I am very satisfied with all the services, not just because it is a state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff speaks simple English and there are signs in Korean, so there was no difficulty in communication. It rained on the day of my stay, but they rented an umbrella. There is a small open-air bath and sauna facilities in the large communal bath. Breakfast is provided and above all, the quality of the breakfast is high, so I definitely recommend it.
All the staff provided good service, it was kept clean, and even though it was the same square footage, it was well designed, so unlike other accommodations, there were no major inconveniences in transportation even if I had to spread out two suitcases. I left with a good memory of Otaru.
This was a review I bought with my own money without any promotion or incentives.

Great hotel service and love the spa facilities. The hotel location is convenient for walking to sites and food location. Parking is not free. Would definitely come back if back visiting Otaru.

It's located halfway between Otaru Station and the Otaru Canal. There's a Lawson next door, so the location isn't bad.
The whole place is new and clean. The open-air bath in the large communal bath is hot, just the way I like it, so that's good! However, it's not that big, so that's a bit of a problem.
