"This time I came to Otaru, I stayed in this hotel for two nights and was very satisfied! The service attitude of the hotel front desk and staff was really very good, and the stay experience was great! There are hot springs in the hotel, and breakfast and dinner are also very rich. Dinner is in a separate small Japanese-style room with great privacy! In terms of travel, there is a bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the city. In addition, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the bus stop in the city at 9:30 in the morning. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay! I would like to praise the service attitude again, which is really great~ I had a very happy two days!"

There were small events like Japanese dancing for guests and camping with free snacks. The hotel's garden was nice. I really enjoy staying at the hotel."

"The room is clean and warm. However, the service is poor. when i went to the counter during their business hour to ask questions, no one was there. Also, i emailed to the hotel owner twice, and also my travel agency contacted the owner once, there was never any response from the owner Given the expansive price of this hotel the stay yuki , i would rather stay in a different hotel. Last but not least, the lift didn't work, and i see many reviews have said the same issue before. I had to carry heavy luggages to walk on stairs by myself."

"Advantages: The natural environment is good, surrounded by green waters and mountains, the air is fresh, and you can see the stars in the sky at night. Disadvantages: It is far from the city, and there is only one large hotel nearby that can provide catering services. There is no hairdryer or kettle for boiling water in the room (the hairdryer is shared at the front desk, and there is a shared drinking fountain providing boiled water in the corridor). There is no table in the room, so it is inconvenient to put things. The room type provided is different from what Ctrip describes (no sofa)."
