The hotel is not big, far from the station. Nearby metro and bus stops. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a stay.

Check in was extremely late, at 5pm. Room was spacious and looked modern, also liked the fact it had smart tv which was good for our kids and late night watching. However, they do not clean the room unless you stay 3 nights or more. I am fine with this, but at least come in to change the bins, towels, refill water etc. we had bins full from the first day.

The hotel has a good location, good service, very clean, and the interior decoration is very stylish. It also provides guests with a free glass of welcome wine. I will recommend friends to stay here. I like it.

We had a wonderful 4 days stay. The staffs were super friendly and would highly recommend. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in the self-cloakroom. The hotel is an excellent location. It is a short 20 minute walk from Kyoto station. We also had a pleasant early morning walk to Gion district and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Our room of 3 was so spacious. We really enjoyed the public sauna and bath, the one free drink and 2 pm check-out. This is a great hotel and a worthwhile stay in Kyoto. When I asked the front desk staff to deliver a souvenir, I was treated with a very unpleasant attitude.
