"The price is too high, and you have to carry your own luggage since there's no elevator. If you're staying on the third floor, good luck! The front desk wouldn't even allow a 5-minute late checkout, despite the high price. They started knocking on my door just a few minutes past checkout time, showing absolutely no flexibility. I'm very disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness was also just mediocre. Not recommended!"

The staff are enthusiastic and lively, providing fantastic service. They really understand what young people are looking for. Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendy网红 (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The location is fantastic! It's less than 100 meters from the subway exit and very close to the Yisu Grand Theater. The front desk lady was super gentle and provided excellent service. My room actually faced the street but it was incredibly quiet. It also had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the room size was quite generous. Perhaps it's due to the fierce competition among hotels near the Bell Tower, but I found the value for money to be astonishing. I previously booked a place near the TV & Radio Grand Theater that was more expensive than this one, but the room was tiny and the service was terrible. This place, however, is excellent! Just a heads-up, you need to go early for breakfast. I didn't take photos of the room, but it looks exactly like the ones on the hotel's site."

"I truly think this is a very good hostel. They thought about everything, from solid quality bunks with light blocking curtains and private lights and electricity plugs, to towels and toothbrushes. Got an upgrade to a 4-bed dorm, which was very much appreciated, although it's in reality an 8-bed with a wall in the middle, but spaces and facilities shared. Still quiet enough for proper sleep. Wouldn't call it an "English speaking" hostel in the title, as Google Translate is needed, but that's not a problem, used to that in China. Staff is very friendly and helpful, that's what counts. I was worried about the location first (unlike most travelers I don't like to be downtown, I prefer peace and quiet), but it's far enough tucked away in an alley that you don't hear the street noise. Really cool roof terrace with good views. Shop with drinks and snacks for friendly prices. Unlike anywhere in China, they don't allow shoes inside, so it's relatively clean. Relatively, as the cleaning lady came in daily to clean the bathrooms, but she didn't clean the floors properly so with 8 girls it was covered in hairs. That said, the beds and other spaces were very clean. Airconditioning WITH remote (unlike in other hostels, where you have no control over it and they always put it too warm). Elevator. Wifi and my own data didn't work well here, but that's a common problem in China, especially when using VPN."

The room was spotlessly clean, no overlooked spots, and even had a spacious little desk perfect for working. The air conditioning and bathroom facilities were great, and the front desk service was very good too. Definitely a full five-star rating! I even managed to snap a couple of photos from the terrace."

"Extremely satisfied! This is the best place to stay for a relaxing two-day trip to the Terracotta Army, Huaqing Palace, and Mount Li, especially if you're traveling with family. The service was thoughtful; they even proactively added extra clothes hangers to the room. We had unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area. We enjoyed a private hot spring experience in the morning, avoiding the crowds, and then visited the Terracotta Army in the afternoon, also during an off-peak time. There's even a dedicated queuing area for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance."

"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!"

"This trip, I was driving with my 70-year-old parents and 12-year-old daughter. We chose a hotel near the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda but wanted to avoid noisy areas. **Environment:** The hotel is directly in front of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda fountain. We were very lucky to see the fountain on our first night, which was very convenient. Downstairs, there's a famous Liangpi (cold noodle) shop that also serves rice, Roujiamo (meat sandwiches), and even burgers, and it's open 24 hours. This was perfect for breakfast and late-night snacks during our stay. The subway station is right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. **Facilities:** The hotel has its own parking lot just a few dozen meters away, which was very convenient. The two double beds in the room were perfect for families with children. There's also a smart speaker (Xiao Du) with voice control, which was a nice touch. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and it was very clean. They also replenished water and toiletries every day, which was very thoughtful. **Service:** The service was very warm and welcoming. Even before we arrived, they thoughtfully provided directions to the hotel and the parking lot, saving us a lot of hassle."

"The room was large and clean, with great soundproofing and smart facilities like a bidet and an 'Xiao Du' smart assistant. The power was on directly upon check-in, which was convenient. The service was excellent, and free parking was available, along with a complimentary experience. The only downside is that it's a bit further from the subway station than marked, so it might be tough with luggage – I'd recommend a taxi. However, it's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City!"

"I stayed at the Jinji Hotel with my kids on a road trip. They have free underground parking, and the hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was clean and hygienic, and since it's a new hotel, the facilities are great, including a gym and laundry room. Right outside the hotel on the ground floor, if you turn right, you'll find a subway entrance. It's incredibly convenient for visiting sights like the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. It's also right next to the Bell Tower, and the Muslim Quarter is just a ten-minute walk away. The area is really bustling. Super convenient, highly recommend!"
