I love this room so much. The location is perfect, near the JR Station. The room is big enough for us to open two suitcases fully. One thing I very much like is the laundry pods, the smell is very fragrant！I wanna know about the brand of the laundry pods.

Such a cozy place! Perfect for a group of 7 ppl👍🏻 There almost everything you need in the apartment! Clean and warm☺️ Although the bed could be a bit softer, but it’s acceptable👌🏻 everything else is perfect😁 recommended to anyone wants to come to 小樽 Otaru ‼️💯

I chose this guesthouse for its proximity to the train station and great value for the money, and I'm so glad I did! Even though it's a bit far from Sapporo city, the short 2-minute walk to the train station made getting around a breeze. The unit had everything I needed, including a washing machine and cooking essentials, which really made my stay comfortable. I definitely plan to book this guesthouse again for my next winter trip!

It's about a 10-minute walk from Otaru Station, so it's easy to access, but there are bars and snacks nearby, so you can hear people talking and making noise even at night. The owner will be very kind and polite to explain the equipment. One thing you need to be careful about is that you don't have a bath towel, so you need to bring it with you. There is WiFi, but the connection was bad. The room was very large so it was very easy to spend. Thank you very much.

Pro: Nice looking apartment, spacious for family of 4. Carpark lot was provided for the guest. Easy to check-in Walking distance to the otaru canal Cons: There was urine stench inside the toilet. I had to clean the toilet seat and around it unfortunately the smell still remained. Secondly, we can smell cigarette at the living room in the morning as we believed that there was a guest smoking g from upstairs or downstairs.

It's right next to Senkan Station, so you can move widely from Otaru to Sapporo. I was wondering what would happen at first because there was no front desk, but it was okay because the email and guidance in the guest room were thorough.

The location is great, and the hotel is clean. Somehow the home appliances are very difficult to use, I had cold shower there.
