"This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the station. The walk there is lined with tons of restaurants, and right behind the hotel is a shopping street, so eating and shopping are both a breeze. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. I skipped the breakfast since there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and honestly, Japan's coffee shops are fantastic for a quick bite too!"

"The hotel is super close to the subway station, right at the exit. The room was generally clean, and both comfort and quietness were good. It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, about 15 minutes. Breakfast was quite expensive, so I didn't eat at the hotel; there's a Matsuya across the street which was a good alternative."

"The locationn is very close to shopping areas such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market. There's also a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby, located behind the building. The accommodation is clean, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo are provided. The bed is a good size, not too narrow. My room was on the second floor and had limited space for luggage. There's a corner outside the room with tea and coffee service and a refrigerator, but it's quite cramped. You can buy food and heat it up there. Because the accommodation doesn't have much common space, you need to be mindful of noise levels."

"I had a wonderful stay at Premier Hotel Cabin President Osaka. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. We needed help sending my luggage to Tokyo via Sagawa, and the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. A very special thank you to Tsujimoto and Echigo, they were incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. They explained the process clearly and made sure my luggage was safely arranged, which gave me great peace of mind. Their hospitality made my trip so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a room for three, but judging by the dimensions, it was a double. It was impossible to arrange three mattresses exactly. And after three mattresses were unfolded, only a strip of about 20 centimeters remained on both sides, so the suitcases were covered by the mattresses; otherwise, there was nowhere to put them. Upon check-in, we were given the wrong code for the front door, so we couldn't get in. Luckily, there were people inside near the entrance and they opened the door for us. It turned out they had also been given the wrong code. One night, at about 12:30 a.m., some kind of alarm went off and blared loudly for about 20 minutes. No one knew why it was screaming, what to do, or how to turn it off. So we didn't get much sleep."

"Although the hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from the metro station though it may not be best ideal when you need to walk back to the hotel late at night with hand full of shopping. I am not a smoker and i was known at point of booking that the room is for smoker though would be nice if at point of check in the hotel can ask me again so a possibly to have a non smoking room. There were massage chair outside of the onsen foyer which I am quite appreciated though even with the blinds down in the evening, the sun is still creaking through the side of the blinds showering directly to my face which can get quite hot and stopping me to open my eyes during my massage on the chair. Suggest also to have more information on the commute to Namba station for early train to airport when metro is not available. There is no USB plug in the room and I am glad that I have prepared my own socket. Overall I have a good experience staying at this hotel and I see that some of the details can be easily improved to elevate the hospitality."

"Wow, this is my first time staying in such a spacious room! **Environment:** It's right by Exit 5 of Rinku Town Station, and there's a 24-hour supermarket next door. Getting to the outlets is super convenient too. **Facilities:** They offer free luggage storage, and when you check in, they'll ask if you need the airport shuttle, which is also free. **Service:** The front desk provides various toiletries. There's a Family Mart convenience store on the second floor of the hotel, so you don't even need to go outside."

"The hotel was smaller than I expected, but the two 1.5-meter beds were still enough for our family of three. Perhaps due to its location, the price was only 300 RMB less than a Marriott I booked, but the living experience was worlds apart. The room felt a bit cramped for three people, and there wasn't even space in the bathroom for my toiletry bag. Maybe it's fine for a solo traveler. The biggest flaw of this hotel is the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear normal conversations from next door, which made me worry about my sleep, but it turned out okay in the end. There are breakfast places nearby, and we walked a few steps to a delicious BBQ place for dinner. The next day, we walked to Daimaru Department Store in under 10 minutes. The hotel's location and convenience are undeniable. There's a massage chair in the lobby that you can use for free for 15 minutes, which is a huge plus! I didn't try the free noodles in the evening or the breakfast, so I can't comment on those. I forgot to take pictures of the interior, so the attached photo is of my favorite breakfast spot nearby."
