The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub. It was a great way to relax after a long day, and our children loved it as well. Overall, we really liked this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location."

"This hotel is impressive, with great location (just opposite JR otaru station) and awesome onsen. The onsen is amazing. Indoor, there's a sauna, 2 hot pools and 1 cold pool. There are 2 additional hot pools outdoor. If you have a tattoo, you can ask the reception for tattoo stickers. The view is also beautiful. Will stay in this hotel again if i ever come back to otaru."

"Google Maps took us to a different, impassable route. There were no staff to assist with luggage when getting in and out of the car during heavy snowfall. Having large suitcases would be quite difficult. The hotel entrance was only slightly cleared of snow, making it hard to drag luggage. However, the room was large and spacious with a great view."

"Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch. Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slope, which was even more dangerous in low-light conditions. Recommend to improve this with proper stairs or paved pathway."

On top of that, there's a complimentary shuttle bus from the hotel to the JR station when you leave. Simply superb!!"

"I booked the most expensive room, which cost over JPY80,500 per night. It had an open-air bath, but the bathtub was too small and the water was not hot, so I didn’t know how to use it. The entire house has two floors of usable space, and it is claimed to accommodate up to 7 people, but in fact the house is very small, with a total practical space of less than 50 square meters on the two floors, and there are only two toilets and one bathroom. There were 6 adults in total, and it was completely insufficient. We had to drive to a nearby large bathhouse to take a bath. In addition, the attitude of the waiters in this hotel is extremely bad. They always communicate via email in Japanese. When I reply to them in English, I only receive responses in Japanese. It feels like they are just trying to make money and have always made things difficult for customers with their service, which affected my holiday mood during my precious trip."
