AaPill1n1bizaThe staff were friendly and attentive, and the butler was very responsive on WeChat. The hotel environment was excellent, the breakfast had a rich variety of dishes, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive; we used the wired internet, laundry room, etc. Upon check-in, we received a flower box and afternoon tea, and when we checked out, we were given handmade cookies. We're truly grateful for the thoughtful service these past few days!

GGuest UserHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

Ccathycn2010The room is very beautiful, and the surrounding environment is also beautiful! The private hot spring is very private, and it feels completely integrated into nature, like a paradise. The service staff in both the guest rooms and the restaurant are at the level of a high-end resort hotel, and their attitude and professionalism are particularly worthy of praise!

3300990****Even though we were just in Kunming for a layover before our flight to Baoshan tomorrow, we weren't willing to compromise on quality, and the Hilton certainly didn't disappoint – in fact, it was absolutely stunning! We had booked a family room in advance, and upon arrival, they upgraded us to a suite. The front desk service was excellent. When they saw us trying to check in amidst a tour group, they immediately escorted us to a side counter to assist us. They gave us two fresh flower cakes and a walnut cake, and the walnut cake was even warm, which quickly eased my daughter's hunger.
The room had two beds in two separate rooms: a 2-meter king-size bed and a smaller bed, about 1.5 meters. Even next to the smaller bed, they thoughtfully placed a small table to serve as a nightstand. For the bathtub, the hotel thoughtfully provided a bathtub liner and a loofah bath sponge. I have to give a special shout-out to the showerhead in the bathroom; the water temperature indicator was very clear, so there was no risk of accidentally getting doused with cold water. Plus, hot water was instant! Isn't that amazing? Also, the adjustable shower rod was incredibly easy to use, and changing the showerhead's direction was effortless – unlike some hotels where you have to shower according to the showerhead's fixed direction. Both the living room and bedroom had sofas, and the decor was tastefully done, genuinely making you feel at home. My daughter and I absolutely loved it, and we regretted not taking the 2 PM flight to enjoy it a little longer. The small-pot rice noodles and Ersi (rice cake strips) for breakfast were also excellent. Five-star recommendation!

AAutumnLeafI stayed at Cachet Boutique Hotel Kunming on 25–26 October and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located a little away from the main pedestrian street, but the area around it has plenty of lively bars and cafés that attract a younger crowd — great if you enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. I was really impressed by the stylish decor, quality amenities, and the spacious room layout. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Checking in/out was fast and hassle free.
As an additional benefit, the hotel is located 10 minutes from the train station.
Overall, it’s excellent value for money — I’d definitely recommend Cachet Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Kunming who’s looking for comfort, style, and a touch of local charm.

Our stay at Dian Lake Steigenberger Kunming was truly memorable. All the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, while the housekeeping team was warm and thoughtful. They went the extra mile to decorate our room for my husband's birthday and even sent us a beautiful and delicious birthday cake — a gesture that made our stay feel extra special.
The Lake View King Room (45m²) was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake — peaceful and perfect for unwinding.
When we mentioned that our centrally controlled air-conditioning felt a bit warm, 军军 和 Amy immediately offered us an additional room for free, complete with an individual aircon controller so we could adjust the temperature ourselves. This level of care and flexibility was truly impressive.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, including KFC, and there’s a 7-Eleven just nearby for added convenience. The lobby is also grand and tastefully decorated, giving a luxurious first impression.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming — it offers both comfort and heartfelt hospitality.

First off, the location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern and minimalist decor that still felt incredibly welcoming. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and soft, allowing me to sleep soundly and wake up naturally feeling refreshed. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. Room delivery was also very prompt. The gym was well-equipped, and the swimming pool had crystal-clear water; all these facilities were exceptionally well-maintained. What truly impressed me was the room service; the staff were always smiling and incredibly quick to respond to requests. Such meticulous and attentive service made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I will certainly recommend this hotel to friends for future visits.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.
