4-Star Hotels in Otaru

This isn't my first time staying at a Dormy Inn; I stayed at one in Kumamoto previously and absolutely loved it. The Otaru location is right in front of the station, which is super convenient. So, I didn't hesitate to choose Dormy Inn again. They offer complimentary Yakult and ice cream, which my child adored. The free ramen served as a late-night snack was a light soy sauce broth, easy on the stomach. Breakfast quality is outstanding, featuring seafood donburi, soup curry, tempura, grilled seafood, Hokkaido milk, and local specialties. Many hotels serve frozen fruit, but Dormy Inn offers fresh fruit!

1. Hotel is 8mins walk from Otaru train stn/ bus stn. 2. Surrounded with many restaurants and walking distance to Sankaku market, Otaru canal as well as Sakaimachi Hondori street. 3. Room size was just nice, and bed were comfortable 4. Free coffee and biscuits provided from 7am-6pm. 5. For the breakfast you can choose between Japanese or Western breakfast. 6. No self service laundry facility on-site. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Such a cozy place! Perfect for a group of 7 ppl👍🏻 There almost everything you need in the apartment! Clean and warm☺️ Although the bed could be a bit softer, but it’s acceptable👌🏻 everything else is perfect😁 recommended to anyone wants to come to 小樽 Otaru ‼️💯

Enjoyed an overnight stay in this clean, modern hotel in a comfortable superior double room with queen bed. It is well located within walking distance to the principal city tourist attractions such as Otaru Canal, the steam clock and the Sakaimachi shopping street. Attractive and clean public bath on the upper floor with outdoor area. Recommended.

The inn was very beautiful and spacious and it was very suitable for staying with a large number of people. I wanted to stay again if I had the opportunity.

Terrible service! On a snowy day, they kept saying there was no transportation, but I clearly saw the Line 13 bus passing by. I don't recommend staying here. Plus, their English isn't good, making communication difficult.

Very clean. The traffic is convenient, very popular folklore!
