GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. A direct train from the airport gets you there in 45 minutes, and then it's just a short walk through the Namba Parks shopping street to reach the hotel. Having only been open for two or three years, all the facilities are still quite new. The lobby is incredibly high-ceilinged and has a distinct Thai feel, instantly giving you a relaxing, vacation vibe the moment you step in. We booked two rooms this time. One faced the commercial area and was very quiet. The other faced the railway, so we could hear some train sounds at night, but it wasn't a major issue. The rooms themselves are very bright, well-laid out, and equipped with modern facilities, featuring a clean, contemporary style. There are tons of dining options around the hotel. If you don't want to venture far, exploring the nearby malls or Takashimaya, which is just a 5-minute walk away, is a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserWe stayed on the 26th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. Our room also had an air purifier with a humidifying function, which was really practical. The cleanliness was spot on. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of Osaka, making shopping and dining, whether in malls or small shops, fantastic. The malls also have great discounts in the evenings, which is super convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs from the theater, and we just hopped on it for a quick nap and were at Kansai T1 in no time. Staying here makes getting around incredibly easy.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day.
Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere.
Onsen was great and not too busy.
Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and the location is pretty convenient, just minutes away from the nearest station - Nishi nagahori line.
However, I think it’s pretty weird that you are only entitled for 2 500ml water bottles for one night. Would suggest that they install a tap at the lobby so that all guests can refill whenever.
Overall a good stay for its price!

Ssome daniilExcellent hotel for the price. We stayed in a corner room with a city view, and it was really beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was very nice that they fulfilled our request to stay on a higher floor. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the bathroom was great too. The room was cleaned every day, although it was the so-called “eco cleaning.” Overall everything was great, and the hotel has this very distinct aroma. Also, the inner garde is super cool!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and smelled fresh. I was initially worried if I'd have space to open my suitcase, but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is super close to two different subway stations and also to Shinsaibashi. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right across from Fukushima Station, with a direct Kanku Express line to the airport. It's also just a 3-minute walk to the Hanshin Line station for trips to Kobe. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the service is excellent. We booked two rooms, and they proactively arranged for them to be on the same floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Osaka.

Ssusanhe77Highly recommend staying here! First, it's super convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the airport bus stop, and there's a direct underground passage to both the subway and JR stations right from the hotel. Second, even though it's in a bustling area and close to the station, it's surprisingly not noisy. Third, dining is a breeze with restaurants both inside and below the hotel. Shopping is also incredibly convenient, with three shopping malls and electronics stores all within a ten-minute walk.
