I highly recommend this hidden gem! If you love a traditional Chinese courtyard atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you. It beautifully combines historic charm with unbeatable convenience, being just a few minutes' walk to local malls, the subway station, shops, and restaurants, with the vibrant Napping pedestrian street right at your doorstep. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It is a fantastic value for the location and experience. We will definitely be back!

Traveling with kids, we stopped in Kunming for a night on our way back from Fuxian Lake and chose this hot spring hotel. The hotel was clean, the service was great, and we really enjoyed the water park and hot springs – it was so relaxing and perfect for families with children. Highly recommend for family trips!

主要是看重環境選擇的，剛開始刷到就毫不猶豫地訂下了，到酒店後實物跟照片也是一致的。因為過生日特意選了一個套房，非常復古又很出片！衞生真的沒得説，找不出任何毛病，床品也很新，拖鞋很舒適，牙刷很好用，還有各種泡沫洗手液和洗衣液這些小細節也很加分，不過要是再配備一個一次性馬桶墊就更好了。設施各方面都很齊全了，沙發和床品還有衣櫃都很高質，很高級很有質感，整體的裝修風格真的很喜歡，無論是酒店大堂外觀還是內部，房間和走廊都很美式很高端大氣上檔次，還有服務也非常棒，從入住到退房遇到的每一個服務員都非常熱情周到，又很貼心，已經介紹給好幾個朋友了，以後有機會一定還會選擇這裏！ 不過有個建議是這個套房的沙發坐墊有一個角的墊子破了，有條件的話還是建議翻新一下，不過其實沙發沒怎麼坐，有沙發墊也不是很能看得出來，也不是有多大影響。 強烈推薦的還有一點就是酒店房間有煙霧報警器！！！！！因為個人特別討厭煙味，酒店這個設計可以完全保障房間的無煙環境，真的超級加分！！！

The hotel isn't new, but you can tell it's well-maintained. The afternoon tea is a bit basic, but the breakfast options are quite plentiful. They use L'Occitane toiletries. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. The front desk was very responsive when I asked to change rooms, and there were welcome fruits. My only minor complaint is that a staff member knocked and then entered the room without waiting for a response. I switched from a Luxury King room to a Hot Spring King room. The Luxury King was on the 2nd floor, directly facing the restaurant downstairs and the golf course outside. The view was nice, but it was a bit noisy. After changing rooms, the privacy was much better, even though I sacrificed some indoor space. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Haigeng Park, making evening strolls very relaxing. This hotel is great for a vacation, and the overall experience was very good.
