My family have an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel environment, amenities is well maintained. The cleaniness is also good from the room to common area. The additional reward with free Starbuck coffee as Christmas season gift is a plus point for coffee lover. The aroma touch class was surprisingly relaxing and unique experience.On top of that 24hours free laundry service which is incredible convenient for long stay. Fully recommend anyone that reading this to try out by yourself.

The stay at this hotel was impressive, both in terms of service, hygiene and facilities. Here's my detailed evaluation of the stay: Service Excellence The hotel's staff are very friendly and efficient, and are able to respond quickly to the special needs of guests. For example, I made several special requests, and the hotel team not only responded in a timely manner, but also made sure that each request was handled properly. This kind of attentive service makes one feel very welcome. Excellent hygiene The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory and no dust or stains were found in the rooms. The bed linen and bedding were changed one by one, and the bathroom was kept very clean with no water stains or other problems. This makes me feel very relieved about the hygiene management of the hotel. Breakfast & Afternoon Tea The hotel's breakfast buffet offers everything from hot porridge to fresh fruit to a variety of breads and cakes. In addition, the selection of afternoon tea is also very rich, providing guests with more choices. Late night snacks and special arrangements The late night snacks provided by the hotel were equally delicious, especially considering that my wife was not feeling well, and the hotel also arranged a special service to bring the late night snacks to the room. This kind of meticulous care is heartwarming. Freebies Pleasantly surprised, the hotel gave guests a bottle of precious preserved mushrooms as a souvenir when they checked out. This little gift not only reflects the hotel's intentions, but also adds to the extra pleasure of the stay. Overall Rating Overall, the Papman stay was perfect. Whether it's the hygienic conditions, the quality of the service or the choice of food, it is very satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.

We feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The hot spring is very private and nice. Breakfast is simple but very good. Will recommend and stay again...lots of happy experience in the hotel and love the park just next door for running.

This was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend. Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!! They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator. We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon. When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊 We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did. Thank you from Sarah, Myriam and Fabio.

Booked a family villa for 4 people to stay and honestly the photos don't do the place justice! It was a beautifully set up and the extra services (photography, welcome platter etc.) were a fun touch. There was a wide range of food for a buffet breakfast (as recounted by my parents) although a bit expensive in comparison to other hotels of similar calibre. The amenities and architecture were definitely a standout here!

We had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet gated community. We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed by the owner. At the gate, we showed our booking details to security, then walked a short distance to the unit with our luggage. We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the in-house chef, and the owner also made us excellent, good quality coffee. The house is very close to Dianchi Lake, just a few steps from the gate. We were able to walk around the lake and even took a cableway across to the Western Hills (Must do). The lake area was also lovely for a nighttime walk. Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We wish we had stayed longer. The owner and staff were very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.😊
