HHaihai1314The room was spacious and well-arranged, conveniently located near the Bell Tower, with plenty of great food options right downstairs. My only complaint is that the air conditioning would switch to a 'health mode' in the middle of the night, and Xi'an can get quite hot. The hotel also has many spots where you can find 'Xi'an' written, perfect for photo ops.

MM423333****Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

This trip to Xi'an with my child, we stayed at the Bell Tower Manxin, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a 390-meter walk to Beidajie subway station. You can also walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and finding food.
We stayed in a family room. My child is quite grown up, and I specifically chose this room because it had a large bed, spacious enough for both parents. The child's bed was also 1.5 meters, so the room felt spacious and not cramped. The adorable little yellow duck themed bedding and the mini tent setup added a great sense of occasion – my child was thrilled the moment we walked in. It was comfortable for two adults and one child to sleep in.
Attention to detail at the hotel was excellent. Breakfast is served until 11 AM, so you don't miss it even if you sleep in. The breakfast selection was also very rich! They even offer a free airport pick-up service, and various convenient services really made a great impression.
The staff were attentive and meticulous, and the MiniBar was fully stocked. As it just opened in 2024, the hardware is brand new, and the facilities are clean with no strange odors. At just over 500 [yuan/currency], the value for money in the Bell Tower area is unparalleled. If you're coming to Xi'an with kids, this place is a no-brainer – you won't regret it!

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was excellent. First off, the location is unbeatable. There are so many attractions nearby, making it super easy to visit places like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Shaanxi History Museum, and Datang Everbright City over a few days. The back exit even leads directly to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which is incredibly convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by how good the soundproofing was. I was on the second floor facing the street and was worried about noise, but with the curtains drawn at night, I could barely hear anything from the road. Breakfast was also very good. While it can't compare to a five-star hotel, the variety was as extensive as possible, and the hot dishes were of great quality. The mini roujiamo (meat burgers) were delicious, and the staff serving them were very friendly.

Its location is superb, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The service is exceptional. There's plenty of hot water in the room, which is so refreshing. Truly the best hotel! Plus, parking is easy.

The room size is just right, the layout is neat, and the lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a short stay. The hygiene standards are very high; the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, with no strange smells or dust. Hot water comes quickly, and the water pressure is stable, making the bathroom experience very pleasant. The staff are always available when needed, and the front desk staff, Nini and Xiao He, were enthusiastic and attentive without being perfunctory. The overall experience far exceeds other hotels in the same price range.

BBulizhefuenwanggongI have to commend the staff at Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, especially the front desk and the parking attendant. They were so patient and attentive. I drove past the parking entrance, and an employee actually jogged over to help me park – I'm really grateful for that. The front desk staff were also excellent, very efficient, and gave me great recommendations for local Xi'an food and sightseeing routes, even pointing out some fantastic 'hole-in-the-wall' eateries. They were incredibly enthusiastic! As for the hotel's amenities, the lobby has transport guides for all of Xi'an's attractions, with little cards you can just pick up. All in all, everything was great. Lastly, parking is conveniently located downstairs, and you can take the elevator directly to your room. The hotel is also right next to a subway station, which makes it incredibly convenient.
