"There was a slight odor in the room when we entered, possibly due to the rainy weather. However, as soon as I mentioned it, the front desk lady immediately arranged for housekeeping to take care of it. The hotel is very close to the city wall and the subway station, making it convenient for taxis and the subway! The hand soap and shower gel smell absolutely amazing!"

"Extremely satisfied! This is the best place to stay for a relaxing two-day trip to the Terracotta Army, Huaqing Palace, and Mount Li, especially if you're traveling with family. The service was thoughtful; they even proactively added extra clothes hangers to the room. We had unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area. We enjoyed a private hot spring experience in the morning, avoiding the crowds, and then visited the Terracotta Army in the afternoon, also during an off-peak time. There's even a dedicated queuing area for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance."

"My wife and I had a lively stay at the Eastern House Boutique Hotel in X'ian. The location is within walking distance to the Muslin Quarters, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Walls and the Morning market! The room is spacious, clean and the staffs were very accommodating. The decor was up to date. One of my two recommendations for the hotel is to notify AMap that their English name is not listed in their application, only in Chinese or have their front desk personnel point out their Chinese hotel name so it will be more convenient for their guests to get around. The second recommendation is the hall-way area needed to be better ventilated."

We got to watch a beautiful snowfall from our room, which was an added bonus."

But I love the projector view instead of the TV experience. I booked two different rooms to have the best of both worlds"

Facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water. Parking was convenient for getting around, and the price was reasonable. It felt very safe for a parent-child stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied."

"Overall, it was good, but several power outlets in the room weren't working, so my charger kept disconnecting and wouldn't charge. The laundry room was fine, too. However, sometimes there were many people smoking in the elevator, making it really stuffy. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk who manages the cat house – she was excellent! But if possible, they should add another person to the morning front desk shift. We had an early check-out around 5 AM to catch a flight, and the front desk guy was asleep. We woke him up, rushed to check out, and left. Later, I realized I left my charger at the hotel. I arranged for SF Express to pick it up. When I called the front desk, the guy told me he was the only one there and couldn't go up to my room to get the charger for me. He told me to tell SF Express to use my room card to go up themselves. I called SF Express, and they said they usually can't go up to rooms. So I switched to JD.com for pickup around 9 AM. I called the hotel again, and they finally said there should be someone available around 9 AM to help me retrieve it. The room itself was good, it's just these issues."

The staff were also very kind and patient, guiding us to the parking lot. The room was well-equipped, with suitable lighting and air conditioning, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's very close to the scenic area; you just cross the road to reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. Dining is convenient, with all sorts of local snacks right outside. It saved a lot of time. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it! 👍🏻"

"The hotel is right next to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. You just cross the street to get to the Xuanzang statue, and it's a 5-minute walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. The breakfast is rich and varied. My only complaint is that our room was on a lower floor and quite a long walk from the elevator, which was a bit inconvenient."
