AaPill1n1bizaThe staff were friendly and attentive, and the butler was very responsive on WeChat. The hotel environment was excellent, the breakfast had a rich variety of dishes, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive; we used the wired internet, laundry room, etc. Upon check-in, we received a flower box and afternoon tea, and when we checked out, we were given handmade cookies. We're truly grateful for the thoughtful service these past few days!

AAsitanafangxuanlingThe hotel is beautifully designed, offering stunning views right from the window. The high-floor rooms boast expansive views and are equipped with large-screen TVs. Upon arrival, we were treated to complimentary white fungus soup, freshly baked flower cakes, and fruit.
Convenience stores and fruit shops are conveniently located downstairs, and getting a taxi for transportation is very easy. It's also not far from Dounan; just a few minutes by taxi or about a 10-minute walk. Shared electric scooters are available right downstairs.
Our host was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions and even recommended some great local eateries. You can also have breakfast delivered to your room. I highly recommend staying here.

MM257108****My friends and their spouses booked two rooms for two nights. The service was exceptionally warm, and the rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, especially the Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles at lunch, which had a rich and flavorful broth. Our two Korean friends were very happy. We also enjoyed a yoga session in the morning, which left us feeling refreshed and comfortable. I recommend staying for at least two days. It's a great place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was exceptional. Our room was spacious and bright. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade since we were traveling with a child. This will definitely be our top choice hotel for future trips to Kunming!

MM227739****It took me a few days to remember to leave a review, but for the price, this place offers great value for money. The airport pick-up service was especially fantastic! The driver was excellent, I'd give him ten stars! He was humorous, charming, and even helped us with our luggage. He also gave us tips on fun places to visit. In the morning, he prepared breakfast for each of us for the drop-off.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

YyarawuWe feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops.
The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

EEuniceHYI arrive at the airport after 1 p.m. on August 8th, go up to the 3rd floor, and when Exit 2 closes and exit 3, there is a white car about 10 people, and I say the name of the hotel I want to go to, and get on, so I can get off my burial at the hotel.The driver of the shuttle I boarded thanked the foreigner for responding kindly to my pronunciation. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes later, and the two front desk female employees kindly asked me when I was flying and showed me the shuttle departing at 10 o'clock, so I could catch the next flight without any mistake. The hotel room was clean and big and I liked it. The airport pickup shuttle seems to be approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, and the airport sanding is at midnight. …Of course I will use it next time.

GGuest UserWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.
