2. **Room Amenities:** The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. Amenities like the mini-bar, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi were all available, making for a convenient stay.
3. **Hygiene Conditions:** Both the bathroom and the room were spotless. Daily cleaning was thorough and meticulous, and the disinfection measures were also very well done, making us feel completely at ease.
4. **Dining Experience:** The breakfast selection was rich and varied, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fantastic. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the service was thoughtful.
5. **Location:** The location was convenient for transportation, and the surrounding commercial facilities were comprehensive. It's perfect for both family trips and sightseeing.
6. **Extra Surprises:** The hotel even prepared welcome flowers and food for feeding seagulls, and there was a farewell gift upon departure. These small details were truly touching.

AAsitanafangxuanlingThe hotel is beautifully designed, offering stunning views right from the window. The high-floor rooms boast expansive views and are equipped with large-screen TVs. Upon arrival, we were treated to complimentary white fungus soup, freshly baked flower cakes, and fruit.
Convenience stores and fruit shops are conveniently located downstairs, and getting a taxi for transportation is very easy. It's also not far from Dounan; just a few minutes by taxi or about a 10-minute walk. Shared electric scooters are available right downstairs.
Our host was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions and even recommended some great local eateries. You can also have breakfast delivered to your room. I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious and smart, equipped with a smart assistant (Xiaodu) and automatic curtains. Breakfast was also good – it's a small place but has everything you need. It's also convenient for dining out. Overall, it's great value for money. This time, Trip.com gave me two free rooms through points, and a late checkout until 2:00 PM was a big plus.

GGuest UserHad an unexpected extra day in Kunming, so I decided to stay near Daguan Park, where I could see the seagulls and still be close to the city. Choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision! It's just a short walk across the road to the park entrance. The room was spacious, breakfast was extensive, and they even offered afternoon tea from 2 PM to past 5 PM. In the evening, I indulged in an essential oil relaxation session, which was incredibly soothing. The staff member Jin Suo was particularly warm and friendly, and all the other service staff were excellent too. Overall, I absolutely loved it!

YyarawuWe feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops.
The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

GGuest UserAfter our trip to Xishuangbanna, we stayed in Kunming for two days, and the hotel I booked exceeded everyone's expectations. The underground parking had plenty of spaces, which was very convenient. We didn't even have to leave the building to get from our room to the hot spring pools, saving us a lot of time. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; I couldn't find a single fault. Right across from the hotel is Daguan Park, which was teeming with seagulls. We didn't have to deal with the crowds at Haigeng Park; we just fed the seagulls for two days straight, and the kids absolutely loved it.

1118415****The room number was great, the view was beautiful, and soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. What I want to give the most praise to are the service staff.
Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, the room cleaning, or the electric carts, everyone I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. Everyone I met raised two little hands to greet me warmly, and they were always there to help. As a sentimental person, seeing six little waving hands as I left almost brought me to tears.
This hotel is definitely worth it. I'll definitely bring my family back if I have the chance. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! May your lives be filled with joy!

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

GGuest UserThis hotel feels great, with a good location, 2 minutes walk from Dianchi Lake, and surrounded by scenic spots, including Xishan, Haigeng Park, and the National Village. The room is great, the big bed is very comfortable, the constant temperature shower, and the hair dryer are very useful. The service is especially good. We arrived very late, and the hotel has private dishes. We contacted them in advance, and the chef waited until we arrived to finish the meal before leaving get off work. The food is delicious, their set meal is affordable, and the hotel waiter is also very warm. They prepared baby chairs and baby tableware in advance, and sent afternoon tea the next day. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay, worth recommending
