The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, proactively guiding us and addressing our needs, truly showing their dedication. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with local specialty snacks and Western dishes all available and authentically delicious. With its excellent views, dining, and service, this is definitely my top choice for visiting Xi'an. I'll definitely be staying here again!"

A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the Bell Tower and right next to Exit D1 of Guangjijie Station on Metro Line 6. Since it's a relatively new hotel, the room facilities are quite modern. The staff are very polite, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. From our triple room, we even had a view of the Bell and Drum Towers. Upon checkout, we were given a complimentary souvenir. I do have a few small suggestions: it would be great to have a mini trash can on the vanity for makeup waste, saving a trip to the toilet. Besides the standard bar soap, perhaps a bottle of liquid hand soap could be provided to cater to different guest preferences. The lighting in the bathroom is generally a bit dim; for guests who enjoy doing their makeup, the light from the magnifying mirror alone is insufficient. If I have the chance to visit Xi'an again, I would definitely consider staying here."

The hotel location was superb and near to Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower and etc. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast choices are good. Too bad we do not have time to try their afternoon tea and late night soup."

The room was clean and tidy, and the King Koil mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The smart home features throughout the room were a great touch. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. You can easily walk to Yongning Gate and the Stele Forest, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Xi'an's core attractions. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Xi'an!"

"Pleasantly surprised! First off, the hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Grand Tang Mall and diagonally across from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, super convenient. The front desk staff were great, proactively upgrading our room. Since we were traveling with kids, they even included a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was plentiful and had that Westin quality, plus Shaanxi's specialty Roujiamo. Overall, a really excellent experience, highly recommended!"

"We ended up in Xi'an, stopping back into see the Shaanxi History Museum, and we stayed two exceptional nights here. The staff all wear Hanfu, the location is exceptional, and the prices are excellent. The gym is a bit far, under their apartments, but the trainers are quick acting and my wife and I felt the laundry room was nice enough to basically be a second gym and open 24 hours. Their gifts of a magnet and a terracotta warrior were sweet."
