GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

AAnonymous UserThe InterContinental Osaka is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed in when it comes to service. The housekeeping is virtually perfect; even the toiletries and skincare products on the bathroom counter are artfully arranged. The hotel's location is excellent – you step right out and start shopping. Plus, the rooms are incredibly spacious. A huge thumbs up!

EEthan 777Patina Osaka faces Osaka Castle directly. It's not in the loudest commercial area, yet it maintains a perfect distance from the city's core. The hotel's design perfectly blends Japanese aesthetics with luxury. Check-in is completed in a dedicated seating area. My main complaint, however, is the breakfast; the selection is truly meager and doesn't match the room rate. I have a habit of collecting room key cards, and this hotel's card is quite special. When I asked a male staff member if I could keep it, I was told no. I worried there might be a miscommunication due to my English, so the next day I specifically asked a local friend to inquire in Japanese, and he was also told it wasn't allowed. When checking out, I, still hopeful, asked a female staff member at the front desk, who appeared to be from Southeast Asia. She gave me a satisfying answer and was very enthusiastic. This little detail isn't a complaint, just a share. Perhaps the young man was an intern and wasn't fully aware. Ultimately, a pleasant outcome is all that matters.

XXiaoyuhuiThe location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

LLianNullA really excellent Four Seasons. Both the service and facilities are great. The rooms have a Japanese touch while still incorporating the Four Seasons' signature style, and I love the design. The hotel is a bit far from the subway stations, so taking a taxi is more convenient.

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children to Osaka. They have a shuttle bus directly to Osaka Station, making shopping a breeze and eliminating the need to plan your transportation. There's also a shuttle to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), which you need to book in advance, just be sure to be on time. For the return trip, you'll need to make your own way back, but the subway is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka. Highly, highly recommend!

GGuest User1. The rubbish bin is one tiny one which we can’t dispose our rubbish in. And there’s no trash bag in the bin.  2. The room is very dusty whenever the housekeeping clean the room. That shows it is not clean enough. 3. Reception counter - ********, *****, ******* and a local ******** lady staff provide excellent service. Besides them, there’s a male staff (looks like ***** or ******* ***********) avoid answering me when I asked him about the routes I wanted to go. No good for him. People will think he’s trying to shed his responsibilities.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers a truly great overall experience. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel environment is also very pleasant, with a comfortable atmosphere – not noisy at all, which allowed for a great rest. The staff were very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions, and responded quickly. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast had a wide variety, including a live noodle station and many local specialties, and everything tasted great. I stayed for several nights and had a very good overall experience. It's definitely worth recommending!

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
