GGuest UserI never write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. A great hotel like this should be known by everyone! Before checking in, I called to ask if they could air out the room, and the friendly male staff member on the phone happily agreed. When I arrived in the evening, both the front desk lady and the lobby staff greeted me with smiles and were very approachable. After checking in, I had a small issue, and the staff went above and beyond, running up and down a few times to help resolve it. The next day, a female staff member even came up specifically to apologize for the minor problem from the day before. The hotel's breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the restaurant staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. I ended up extending my stay for another night. When checking out, the front desk staff specially came over to give me a small gift, again expressing their apologies for the little hiccup during my stay. This is a truly sincere hotel that makes travelers feel completely at home. I can't recommend it enough! đ

MM423333****Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

GGuest UserHonestly, I'm very disappointed. I booked this hotel based on the pictures, which showed a very tranquil courtyard style. However, the hotel is tiny; what you see in the photos is pretty much the entire lobby. It's miles apart from the designer hotels I've stayed at in Shanghai.
Room: My overall impression was that it was unclean, very dirty. Even though it's a rustic Chinese-style decor, being dirty makes it feel awful. The entire room had no proper mirror! This means women can't do their makeup in the morning (there's a small mirror above the sink, but the overhead light is too bright).
The so-called 'garden' isn't really a small courtyard at all; it's just the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park behind the hotel. That's hardly a hotel amenity.
I have a habit of working out, but the gym was about the size of a bathroom and incredibly hot with no AC. It only had an outdated treadmill and a rack of vertical dumbbells. I did a quick lift and left.
The upside, of course, is its proximity to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Joy City. But other than that, I'm extremely dissatisfied. I had initially booked four nights, but I cancelled and moved to another hotel.
If you're only looking for proximity to attractions, you *could* consider it. But if you're used to staying in chain hotels, proceed with caution â you'll be very disappointed.

GGuest UserWhen traveling to Xi'an, choosing a luxury hotel is key. After much deliberation, I finally settled on this one. The hotel has excellent facilities, is clean and tidy, offers a quiet environment, and is conveniently located just a hundred meters walk from Datang Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Plus, the front desk staff, both the ladies and the gentlemen, were incredibly welcoming! Highly recommended!

TTang ALThe hotel is located near Guangjijie D1 metro exit with KFC and many eateries and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and well cleaned after the cleaning services. The hotel also provides breakfast, tea break and dinner though the varieties are limited but sufficient. The hotel services, in general, are good and well provided! A highly recommended hotel for a short and budget stay in XiâAn!

The staff are enthusiastic and lively, providing fantastic service. They really understand what young people are looking for. Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendyç˝çş˘ (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious đđđđđđ
Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!

PPeter and KrystalI strongly recommend this hotel located on Huimin Street near Bell Tower in Xi'an! The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the City wall making getting around very convenient. It is suitable for first time visitors to Xiâan. The hotel is impeccably clean, tidy and modern. The staff are warm and considerate, work efficiently, and respond quickly to needs. We felt very well looked after knowing we could contact hotel staff personally on WeChat if we needed anything. Yoyo even gave us the addresses of some watch repair places and she wasnât on shift at the time. She also saw us outside and came to greet us and helped with our luggage before we had even set foot inside when we came to check in and this was after midnight!
The room is quiet and comfortable, and you can find tranquility from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very nice with both western and Chinese choices. The Nespresso machine in the room and the capsules provided each day were enjoyed. The relaxing tea area in the room was a great place to sit and watch the bustling street from a distance. We asked for additional bottled water each day and it was never a problem.
The overall experience of staying here is very pleasant, and it is the first choice for tourists visiting Xi'an. There was nothing that could have been improved!
