"LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day….you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly."

"The room was nice, enough space to open luggage etc, come with 1 type c and 1 usb plug. 2 bathroom and 2 toilet on my floor for female, the washer and dryer is available at lv1. The bathroom got a little messy on 2 of those night i stayed, prolly because the other ppl stayed there didn't throw papers nicely. It was not cleaned for a night or 2. Tho hotel was not bad, but the location is slightly unsafe, as the route from donbutusen-mae need to go through small dark alleys. From JR wise, its just one route, but left right has no shops open starting evening, with constrcution sites plus a factory-looking place. Will be ok if you are not a solo traveller imo!"

"Hotel was very near to the train station , lawson convenient store. From the train station u just need to pass 1 traffic light and u are arrived. Hotel was super clean, tidy but the shower room and toilet was outside the room, located at the ground level, but itsokay, everything was fine ! The hotel also near to some attraction places, and still at a resonae price compared to others, Recommended!💯"

"Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!"

"The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff, a young man from Northeast China, was very friendly. The location is super convenient, right next to a large supermarket, and only a 500-meter walk to Daikokucho subway station. It's really easy to get to Shinsaibashi and Tennoji from here."

"My dream hotel! Staying here for five nights was such a blessing; it significantly boosted the happiness of my entire Kansai trip. It honestly made me so disappointed with the hotels I stayed in afterward. From now on, whenever I come to Osaka, I'm definitely staying here. The room was spacious, and the mattress and bedding were incredibly soft and clean – I slept so comfortably. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed duvet cover, which felt very hygienic (unlike another hotel of the same caliber I stayed in later, where they only used a single sheet between the duvet insert and the bottom sheet. Every time I moved, the sheets, duvet, and cover would all get tangled up – it was disgusting! Plus, the material felt as terrible as curtain fabric; it infuriated me!). The bathroom wasn't huge but was very clean, and all the fixtures were new. There were two bottles of mineral water provided. You need your room card to use the elevator. The view of the river from the window was beautiful, both during the day and at night."

"✨ Acro Capsule Hotel (Japan) 🇯🇵 My first time staying in a capsule hotel, and honestly, I was more impressed than I expected! 📍 Location: Amazing! It’s very close to Dotonbori—just a few minutes’ walk to food, shopping, and nightlife. Also near train stations, so getting around is super convenient. 🛏 Capsule Room: I thought it would be very small, but it’s actually more spacious than expected. I could stretch out comfortably. There’s decent privacy with a curtain, plus a power outlet and personal light. 🧼 Cleanliness: Highly rated! The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Amenities are provided, including towels and a hair dryer. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English, which makes everything much easier. 👍 Pros: - Great value for money, perfect for budget travelers - Excellent central location - Secure system with lockers for your belongings ⚠️ Cons: - If you get an upper capsule, climbing up and down can be a bit inconvenient (though it’s slightly cheaper than the lower one) - Some noise is unavoidable since it’s a shared space - It can feel a bit warm or stuffy at times 💬 Overall: Perfect for solo travelers or anyone who wants to try the capsule hotel experience in Japan. If you don’t mind limited personal space, it’s definitely worth it!"

"Facilities: Great. Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Ambiance: Nice, very good. Service: Good. Every time I come to Japan, when I'm traveling solo, I choose this place. The private small rooms are clean, hygienic, and excellent, with no strange odors. I genuinely recommend it. The subway station is right next door."

"Coming from the airport, we took the Nankai Line to ”Tengachaya,” then transferred to the K-Line subway to Ebisuchō Station, which is very close. The hotel is right there when you exit. Actually, there's no need to book breakfast at the hotel; it's a set meal. There's a FamilyMart right across the street, and downstairs, there's a local udon noodle shop (Men no Sho Tsurumaru Udon (Nipponbashi store)) with a few tables and reasonable prices, so breakfast isn't necessary. We actually couldn't get used to their breakfast, FamilyMart is better. It's about a 20-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and Namba. To get to Kyoto, you can take the Keihan Electric Railway from Yodoyabashi."

"I'll start with the morning, which is the food. It's delicious and varied; in my experience, the main dishes are repeated every 3-4 days. The location is absolutely perfect, with all the shops within walking distance, including a family market nearby. The metro is 5-10 minutes away, as are any other services. The train station is about a 40-minute drive away. There's also a dispenser (coffee, tea, toothbrushes, etc.) on the ground floor near the elevator."
