This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, and there wasn't even a hint of an odor in the bathroom. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the front desk lady had such a warm smile and even offered to help me with my luggage. The location is great too, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend!

The rooms are clean and tidy with modern facilities and plenty of charging points. The inner-facing rooms overlook a quiet courtyard with soft sunlight, perfect for families and elderly guests. Breakfast is plentiful. The location is convenient, close to Qinghe and Shangdi subway stations, making it easy to get around. There's free parking for private cars. It's right next to the large Shangdi Dongli residential area, which is great for visiting friends and family in the community. The restaurant and interior design are beautiful, creating a wonderful vacation atmosphere. My family will definitely choose to stay here again next time they visit.

Decent hotel, horrible customer service. I had to change my booking and wouldn't allow cancelation, change or any adjustment to the booking They charged me for 4 night although I checked out after 1 night. Highway robbery and theft.

The room was clean and tidy with good natural light. The facilities were complete and brand new, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The environment was quiet, not noisy, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next stay.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded my room for free and signed me up for a complimentary membership. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows with greenery outside. (Highly recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended!) The room facilities were a bit dated, but the design was excellent. There were many practical mirrors and cozy ambient lights. The hygiene was decent. Everything from the lobby to the room smelled wonderful. Even the toiletries had a lovely scent. I highly recommend asking for the 'Atour Wisdom' hidden menu item: makeup remover + facial cleanser. After washing, you'll smell great, and even the bedding in the duvet smells lovely. I prefer hotels without smart home systems; the quietness without a voice assistant makes me feel at ease. However, most of the light switches were concentrated on one side of the bed, and the curtains couldn't be opened manually, requiring the bedside switch, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was average, and a bit greasy for my taste. They offered both Chinese and Western options. There was no soy milk, but they did have skim and whole milk (heartbreaking for someone who can't drink milk). The washing machines were self-service 24/7, with laundry detergent, disinfectant, and fabric softener available. You could write down your washing and drying needs and attach them to the machine with a magnet. Staff would then help with drying, and in the morning, someone would fold your clean clothes and hang them on your doorknob. (Highly recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended!) The book 'Qi Shi and Hanshan Poems' by the bedside was quite interesting. The basement floor had many books and large tables for studying or working. Both adults and children maintained quietness, creating a great atmosphere. There was also a fan painting event during the May Day holiday. I'd like to thank the staff for their patient hospitality. I was granted a late checkout until 4 PM and received a complimentary gift.

This is my second stay here. The last time, I was in Beijing for studies at Tsinghua University, and this time, I'm with friends and their kids for a trip. As an international chain, the service is standardized, the room facilities are new, and everything is intelligently controlled. It's very quiet, so I had a really good rest. The breakfast is a delightful blend of Chinese and Western options, featuring dishes like Zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles) and beef noodles, along with a wide variety of Chinese and Western pastries. The hotel is very close to Yuanmingyuan Park and Tsinghua University. If you're planning to take the high-speed train to Badaling Great Wall, you can catch it at Qinghe Station, which is just over a ten-minute drive from the hotel.

My stay at the Aige Garden Hotel was absolutely perfect! The garden-style environment created such a wonderful ambiance, with lush greenery everywhere, offering a peaceful and secluded setting. The room was spotlessly clean and felt both fresh and inviting. All the in-room amenities were complete and worked perfectly, including the fresh air system and bathroom facilities. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making my entire stay comfortable and pleasant. This hotel is truly an ideal choice for anyone visiting Beijing!

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station, making transportation easy. The room was comfortable, and a robot could deliver meals. There was a desk in the room, which was great for dining and working. The AC and TV worked perfectly. It's also very close to a shopping mall. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.
