"recently stayed at MGH Mitsui Garden Hotel Taipei Zhongxiao and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and convenient everything was. As two older adults, we appreciated how easy it was to get around—the hotel is literally next to the MRT, so moving between sights, cafes, and shopping areas was effortless without needing long walks. The hotel has a calm, modern Japanese feel that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. Our room was clean, well-designed, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed that gave us good rest throughout the trip. The bathroom layout was practical and safe, and we liked that everything was thoughtfully arranged. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and patient, and they helped us with directions and dining suggestions whenever we asked. We also enjoyed the public bath in the evenings—very soothing for tired legs after a full day out. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent value. Take a look at the breakfast spread. We would happily return to MGH Mitsui Garden Taipei Zhongxiao on our next visit to Taipei."

"hotel location is good, short walk to Taipei train station, then can take train in the city or high speed train to other city. then the underground shopping street is right in front the hotel. the hotel is half hotel half office. so the lobby is upstairs. there is no house keeping unless you fill in form and request 1 day in advance. there is no iron in room to iron clothes, need to go down lobby level to do it. room doesn't have toothbrush and shaver, so need to go out buy. there are many shops and restaurants around. can even walk to 西門町。 room is kind of smal"

"Check in lobby is at level 3. Is not a fancy or luxury hotel but the room is clean. Linen are soft. Room cleaning has to make an appointment one day before. The facilities are running down. Location is convenient near red and blue lines. Is about 11mins walk to ximending. The only issue we had was the fire siren went off at 5:30am. The fire brigade and police came after. There is a breakfast spot on the opposite right side corner. Was told the hotel always have the fire alarm. Enjoy your stay!"

"We have stayed at Humble House for 3 nights with two seniors aged 84 and 90, and two couples (6 people) during Christmas. The staffs are so nice during our stays. Its really an amazing experience no matter the hotel environment, hotel room, gym room and the breakfast. We are highly recommended for this hotel and will choose it for next stay. it’s so convenient for shopping malls and michelin restaurants around the Humble House. our rooms overlooking to Taipei 101."

"Very comfortable bed, and good layout of the room with amenities. Stayed 9 days and requested some cutlery and plates. Promptly arrived. Takes about 10mins walk to nearest Nangang Exhibition metro station station. 7 mins to my Exhibition hall and Lalaport (shopping mall). However, hotel do provide NT$200 shuttle bus to Nangang High Speed Station. 2nd floor, can walk to a Family Mart next building via sky bridge,, opens 7am-7pm. There's NT$2000 deposit per day stay and will refund 2 weeks after check out."

There is also a living room which is open to all in house guests which has various snacks and activities. Capella is a luxury brand that not only offers luxury service but also allows you to indulge in the local culture There was not a single thing that I would fault from this hotel."

The breakfast is decent but there are better choices in the area, I only got it because of the period of time I choose to visit. Hotel is old so make sure to understand the instructions of the amenities properly before using them. Room is quite comfortable and the jacuzzi was the best part of the hotel."

Location is good, not too many people in the area but stop is conveniently located near major transit stations for other lines."
