Plus, the view from the window was lovely and really brightened our mood. A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Yu at the front desk, who was simply wonderful! She had a sweet smile and provided excellent service, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful bonus for our trip. When we needed a late check-out, she was very accommodating and enthusiastically helped us arrange it, allowing us to pack without rushing. She also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, saving us a lot of hassle. Ms. Yu was consistently gentle and patient, always ready to assist, truly treating guests like family. Thanks to her attentiveness, this trip felt extra special and warm. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Stayed for a couple nights and an experience was good. The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Even though location of the hotel was far from a center of the city, it was close to the station of subway and Wanda plaza, where you can go shopping and eating. I would definitely stay here next time. Very thankful for desk ladies for their kindness.
