I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
I would especially like to compliment the receptionist who assisted me during check-in. They were warm, friendly, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Their welcoming attitude made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future. We stayed in 1203 the vibe so great can see Taipei 101 building which is cool.

Excellent reception service for staff at both level 1 and 6. Very helpful staff at level 1, helping me with looking out for my booked vehicle. ********* food at breakfast was great too! Especially loved the salty beancurd and braised pork! Please keep up the good food and excellent service!

The location is fantastic, right next to Taipei Main Station, with access to HSR, MRT, and airport trains. It can get a bit crowded around there, so it depends on your personal preference. The breakfast is extensive, and some items are ordered via QR code. WeChat didn't work for me, but LINE did, which I assume is a software issue. The executive lounge has great decor but offers limited food options. The gym isn't huge, but the equipment selection is decent. Check-in was a bit chaotic, but overall, there weren't many major issues. Also, note that the hotel tends to be dimly lit, so if you prefer bright environments, you might want to consider that.

The service is really not up to par... The room is too small and not worth the price! The location is good, though, and breakfast is decent. There's definitely room for improvement. The service at the restaurant in the evening when we had drinks was just terrible!

Decided to treat myself to stay in a suite. Whilst the suite is luxurious and big, the light switches and electrical socket points don’t make sense. Look at the photos- I can’t even put my travel adaptor with my wires into the sockets below the TV/ attached to the table, making it impossible to charge my laptop while working.
Also had to spend 7-10mins figuring out where all the light switches are- instead of a single main switch, there were many with illogical switches that dim the lights to three tones.
Also, even the front desk was confused about my suite’s blinds as he initially told me it is manual only to then call me back as I couldn’t find the roller, that it’s automated.
The hotel management really needs to relook into the user-friendliness of the layout of the room and the basic amenities.
P/s: the refillable water tastes fantastic though!
