The hotel was great! The lady at the front was incredibly friendly!
Our room was a little hot coming in, but the AC was great to cool off. Kyoto this time of year is definitely pricey, but for the price and the fact that it comes with a washing machine in the room, I’d definitely recommend a Sakura Stay to anyone!

When I checked in, I saw that the room was relatively clean and tidy. Although it is a long way from the subway station, the facilities in the hotel room are very good. There is a washing machine for washing clothes, which is very convenient!
There are some small flaws. The room was tidied up on the first day of check-in, but it was not cleaned for the next few days. We paid a daily fee for our stay😄 Do hotels in Kyoto always clean them on the first day of check-in? One room? 😄

This hotel is very cost-effective. It is a ten-minute walk from the subway and one stop from Shijo Commercial Street. It is so convenient. The room is relatively large in Japan. 観光にお金をかけたくて、こちらを予約致しました。
スタッフも丁寧な対応で気持ちが良く、お部屋もとても綺麗でした。
荷物の預かりも京都駅にて預かって頂くセンターがあり、着いてすぐに預け観光→宿に直行し、指定時間に部屋に荷物が届くという、とても便利なサービスでした。チェックアウト後も、京都駅がどこもロッカー空いてなく。困っていましたが、センターにて預かっていただく事が出来、本当に助かりました！
ただ一つ、ハンドソープがないのがこの御時世気になり近くのコンビニで購入してきました。
が、総合的には大満足です。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
