Great
GGuest UserEverything was great, just one small thing: the room was really, really tiny. It was hard to open our luggage, especially since we had three bags. But it was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were self-service, and there's a McDonald's right next door, which was very convenient.

GGuest UserAbsolutely incredible experience. The public bath and amenities was a wonder after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, all areas were clean. The staff were impossible to fault as they were polite and thoughtful on every opportunity. For the price of a hostel room this is service for a higher end hotel.

Hhuam****I initially booked for three days, and was so pleased with the hotel that I extended my stay for another seven. We ended up staying a total of seven days here. Besides the excellent location and convenient transportation, the room size was decent and didn't feel cramped. Plus, in addition to a shower, there was also a bathtub.

AAnonymous User1. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Shinsaibashi, and there's a subway station nearby. The area is fantastic for exploring, with plenty of izakayas and convenience stores.
2. The lobby has a wide array of daily necessities like toothbrushes, facial masks, combs, bath powders, etc. You can take what you need.
3. Although the room is small, it's well-equipped and perfectly functional (mini-fridge, TV, hairdryer, and a humidifier, which is essential for dry winter air and helps reduce static! 🙂). You can choose different room sizes (which affects the price).
4. The cleanliness is excellent, very spotless, and the bed and pillows are comfortable.
5. The hotel breakfast is also very good (1600 Yen), but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it.
6. The front desk staff are all very polite and enthusiastic.

MMaria CharoThe hotel is in between Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is decent size for two people, though 2 open luggages can only be done halfway open, but sti ok. There’s free hot & cold drinks at the lounge area which is open from 5am to 12mn.
The buffet breakfast is nice, mostly local Japanese foods (which we like), i can say that the cereal can be considered western. 😁
There’s a family mart just 2-5mins walk. And you can also walk to Namba from the hotel.
Overall, it is a good hotel choice when in Osaka.

GGuest UserCompared to places back home, it's definitely on the smaller side, but for Japan, the size is actually quite acceptable. It wasn't as cramped or dated as I'd imagined. With the lights on, it felt quite cozy, and the window provided good natural light. My only minor gripes were the lack of complimentary water and that housekeeping only came every three days. On the plus side, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is super convenient, and it's also very close to Tenkachaya Station. The neighborhood is residential and felt very safe, completely unlike what some online comments suggest about the 'western district' being full of homeless people; even at 9 or 10 PM, there were no drunks or homeless individuals around. Luggage storage is under camera surveillance with no staff supervision, which initially made me a little worried, but my bags were perfectly safe after half a day. All in all, it's very affordable and offers excellent value for money. 🫶

CChocoAlisonThe location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.
나나리WangThis hostel is an absolute gem! The location couldn't be more perfect—just a short walk from the stunning Osaka Castle, the fascinating museum, and the beautiful surrounding park. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to offer helpful local tips. The area is super convenient, packed with convenience stores and with metro stations close by, making exploring the entire city a breeze.
The atmosphere was warm, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. For the price, the value is outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay here and will be recommending it to all my friends. Without a doubt, I will choose this hostel again on my next trip to Osaka!

GGuest UserFacilities: The hardware is excellent. There are many power outlets in the room, and it even has USB ports for direct charging. There's a cool-white lighted makeup mirror, which is very convenient for women. You can even open a 28-inch suitcase in the hallway.
Cleanliness: This was the cleanest hotel I stayed in during my 13 days in Japan.
Environment: The location is great, right in the Umeda commercial district. There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven both about 200 meters away.
Bonus: The breakfast is really delicious. The curry rice is even better than what you'd find in a regular curry restaurant.

BBilly ShaoNot sure why there were so many negative reviews on Google maps, my experience there was great! I had no problem with self checking in after reading reviews to put in your name in with no spaces, front desk staff were friendly. The room is quite small but at least you get your own washroom and bath. There are coin laundry and vending machines on the first floor for convenience and I did not have any issue with noise at night, although the wall is a bit thin. The only issue for me was the wifi, had trouble opening any web page at times. Overall was a good experience.
