Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendy网红 (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!"

"I truly think this is a very good hostel. They thought about everything, from solid quality bunks with light blocking curtains and private lights and electricity plugs, to towels and toothbrushes. Got an upgrade to a 4-bed dorm, which was very much appreciated, although it's in reality an 8-bed with a wall in the middle, but spaces and facilities shared. Still quiet enough for proper sleep. Wouldn't call it an "English speaking" hostel in the title, as Google Translate is needed, but that's not a problem, used to that in China. Staff is very friendly and helpful, that's what counts. I was worried about the location first (unlike most travelers I don't like to be downtown, I prefer peace and quiet), but it's far enough tucked away in an alley that you don't hear the street noise. Really cool roof terrace with good views. Shop with drinks and snacks for friendly prices. Unlike anywhere in China, they don't allow shoes inside, so it's relatively clean. Relatively, as the cleaning lady came in daily to clean the bathrooms, but she didn't clean the floors properly so with 8 girls it was covered in hairs. That said, the beds and other spaces were very clean. Airconditioning WITH remote (unlike in other hostels, where you have no control over it and they always put it too warm). Elevator. Wifi and my own data didn't work well here, but that's a common problem in China, especially when using VPN."

The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a highly recommended hotel! My kids had a fantastic time too!"

However, as soon as I mentioned it, the front desk lady immediately arranged for housekeeping to take care of it. The hotel is very close to the city wall and the subway station, making it convenient for taxis and the subway! The hand soap and shower gel smell absolutely amazing!"

Our dedicated butler, Lucky, provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service, making our Xi'an trip truly delightful and perfect."

The only downside is that it's a bit further from the subway station than marked, so it might be tough with luggage – I'd recommend a taxi. However, it's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City!"

Unfortunately, there was a power outage due to rain, so we had to move after two days. Overall, I felt it offered great value for money, despite the slightly cramped space."
