"Even with a lot of tour groups, they handle everything perfectly. The hotel has many floors and rooms, and I really enjoyed its classic charm. While the facilities are a bit older, it doesn't affect their functionality. The river view room was absolutely stunning, much better than any other hotel I've stayed at. The lobby bar and restaurant also offer genuine, real river views. Breakfast was remarkable, and the service was top-notch, truly a perfect score. They upgraded my room and even escorted us there, mentioning a surprise. The chocolate birthday cake was delicious, and the fruit platter was very fresh. They also gave us a complimentary traditional dessert platter – highly recommend this place!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Downtown Antique Hotel. We arrived very late at night after a long journey, tired and hungry, but the staff welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. Since most restaurants were already closed, the hotel team went out of their way to help us order food and even paid for it on our behalf until we could settle everything the next day. Their generosity and care made us feel truly welcomed and safe. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, with a great location in downtown Cairo close to many attractions. What made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. "I stayed for about 3 nights, and since the road is right next door, the honking was incredibly loud (it was about the same whether I closed the window or not...). Aside from not being able to sleep the entire time I was there because of the noise, the condition of the accommodation was decent and the staff were very, very friendly. However, finding the place was extremely difficult... It would have been easier to find if there had been some written signage on the building, but I couldn't find the entrance at all and had to ask around to find it. Overall, it was okay, but the honking was so excessive that it was painful, so if I go back to Egypt, I have no intention of staying there again. Oh, and if you use the hot water for too long, only cold water comes out."

"I stayed at Le Passage for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The staff has a wonderful attitude. Everyone I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made my short stay very pleasant. The highlight was the airport shuttle service; they provided a smooth transfer both from and to the airport, taking all the stress out of my travel. The room was comfortable and the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay with great hospitality near Cairo airport, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Liberation Square, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and the red chili peppers 🌶️ were wonderfully spicy. The room was just right for two people and two large suitcases. You can see the swimming pool from outside the room. About 100 meters from the hotel, there's a wide main road. Cross the road, and you'll find the Old Egyptian Museum. Walking in the opposite direction leads you to Liberation Square, where there's an obelisk. I believe there's a metro station nearby, but taxis are so cheap in Cairo that we didn't bother looking for it."

"I was pleasantly surprised to book this B&B online. The price was reasonable, and it was very clean. I even got to try the beef noodles made by the owner, and they were happy to accommodate all sorts of small requests. The environment is great, and the hygiene is top-notch – full marks! I wanted to leave a genuine review for everyone so this wonderful B&B can be discovered by more people."

"The staff were really friendly, and the overall condition of the interior was good. However, since it is located right on a main road, it was very noisy, and I kept scratching while sleeping because I got bitten by what seemed like fleas or some other bug while I was sleeping. Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Egypt, this was the only one where I got bitten, so I was a bit taken aback."

"It's a very good living experience. Entering the door of the hostel is like entering another world. The elegant furniture and friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The only shortcoming is that the indoor network signal is poor, but I will still be happy to recommend this hostel to my friends, hoping that they will continue to maintain such a high cost performance!"
