"I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It's located in a village, which makes the location a bit off the beaten path, but that's perfectly fine as they offer airport shuttle service. We arrived at Changshui Airport at 2 AM on our first day. After collecting our luggage, we contacted the hotel for pickup. Even though it was raining heavily that night, the hotel was fantastic and was already waiting for us in the parking lot. Since we had to catch a high-speed train to Dali the next day, the hotel even dropped us off at the nearby subway station. When we returned to Kunming on our last day, we chose to stay at this hotel again. The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they recommended local breakfast spots and hot pot restaurants, all of which were delicious and very affordable. Because it was pouring rain that day, the hotel even went out of its way to drive us to the restaurant for dinner. The hotel is a good distance from the airport, so it wasn't as noisy at night as I expected; if you don't listen carefully, you can barely hear the planes landing. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Kunming or those who want to be close to the airport without the noise. On a side note, dining in the village where the hotel is located is super convenient. There are restaurants within a 100-meter walk from the hotel, and the food suited our out-of-town tastes perfectly. I've included the name of the hot pot restaurant we went to; it was genuinely affordable, tasty, and the portions were generous. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes or towels in the room, only in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can add some racks or hooks for guests to hang their belongings."

"Very close to Kunming Station, you can walk there! The staff were also very enthusiastic. The room was a bit compact, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The only downsides were the serious traffic congestion at the entrance, the loud honking at night, and a slight smell of renovation."

"This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!"

"Huge thanks to the front desk staff for their warm service! I didn't realize my booking only included one breakfast, but the lovely lady kindly gave me an extra one. It was a lifesaver since I had an early flight the next morning. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and it's super quiet with the windows closed. Plus, free parking! I'll definitely stay here again if I need a place near the airport."

"Location: The location is absolutely fantastic! Downstairs, you'll find a pedestrian street, and the Shuncheng Shopping Center is right there. There are also about half a dozen other malls nearby, making dining and getting drinks incredibly convenient. Service: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were given a high-floor room, and the breakfast was quite good – they even provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. We didn't get a chance to try the late-night congee, but I imagine it would have been good too. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff were very enthusiastic and did a thorough and clean job. There's also a large Miniso and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea downstairs, which are always bustling with people. It's a great spot for families with kids."

"The hotel is super close to the airport, just a 5-minute shuttle bus ride from Gate 8. The view from the window is quite nice, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is very convenient. My only complaint is that I don't understand why the air conditioning couldn't provide heat. It was very cold at night."

"I had a surprisingly delightful hotel experience on this trip. Usually, I book hotels under the HUAZHU Group, but I felt that would bring too much of a 'business trip' vibe to my vacation. So, I looked for a unique hotel near Cuihu Lake. Initially, I chose it as a 'mystery box' selection, but I found out upon arrival that Anshe is a local Kunming chain. The front desk upgraded my room and provided breakfast. The room had a great feel, and the bathroom was bright. As someone with mild mysophobia, I found it very pleasing. I hope the hotel maintains the cleanliness of the fabric headboard and sofa in the future. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming~ The speaker system was excellent; I'm now tempted to buy one for my home! The location is fantastic; it's right on the main street. I really appreciated the small design touches, like the angled power outlets, which were very convenient. But the bedding deserves the highest praise. It was easily the best night's sleep I had during my seven-day trip, incredibly comfortable, on par with a five-star hotel experience. I rested very well, and the room's soundproofing was excellent. Even though it was located near the elevator, I slept soundly until past 10 AM~ I also loved the breakfast until 11 AM – perfect for those on vacation. Highly recommend trying it~ I hope the hotel continues to maintain its standards!"

She even guided me late at night on how to order oxygen tank delivery (the small shop downstairs, run by non-hotel staff, sold them, but the owner was often absent, and prices weren't clearly marked, making purchases difficult). I was able to change my room if I wasn't satisfied and even got a free upgrade. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: There was a slight furniture smell inside, but it wasn't a big issue. The hotel's external location is right next to the train station, within walking distance of Kunming Railway Station. Facilities: The facilities were quite comprehensive, and the front desk staff did their best to accommodate requests."
