"Unfortunately, our trip to Nansha coincided with heavy rain, and I was traveling with my child, which initially made me quite upset. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly warm service at Fenglin International Apartment. The front desk staff immediately offered to help me with my luggage when they saw me carrying my child, and even proactively offered a snack to my little one. The room was clean, dry, and not at all humid, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the staff. It felt so secure and comfortable staying here during the rain. It's truly a family-friendly hotel, making our entire stay pleasant and stress-free. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I bring my child to Nansha."

"Environment: In the ancient village, the village environment is very good, and there is an ancestral hall. It happened to be the wedding of the villagers, which was super lively! Facilities: The interior of the B&B has a sense of design, and the exterior retains the original appearance of the building. The facilities and equipment are all new and very comfortable to live in. Service: I met a total of 3 service personnel, all of whom were warm and considerate! In particular, a male butler forgot to ask his name. He responded quickly when communicating on WeChat. Knowing that we were drinking tea and there were many people, he provided a bottle of water at once. This considerate and generous gesture added points to this stay! Catering: Dinner was ordered at the B&B, and I directly helped arrange it in the living room. I was very satisfied with the placement of tableware, the provision of wine utensils, and the taste of the dishes. It's nice that I don't have to drive out to eat and can spend more time in this comfortable house. Although the breakfast is not many in style, it is exquisite and tastes good. Handmade rice noodle, using fish soup base and plenty of ginger!"

"The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast spread was ample and delicious. The gym was small but had good equipment. The swimming pool looked great, but I unfortunately forgot my swimsuit. Several hotels from the same group are located together, offering a wonderful overall environment and shared access to various services. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Exit B/C of Metro Line 2. You can enter through the main entrance of the Sheraton next door and walk through internally to avoid the sun. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded my room to a higher floor for free. At the 500 price point, this is definitely an excellent choice."

"The service was absolutely terrible! Can you believe I couldn't even get a meal at this hotel? My partner and I drove to Guangzhou that night. We decided to eat first, so we dropped off our luggage at the front desk and asked them for restaurant recommendations nearby. We picked a Cantonese restaurant within walking distance. As soon as we entered, we asked for a menu, but the waiter told us to order by scanning a QR code. My partner and I were exhausted after a four-hour drive to Guangzhou, and we just wanted to eat quickly and go back to rest. So we just ordered a signature dish without much thought and started discussing our plans for the next day. The waiter first served tea, and then we waited and waited for our food. After 20 minutes, my partner and I even joked that they must be cooking everything fresh since it was taking so long. 40 minutes passed, and still no food! We had only ordered three dishes and two drinks in total. Even if the food was made to order, there's no way drinks should take 40 minutes. I angrily called a waiter over, only to be told they couldn't find our order. How is that possible? I definitely placed it! I opened the mini-program and it had indeed jumped to the order confirmation page, but I must have clicked out too quickly and didn't see it. So I had to reorder. That's why no food was coming out – the table next to us, who arrived later, already had their food! By the time our food finally arrived, others were already finishing up and paying. I was so hungry my stomach hurt, and the food had no taste. I wondered why the waiter kept smiling and talking when looking at us; were they mocking us? In the end, we paid good money and didn't enjoy a single bite. My partner and I were too upset to even talk on the way back to the hotel. We arrived in Guangzhou hungry and tired, and couldn't even get a meal. The more I thought about the front desk, the angrier I got. They even told us they provide free coffee 24/7 and we could ask for it anytime. Hearing that just made me even angrier! Was that their way of making fun of me for forgetting to place my order? And they said 'anytime' – I didn't even have their coffee when I extended my stay. I really can't get over this whole thing."

"The location is great, right across from Yongqingfang! There's a pharmacy, noodle shop, and fruit store right outside, which is super convenient! The service was excellent, very warm, attentive, and they even provided a local travel guide! The room size was decent, and the bedding was comfortable. There's a common area on the first floor with free coffee and tea. The restaurant on the 4th floor is quiet and comfortable, offering milk, soy milk, coffee, Chinese noodle soup, Western salads, and bread – quite good :)"

"After a long search, I finally chose this hotel, and I definitely made the right choice! The facilities here are excellent and very new. The hairdryer in the room is fantastic – great airflow, and the hot air isn't scalding; I actually want to buy one for myself! The room also has a huge 65-inch TV with screen casting capabilities, and a Tmall Genie for voice control, which can also connect via Bluetooth to play music. The service is great, and the hygiene is impeccable. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the subway station (Lines 6 and 1), and close to Shamian Island attractions. Highly recommend!"

"The lady at the front desk was so helpful and made check-in super fast! She even gave me some great recommendations for local food. The room's decor was lovely, I really liked it, and everything was neatly arranged. I had a wonderful night's sleep! It's very close to the subway station, which made getting around really convenient. I also loved their pillows – they were so comfortable that I bought one when I left, and they even shipped it to my home for free! 👍 I really, really liked it! 😘"

"Loved my stay here, they have full amenities from gym to sauna, steam and hot bath. They also have swimming pool. Had breakfast in their Four Seasons restaurant which was very good! There was a small hiccup as the aircon system had a tak, tak, tak sound in the evening and I called the front desk to check on it. They sent their maintenance personnel to check, he turned off the aircon and the sound went away. I was able to sleep through the night without it. But it came back the following day, I informed the reception about it."
