JJaiNal_09Was greeted by friendly concierge, didn't catch her name and a robot guided us to our room which is pretty cool. The rooms were as per photo shown although the projector are all in Chinese and but they do have some western shows and music. Our room located just below police post.. The area seems ideal as it's slightly away from the busy town and on a quiet side which is nice after long hectic day. Washer and dryer are free to use but do it before 2200hrs and be considerate with other guests. Would recommend for a couple of night stay here.

AAnonymous UserI originally planned to stay for just one day during my transit, but ended up staying for four! The location is great, and the guesthouse is quite spacious. It was lovely to watch the night view from the terrace in the evenings and sunbathe during the day. The weather in Yunnan is amazing; everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is clean, and since it was the off-season, it wasn't crowded, making for a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

MM294768****The location is superb, very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The pillows and bed are very comfortable to sleep on. The front desk service is excellent; all my requests were quickly and clearly handled. I love Kunming so much; it was a fantastic travel experience.

MM874004****This hotel is great – well-equipped, quiet, and most importantly, the bed is incredibly comfortable, a perfect 10! I was feeling a bit carsick after getting off the bus and had to wait for a friend, so I booked a room nearby. I was initially worried I wouldn't adapt well, but I fell asleep almost instantly after lying down. The duvet was fluffy and smelled clean. The owner was also very gentle and patient, even when I asked for an extra pillow in the middle of the night. Thumbs up! My first stop in Kunming was very satisfying, and I believe my trip for the next few days will be just as enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a short rest.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

As the curtains slowly draw open, the neon lights of Nanping Street and the moonlight over Cuihu Lake frame the same view. The mattress is just the right firmness, instantly refreshing my legs after hiking Xishan. The shower head feels like a Kunming night rain, with steady water pressure, washing away all the dust from my journey. Returning late, I found a new nightlight by the bed. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from Baida and Zhengyi Square, with dining, drinking, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. The value for money is off the charts – I'm definitely coming back!

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.

Relatively speaking, it is comfortable to stay and the experience is good. You can choose this hotel if you are transiting nearby!

AAliya0302nice and friendly owners! even picked me up from subway station, when I was feeling lost, great location of the hotel, 3min walk from subway station (C exit) , old street, wenlin street, zoo - all in walking distance from the hotel, like in 10-20 min, the room is simple, not very big, but has everything what you need, clean and comfy bed, window, shower, toilet (squating, if for you that matter), kettle, even complimentary bottle of water. Wifi was good, stable. Also they let me storage my luggage for a day for free. All in all, great place, very thankful to owners and wish them all the best!
