""The lights of the palace reflect the stars, and the sound of fireworks is generously presented to the world. Books have not concealed the wanderer's thoughts, and the courtyard still remembers the songs of old friends." This small house hidden in the streets of Kyoto shows the warmth in the poem. Six of us gathered here. In the morning, we opened the window to see the moss and pine trees in the courtyard. At night, the hot pot mist was filled with the sound of playfulness. The moonlight flowed through the gaps in the curtains. In a trance, we couldn't tell whether we were staying at home or returning home. The extremely elegant landlord not only took good care of us when we checked in, but also sent local snacks as a welcome. He also came to say goodbye when we left. These two encounters were as warm as old friends. On the day of departure, we wrote in our hearts: "Three dreams of the palace, only a courtyard of spring". If you yearn for not only a place to live, but also a time for laughter to take root and memories to sprout, here is the answer."

"**5-Star Review of Kyoto Homestay** Our recent stay at this charming homestay in Kyoto was nothing short of magical! Located just a 10-minute taxi ride from Kyoto Station, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight was the traditional hotpot dinner, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. It was a delightful experience to enjoy such a unique meal in a cozy setting. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, reflecting the rich culture of Kyoto. We loved the serene garden view from our window. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable Kyoto experience. Highly recommended!"

Sakuraya・Eijo Kyoto Station Japanese Style Villa ★★★★
"The location is near to bus stops and train station which allowed us to take the bus / train conveniently to all places of interest. It is within a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient stores are within walking distance. Sleeping rooms are in upper floor. Difficult to bring large luggage upstairs. We did laundry and the washing facilities are well equipped. We reached early before check in time and the owner allowed us to keep all luggages inside so that we can continue our sightseeing 👍🏻 We had a broken luggage that needs to be thrown away but we didn’t know how to throw it since Japan has strict rules on garbage disposal. Luckily the owner was kind enough to help us 👍🏻"

"A very cozy little building, clean and tidy, very suitable for traveling with children. Downstairs is the functional area and upstairs is the rest area. The two rooms upstairs are all tatami mats, so you don’t have to worry about your children rolling out of bed. It’s so worry-free. It’s only a five- to six-minute walk to Toji Station and one stop to Kyoto Station. It’s very convenient to get some peace and quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle. It's a pity that I couldn't take photos of any rooms with my baby, but I will choose this place next time I come to Kyoto! !"

HOKUKOU KAMIMIYA ★★★★★
"The living experience is very good! Japanese-style decoration, environmentally friendly and comfortable. The interior decoration design is very charming, there is also a washing machine with dryer and a professional and easy-to-use kitchen. You can buy some semi-finished products in the nearby supermarket to cook. The boss and his wife are warm and attentive. According to the information they provided, we visited the local home furnishing store and bought a lot of good things at a good price. This store is suitable for staying for a few more days, and it really gives people a "home away from home" feeling! It is said that there is a natural hot spring nearby, and we heard that it is a Japanese bathing method, so we didn't dare to go."
