An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, right next to Exit 1A of Yotsubashi Station, and just a few minutes' walk straight to Shinsaibashi Station. It's incredibly convenient for transport yet surprisingly quiet. There's a Torikizoku right opposite, so dining options are great. While the room wasn't huge, there was more than enough space to open two suitcases. All the facilities were excellent, and the shower drainage was incredible – no matter how strong the water pressure, not a single drop overflowed! The breakfast was exquisite, with a great variety, and they refilled dishes very promptly. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; when I had a small issue, a front desk attendant arrived at my room within a minute, even though it was almost 1 AM. I'm very grateful for their help! Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is truly excellent. Coming out of the north exit of Namba Station on the Nankai Line, you'll find a large plaza. Head right and you'll see two pathways. Take the one on the right, and when you reach a fork, turn right again to find the Don Quijote Sennichimae store. If you go straight left out of the pathway, cross the street, and then turn right, you'll reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, and other popular spots, making shopping and dining exceptionally convenient. Even many day tour meeting points are nearby. The hotel rooms aren't large, but they are very new and come with a full set of toiletries, so you don't need to bring anything. The price is also affordable, and I didn't even have to pay the accommodation tax! Highly recommended!

Cons: The room was a bit small. Pros: They have hot springs, and they're quite good. The breakfast was also decent; I just wish the hours were a little longer. The transportation is fairly convenient, with the subway station a few hundred meters away. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is great for picking up essentials.

The room is clean and quite spacious compared with other same-class hotels. They also provide microwave in the front office, so that you can heat your meals, amenities also quite complete. The location is also excellent—it's within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to reach many restaurants and shopping areas.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.

Coming from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.

It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery. The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant. Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently. The area offers a few dining options, with restaurants serving tasty food at very reasonable prices. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby is also convenient, where you can make small purchases and withdraw cash from ATMs available 24/7—a true plus for travelers. In summary, this is a great choice for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, well-connected to the city, with all essential services close at hand

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Facilities: The hardware is excellent. There are many power outlets in the room, and it even has USB ports for direct charging. There's a cool-white lighted makeup mirror, which is very convenient for women. You can even open a 28-inch suitcase in the hallway. Cleanliness: This was the cleanest hotel I stayed in during my 13 days in Japan. Environment: The location is great, right in the Umeda commercial district. There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven both about 200 meters away. Bonus: The breakfast is really delicious. The curry rice is even better than what you'd find in a regular curry restaurant.
