Still very satisfied after multiple stays. The front desk staff are flexible and professional in handling requests, and the free shuttle service is very convenient. Located behind a residential area, it's very quiet. The breakfast quality is consistently good and delicious. Kunming's cool climate is very comfortable. They thoughtfully provided snacks for the children and their special lucky draw always brings joy to the kids.

I had a very pleasant stay at Dianyu Yunjing. It's perfect for a road trip. There are dedicated parking spaces in both the above-ground and underground car parks. The hotel is serene and quiet, with a swimming pool. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and attentive, patiently answering any questions. You can experience sound bowl healing, and the room comes with an aroma diffuser. The hotel's theme scent is citrus. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the afternoon tea was also exquisite. The outdoor corridor of the restaurant was very cool; you'll need a jacket in the mornings and evenings. The location is excellent. It's not far from Green Lake, the Old Street, Dianchi Lake, and Zhuanxin Farmers Market. For dining, there are many Yunnan restaurants and rice noodle shops about 1-1.5 km away, and the prices are very reasonable. There's a very quiet park near the hotel. I'll choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming; it's my top pick for self-driving.

What impressed me most about this hotel was the excellent service; it's rare to find a place where everyone's service is top-notch. The hotel's hot springs are superb, and the private bath was so comfortable. Having a private bath twice a day meant there was no need to visit the public ones. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was unique and delicious. I especially want to commend the butlers; they truly put the guests first, were proactive, and acted swiftly! One rainy night, a butler helped an elderly person down the mountain, showing complete dedication and meticulous care throughout. I'm incredibly grateful! All in all, this is a hotel that makes you want to return again and again!

Excellent facilities and service that exceeded expectations! The staff were very friendly. The only minor drawback is the lack of a self-service laundry machine. The hot spring was very comfortable, with options for surfing, massage, and hydrotherapy. It was very relaxing. I will definitely come back again.

Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty. On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating. When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?) Three areas for improvement: 1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty. 2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better. 3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!

Meticulously maintained bonsai trees, combined with vibrant tropical plants, immediately shut out the city's hustle and bustle, making you feel instantly relaxed and utterly refreshed. The outdoor hot spring boasts a unique and thoughtful design, offering excellent privacy with rocks and winding vines that create an immersive, natural oxygen bar – a truly fantastic experience. The indoor natural wood-style private bath was an even bigger surprise; the subtle woody fragrance was wonderfully calming. The bathing area was spacious and spotlessly clean. Soaking comfortably while listening to the sounds of nature from the outdoor woods was incredibly stress-relieving. What deserves the highest praise is the meticulous and attentive butler-style service. The staff proactively helped with luggage, thought of everything, and even thoughtfully prepared breakfast for our outing in advance. Every big and small detail was taken care of flawlessly. The toiletries and towels in the room were neatly arranged and well-stocked. The excellent hardware, overall quality, and warm service were all top-notch, making for a perfect experience. We genuinely didn't want to leave after arriving. A huge thank you to the staff for their thoughtful care; we'll definitely bring family and friends back next time!

It's rare to find a hotel that truly feels like a home away from home, but Bolian Hot Spring Resort certainly does! First, let's talk about the service. We stayed during the off-season, so there weren't many staff around, but you could still feel the warmth and professionalism from everyone, from our butler Dashi to the restaurant, hot springs, and front desk staff. The front desk staff even multi-tasked, making us tea and driving us to our room. Their professional training was evident throughout our stay. Even though the hotel has been open for twenty years, it doesn't feel old or dated at all. Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, and the hot springs are fantastic. The courtyard in our room was breathtakingly beautiful. To our pleasant surprise, the restaurant's food was delicious, with excellent Yunnan cuisine. We will definitely be back again. The hotel also provided complimentary executive car airport transfers and vouchers that could be used for dining or spa services at the hotel, which was a very nice touch.

Back in Kunming that evening, we skipped the queues and enjoyed the top-rated braised chicken feet barbecue. The overly friendly and enthusiastic landlady, who was almost prone to swearing, provided a wonderful final dinner for us, who were starving after a long day. Finally, we returned to our last resting place – a super luxurious mansion with an entrance garden, swimming pool, sauna, tea room, gym, entertainment room… Rangrang's carefully selected homestays truly made this trip a perfect ending! The exhausting part was that I had to cut my vacation short by a day for work, getting up at 5 am to catch my flight. The result was exactly the same as years ago when I returned to work after jet lag – I overslept the next day, hahaha! Just like in that dream.

The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, and the extensive garden landscape creates a very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. Guests get free access to the heated pool, which has a comfortable temperature, suitable for both adults to relax and children to play. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-maintained with attention to detail, making for a very comfortable stay. Clove was also incredibly thoughtful; upon learning we had a child, they proactively helped us with a room upgrade, providing us with a better living space. The hotel is perfectly suited for family trips, with excellent surrounding amenities for dining, entertainment, and activities. Our entire stay was fantastic, with prompt service and overall satisfaction.
