Hotels in Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen, Beijing

I chose Jingxi Hotel for my business trip, and it was super convenient, just a few hundred meters' walk away. As soon as you enter, there's a small goldfish pond, and the first floor houses a spacious coffee shop. My room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and effective blackout curtains. They even provide body lotion, which is perfect for dry Beijing weather, haha. Stepping out of the hotel, Panjiayuan Antique Market is just a few minutes away, and there are restaurants and supermarkets all within easy reach.

Lovely place to stay with traditional Chinese vibes, this is a courtyard style hotel in the heart of Beijing and within the busy cultural tourist area (Qianmen Street). Most of the economical rooms are located at B1 & B2 and have all the typical amenities and guest needs like fridge, slippers, grooming kit, etc. One feature that was outstanding was the activity area (Chinese calligraphy and stamping art) for guests to try - free of charge Staff are polite, speak basic English, and helpful to guests (they even did our booking for Tiananmen Square). Would recommend to any tourist who wants a central location thats well-connected to other parts of the city Btw, we found this hotel to be known by multiple names - Xinmingji Hotel (on maps), Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (at its entrance), and The Yard Hotel (in its lobby) so it may be confusing to identify. Do note that Qianmen Street is not accessible to cars so guests will have to walk 100 to 200 m to reach the hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven and the subway station, making it super easy to visit the Temple of Heaven Park and get around by metro. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they even upgraded our room for free! All the staff were really nice too. 🌹

The hotelroom has everything needed, such as water bottle and cleaning Service erverday or fresh Towels. The bed was a little to firm for me, so it took me some days to get used to it. It was clean but the toilet could be more clean. The hotel staff is very kind and made everything to have a good time there. They even offer Service, so you can order from outside and deliver it to the hotel The location is quiet and you don't hear the streets, but is a little far from the metro and the city Center. But a nice surrounding if you like the residential area. Would recommend!

We checked in on Sunday morning and were warmly welcomed by a helpful receptionist who assisted with luggage storage. Hotel room is clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The hotel location is great, between Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing. However, scaffolding was set up around the building due to repair works. Despite this, the staff handled things well—helping us change rooms, fixing minor issues, and even returning items we left behind. A staff member named Baozi stood out for his professionalism and helpfulness, especially when assisting us with Didi transport for our group and luggage. Breakfast was average but convenient, starting at 6:30 a.m., though we missed it one day due to an early trip to the Badaling Great Wall.

Came to this hotel for the Beijing Marathon. The front desk service was excellent; I even recognized one of the beautiful front desk staff as being from my hometown. The hygiene and environment are great, and the housekeeping aunties are also lovely. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. It's also very convenient for getting around, as it's close to the subway.

Located next to Longtan Park, it's a bit far from the subway, but there are bus stops nearby. The room size is just right, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained. A plus is the presence of heating and air conditioning, which is great for winter; my laundry dried overnight. The housekeeping staff were incredibly welcoming. When I asked for two bottles of water, they brought four – I was very grateful. My takeout was delivered to my room by a robot, without me even having to go downstairs. Breakfast included soy milk from Ziguangyuan, steamed buns, braised eggs, and pickled vegetables – quite thoughtful. The housekeeper heated it up and brought it to our room – I was very grateful. They even delivered some Xinjiang nuts in the evening, and a small gift was given to me when I checked out.

The hotel I chose to go out to play is very convenient to go to nearby attractions, the environment is clean and elegant, and the lobby is comfortable. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the stay was particularly safe. The staff is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are efficient, and they can respond in time if there is a need. Services and facilities are impeccable.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Manxin Mansion Hotel that is situated directly in the Hutong area. The room was nice and comfortable for exploring Beijing from. To the south gate of Tiananmnen square for example, it just takes a 15 minutes walk. Most of all we want to highlight the very friendly, always dedicated and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist us with any inquiries we had

The room was spotless and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable; I slept soundly all night long. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with simple yet stylish decor and thoughtful details throughout. It offers excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. It truly deserves five stars!
