3. **Hygiene Conditions:** Both the bathroom and the room were spotless. Daily cleaning was thorough and meticulous, and the disinfection measures were also very well done, making us feel completely at ease.
4. **Dining Experience:** The breakfast selection was rich and varied, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fantastic. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the service was thoughtful.
5. **Location:** The location was convenient for transportation, and the surrounding commercial facilities were comprehensive. It's perfect for both family trips and sightseeing.
6. **Extra Surprises:** The hotel even prepared welcome flowers and food for feeding seagulls, and there was a farewell gift upon departure. These small details were truly touching.

GGuest UserHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

Luna provided excellent service, giving us detailed information about all the hotel facilities. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient for transportation. My family and I had a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff even brought slippers and candy for the children, along with kids' toothbrushes and toothpaste! When I called for an extra comforter, it was delivered very quickly. Their service consciousness is truly excellent!
We stayed in Building 8, which is a bit further out but very quiet! You can take the shuttle bus, but walking there is also quite pleasant.
The concierge team picked us up at 6 AM to take us to the lobby, and they handled all our luggage from arrival to departure. Overall, the service was great!
The breakfast selection was huge, and the coffee was good.
It's a 10-minute walk to Dianchi Lake; remember to go via Haigeng Grand Auditorium. Early in the morning, around 8 AM, there are fewer people and more seagulls – it's lovely.
We missed two breakfasts due to an early flight. The day before, the front desk attendant kindly gave a complimentary breakfast to my child.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay. I didn't get to export the seagull photos, but I'll share them later.

AAutumnLeafI stayed at Cachet Boutique Hotel Kunming on 25–26 October and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located a little away from the main pedestrian street, but the area around it has plenty of lively bars and cafés that attract a younger crowd — great if you enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. I was really impressed by the stylish decor, quality amenities, and the spacious room layout. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Checking in/out was fast and hassle free.
As an additional benefit, the hotel is located 10 minutes from the train station.
Overall, it’s excellent value for money — I’d definitely recommend Cachet Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Kunming who’s looking for comfort, style, and a touch of local charm.

Our stay at Dian Lake Steigenberger Kunming was truly memorable. All the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, while the housekeeping team was warm and thoughtful. They went the extra mile to decorate our room for my husband's birthday and even sent us a beautiful and delicious birthday cake — a gesture that made our stay feel extra special.
The Lake View King Room (45m²) was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake — peaceful and perfect for unwinding.
When we mentioned that our centrally controlled air-conditioning felt a bit warm, 军军 和 Amy immediately offered us an additional room for free, complete with an individual aircon controller so we could adjust the temperature ourselves. This level of care and flexibility was truly impressive.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, including KFC, and there’s a 7-Eleven just nearby for added convenience. The lobby is also grand and tastefully decorated, giving a luxurious first impression.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming — it offers both comfort and heartfelt hospitality.

1118415****The room number was great, the view was beautiful, and soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. What I want to give the most praise to are the service staff.
Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, the room cleaning, or the electric carts, everyone I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. Everyone I met raised two little hands to greet me warmly, and they were always there to help. As a sentimental person, seeing six little waving hands as I left almost brought me to tears.
This hotel is definitely worth it. I'll definitely bring my family back if I have the chance. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! May your lives be filled with joy!

Even though it seemed like the hotel was fully booked that day, the front desk staff went out of their way to help us arrange two rooms together, perfectly meeting our request. We were very satisfied with the room arrangement. The staff are also incredibly patient, and their service truly deserves high praise. We actually stayed here just last week and were equally impressed, which is why we decided to return again. Their online ratings are consistently high, with everyone praising the fantastic service, and I can confirm that this is absolutely true. This seems to be the only truly great hotel in Kunming's New District, and its location is superb. It's incredibly convenient for high-speed rail connections when traveling around Yunnan, which made it our go-to choice for both our arrival and departure stays. The rooms themselves are genuinely impressive – very spacious and incredibly comfortable to stay in. Amazing!

SShuijingxieI took my kids out for a vacation on May Day. The experience was five-star praise, and the service was very good. The environment was garden-style and very comfortable! The restaurant has a complete range of delicious dishes, and there is also a book bar and hot springs. A SPA was also given. It was a very good experience and I will come again if I have the chance. I will also recommend it to friends.

FFengzhanGreat hotel location, very close to the old town, and everything nearby is super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and tub, which made my child very happy to take a bath. It's not far from the attractions and easy to get a taxi. My child loved it, and overall I'm extremely satisfied with the value for money.
