Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: It's on a busy street but the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy. It's also very close to Nanping Pedestrian Street, just a five-minute walk away.
Service: Very welcoming and friendly, always greeting you. They were also very enthusiastic and helpful in preparing anything I needed.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel for its great value! The room was spotless and incredibly clean, and all the daily necessities were hygienic, making for a really comfortable and reassuring stay. It's very close to the train station, which is perfect for travelers on the go or for a layover. City transport is super convenient; the road network is smooth and not congested, and you can easily switch between the subway and bus. The room itself was cozy and had excellent soundproofing. Overall, my stay was a perfect experience from start to finish.

AAnonymous User1. **Location & Transportation:** The location is great, right downstairs from Jinma Biji Archway. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, making it very convenient for getting around.
2. The decor isn't new, nor is it old. It's well-maintained and clean, and the common areas are kept up very nicely.
3. **Service Attitude:** The bar staff, especially the younger guy, has a great service attitude and is very responsive (though the supervisor wasn't very friendly and seemed to treat guests differently).
4. The bedding is decent and comfortable. The bed curtains are blackout, so they don't disturb your sleep.
5. Overall, it offers great value for money.

GGuest UserI booked a romantic round bed room with the mentality of giving it a try, and it was really a pleasant surprise! The overall design of the room is very stylish, with soft lighting and a great atmosphere. The round bed in particular is so big and soft that you won’t want to get up once you lie down on it. It’s very suitable for couples! ! !
In terms of environment, it is clean and tidy, the floor is as smooth as new, and the decorative paintings on the wall are also very artistic; the hygiene is in place, the bedding is white and soft, the bathroom is bright and refreshing, and even the slippers and towels are neatly placed. The merchant thoughtfully provides disposable toilet mats, and the disposable slippers are also very good. It can be seen that a lot of care is put into it.
The facilities are also very complete. The washing area is designed as an independent glass room, with dry and wet separation, plenty of hot water, and convenient sockets and light controls at the head of the bed. The details are very considerate.
The service is particularly worthy of praise. The boss is enthusiastic and the check-in is very efficient. There are also photography works to see, which can be influenced by art hahahaha
The location is convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and travel nearby. The Provincial Museum and Guandu Ancient Town are all within walking distance. To be honest, the price is very cost-effective!
You can also come to the front desk to drink the boss's Pu'er tea, which is highly recommended.

LLuxiangbeibeiMy friend highly recommended this place, saying the area is fantastic and super convenient, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

GGuest UserI'm not usually one to write reviews, but this time I just had to share how impressed I was. The check-in experience was genuinely fantastic. I especially loved the super friendly lady at the front desk – she made me feel really valued. The front desk truly is the face of a hotel, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Plus, the hotel environment is incredibly comfortable. Even though it's right in the city center, the room insulation is excellent. And for a foodie like me, having so many amazing restaurants nearby was just perfect!

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
