It is located right inside Yonqingfang, a lively historical site that is popular in Guangzhou. We checked in at night and there are still quite some people out there so we were worried about the noise control but it is perfectly fine. You’ll need the hotel cards to access to your floor and you won’t hear noises when you’re in the room. It was overall a pleasant experience.

The environment of the hotel is not very good. Not to mention the lobby is small and messy. There is also a musty smell. The mats in the elevator have not been changed for a long time and look old and dirty. The bathroom tub in the river view room and the floor-to-ceiling glass in the room were very dirty. It really affects my mood. The 700 yuan spent on accommodation during the Chinese New Year is a bit worth it.

The front desk service is very good. There is a security guard to carry your luggage as soon as you enter the door. It is really considerate. The shopping near Yongqingfang is very lively. There are many late-night snacks. The breakfast is also delicious. The hygiene is very good. I will stay here again next time when I have a chance to travel with my family. It’s so convenient. You can borrow a stroller which is very convenient. Recommended!

Front desk service staff has extended excellent customer service and has given me a free room upgrade. Other than the excellent service from all staff, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of this hotel. Location is convenient as it is very near to a subway station. The first time I came to Guangzhou, I opened the booking software and was attracted by Dexianfang. The building of the small bungalow was designed and built by the owner during the three years of the epidemic. From the time I made the reservation to the time I actually arrived, I felt that I was attracted by the Xiguan House Museum. Surrounded by nature, you can find tranquility in the midst of movement and experience modernity in tradition. In fact, there are still some shortcomings. This is because the B&B has just started operating in recent years. The rooms on the first floor are fine, but there is a slight smell on the second floor. It should be better in a while. All the facilities in the room are very good. , there is a fresh air system, the toilets are automatic and smart, and I like the color decoration very much. I think the accommodation environment on this trip is very good, and the price is also very reasonable. The main reason is that it is very convenient to travel. You can walk to Yongqingfang in a few minutes~ It is not far from Shamian Island. I will definitely stay here next time✌️ In the end, the real thing matched the pictures online^_^

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

If you want to take a taxi, locate the Guangzhou Restaurant (Wenchang South Road Branch) and walk about 100 meters to the pedestrian street, opposite the People's Bank of China. There is a star-gaining platform on the ninth floor, where you can see the whole of Guangzhou. It is comfortable and comfortable. The twin beds can accommodate up to four people. One of the beds is in the form of a tatami and the TV is a projector. It is very suitable for friends traveling nowadays. The front desk service is very good. , the layout of the corridor is very much in the style of the Republic of China, and feels like old Guangzhou!

I think this is the best hotel in Guangzhou. Very clean, very quiet, excellent location, behind the barrier. The bed is luxurious, the toilet is smart, there are plenty of towels and small accessories. Smart system in the room, but this is for those who know Chinese. The view from the window is gorgeous. You can't see anyone from the window, only the city and the river. Ask for the farthest room from the elevator. Spacious room. Roof fire. The staff is at maximum speed, running, helping, fussing. Breakfast is Chinese, there is nothing to eat, but you can make yourself oatmeal or order soup. The most important thing is that it does not smell like cigarettes!!! At all! Perfect. Some kind of creative place around. Art space.

The sound insulation is very poor. I met the best hotel person and the landlord feedback the problem. She immediately solved the problem. She knocked on the door on duty. She slept for about two hours to go to the exam. The room was large and well-equipped. Otherwise, it was really good.
