GGuest UserThis place deserves more than 5 stars! The place is truly a hidden gem. It's like an oasis within the busy city. The location is quite unique, it's hidden on the 2nd floor of a hotpot restaurant, but very central at the same time, with an easy access to Nanping pedestrian street and old town. We got a free room upgrade to a suite, which is quite a surprise. The room is beautiful, stocked up with amenities, and spotless. In the evening, the staff prepared warm milk sent to our room. Best of all, there are 3 super friendly and cute cats, and 1 of them decided to sleep in our room! The staff prepares litterbox and snacks for her, and she's the calmest and gentlest cat so we had the best sleeping experience! Would 1000% recommend and repeat!

AAutumnLeafI stayed at Cachet Boutique Hotel Kunming on 25–26 October and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located a little away from the main pedestrian street, but the area around it has plenty of lively bars and cafés that attract a younger crowd — great if you enjoy a vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. I was really impressed by the stylish decor, quality amenities, and the spacious room layout. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Checking in/out was fast and hassle free.
As an additional benefit, the hotel is located 10 minutes from the train station.
Overall, it’s excellent value for money — I’d definitely recommend Cachet Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Kunming who’s looking for comfort, style, and a touch of local charm.

Because I chose a suite for my birthday, it was very retro and very filmed! Hygiene really has nothing to say, can not find any problems, the bedding is also very new, the slippers are very comfortable, the toothbrush is very easy to use, there are various foam hand sanitizer and laundry detergent these small details are also very plus points, but if you have a disposable toilet pad, it would be better. The facilities are very complete in all aspects, the sofa and bedding and the wardrobe are very high-quality, very high-end and textured, the overall decoration style is really like, whether it is the appearance of the hotel lobby or the interior, the rooms and corridors are very American. The high-end atmosphere is high-grade, and the service is also very good. Every waiter I met from check-in to check-out was very warm and thoughtful, and very caring. I have introduced it to several friends. I will definitely choose here if I have the opportunity in the future! However, there is a suggestion that the sofa cushion of this suite has a broken corner cushion. If there is a condition, it is recommended to renovate it. However, the sofa is not sitting much, and the sofa cushion is not very visible, and it is not much impact. Another point that is highly recommended is that the hotel room has a smoke alarm! ! ! ! ! YYongganxixiMy parents and I have been traveling for a month now, and this Wanda hotel is their absolute favorite – they even said I have great taste in choosing hotels! The front desk staff were so patient and attentive. The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing, and the environment was absolutely top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, a feast for the eyes! You can stay, eat, splash around in the shallow pools, and enjoy a comfortable hot spring soak. It was just so enjoyable!

When I visit Kunming in winter, I really like staying at this hotel because I can enjoy the hot springs. Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.
