Free airport pick up and drop off is the best facility provided although the vehecle is dated. The room comfort, spacious and clean.. Next door already many restaurants and mini market

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The worst experience. The hotel staff first of all is horrible, zero good attitude, if you don’t like this job do another one! Then the situation of the room… unacceptable! Dirty, black mold everywhere, and while I was having a working meeting online a staff member entered even if I said; “do not disturb”, just to change the shampoo. She knocked ones and open the door immediately. It is not acceptable. The hotel didn’t say anything the only thing they say: if we want to change room we need to pay for cleaning fees, while the room is dirty and horrible. They said: sound proof (not true), free shuttle bus 24/7 (not true just in some hours), the WiFi was not working, I found an insect in my bed, and they say it is a good hotel (not true). The worst nightmare ever. Please change your rooms or at least clean them.

The location is okay, terminal 2 very near ! Unfortunately the hotel has some serious issues. The hotel is not well maintained, after shower the toilet is flooded which can be very dangerous and slippery. During checkin, the lady at the counter was literally chatting with someone on wechat right in front of us after taking my ID card, and she finally help us checkin literally after 9 mins. No welcome acknowledgment, The Lady who did my checkin is not polite and needs to learn some customer service skills in how to speak to foreigners as this hotel brand itself as "International Hotel" regarding the hygiene, the bed and towels were clean and well stocked but the toilet and bathroom fixtures need some serious cleaning and renovation. The walls are simply dirty and stained with wallpaper peeling off, after waking up I found a cockroach 🪳 beside the bed. The hotel comes with a free non-ac airport drop, During the checkin the same lady told us to come down to the lobby at 1:15 am for drop but when we came down, the other staff at the reception told us that the next drop is scheduled at 2am So I don't understand why she asked us to come down at 1:15 am. If you want to stay for couple of hours before taking a flight, i think you can stay but if you plan to stay more than 12 hrs than I would not recommend, its simply doesn't look the same as the picture on booking website.
