MM278445****Staying here for Ren Zhong Yan's concert was incredibly convenient! It's within walking distance, so no long waits for transportation back afterwards. The service was excellent too; knowing we were going to see the seagulls, they even gave us a 'seagull-watching gift bag' with bread and gloves. They also gave us fresh flowers upon check-in – a really pleasant experience. The hygiene was great, and they thoughtfully provided a range of daily necessities like facial towels and makeup remover. Highly recommend! The breakfast was good too.

MM276883****The final hotel on our Yunnan trip certainly didn't disappoint. Our high-floor room offered expansive views, and the large TV was a big hit with the kids. The complimentary tremella soup and flower cakes upon check-in were a thoughtful touch. Its location is very convenient with several convenience stores downstairs, and getting around by taxi is also very easy. We wanted to visit Dounan Flower Market before leaving Yunnan, and it was conveniently located just a few minutes by taxi or a fifteen-minute walk away. The staff were always enthusiastic in answering our questions and recommended some great local eateries. After checking out, we accidentally left an item of clothing in the room. The hotel promptly contacted us after discovering it during cleaning and helped arrange its return. We truly appreciated their attentive and thoughtful service.
Regarding the room and facilities, the layout perfectly matched the pictures. There were fresh flowers at the entrance, the bedding was clean and neat, and the lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The presence of a motion-sensor night light under the bed was a thoughtful touch, making it convenient and safe to get up during the night. The bathroom fixtures were all TOTO, and the hairdryer was also very effective. The only minor suggestion would be for slightly stronger shower water pressure. Overall, it's a great hotel and highly recommended.

HHaihaozaiThe hotel room was fully equipped, and I think I got an upgrade because the room was spacious. I watched a movie using the projector, and the audio-visual experience was excellent. The hotel is very close to Daguan Park, within walking distance, and watching the seagulls was a lovely experience. I also enjoyed a private yoga class since I was the only guest who booked it. The breakfast was very rich and great value for money. This new hotel is definitely a worthy choice for a two-night stay in Kunming.

They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade since we were traveling with a child. This will definitely be our top choice hotel for future trips to Kunming!

GGuest UserWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

YyarawuWe feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops.
The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

GGuest UserThis hotel feels great, with a good location, 2 minutes walk from Dianchi Lake, and surrounded by scenic spots, including Xishan, Haigeng Park, and the National Village. The room is great, the big bed is very comfortable, the constant temperature shower, and the hair dryer are very useful. The service is especially good. We arrived very late, and the hotel has private dishes. We contacted them in advance, and the chef waited until we arrived to finish the meal before leaving get off work. The food is delicious, their set meal is affordable, and the hotel waiter is also very warm. They prepared baby chairs and baby tableware in advance, and sent afternoon tea the next day. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay, worth recommending
