Holiday Apartments in Kunming

Stepping into the room, the cozy ambiance immediately melted away my travel fatigue. The bed was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries had a delightful scent. The view from the window was picturesque, and the service was attentive and thoughtful, truly making me feel at home. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to assist. Excellent value for money, I had a very comfortable stay here and highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment with two bedrooms on a mezzanine floor, a spacious open plan living room/kitchen and a bathroom with separate wet/dry areas. The kitchen had a hot plate, rice cooker and enough crockery and pots to cook properly. Best equipped apartment we have stayed in in China! The apartment is on the building on top of Mingshan bank, enter at the left hand side facing the bank. The only issue that foreigners in particular need to be aware of is that the host will send you self check in details via WeChat to the number you have registered on Trip.com. I don't use wechat on this number and it was difficult to get in contact with the host as the phone numbers listed on Trip.com are not correct. I had to contact Customer Service to find out this info and get a correct number for the host.

This is high rise residential area, with big community, school, pop up market, food stalls, restaurants, 10 minute walk to metro Lianda Station, University Town South zone (Line1) and near Kunming South Railway Station. It is very convenient to stay here when you are expecting the early train for another cities. I access route to Vientian, Laos. You can see hotel signage Infront of building. Inside on G floor, there is a reception of the building, you can ask for the hotel name and the man will advise you go to hotel lobby on 16th floor. Staff is friendly (please use translator app for Chinese) The boss also recommended me the sightseeing places nearby. I stay 4 nights feel like home, comfort bed and amenities are well equipped, emergency Oxygen masks, TV, kettles, hot shower is immediate when need.

The hotel is located near a popular restaurant area which gets pretty lively every night. The rooms was great, first floor was the toilet and living room located, on the second floor there were two bedrooms, although one room had more like a mattress on the ground so it’s more like a futon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again in this location, if I should ever visit Kunming again.

The bed is very comfortable. The only pillow I am satisfied with during this trip to Yunnan and Guizhou. I have high requirements for pillows. It is too high and too soft for me. I am not used to it and it is difficult to fall asleep. Fortunately, the height of the pillow here is OK for me, whether it is soft or hard. It's very clean and close to where you want to go. Except for the Botanical Garden, Dounan and the Provincial Museum, which are a bit far away, other places are about a dozen yuan, especially close to Donghua and Zuanxin Market. It's a motorcycle-friendly city. . Why did I have to stay in Kunming for ten and a half days when I came to this city, so leisurely and comfortable. The room was very clean, no pictures were taken, and there was a big bouquet of roses.

Bring my mother to the Red Club Hospital to see my eyes and lead the children. It is too right to choose this one! Two big beds, the rooms are still very spacious, close to the hospital, within walking distance, and close to Kunming Zoo. It is very convenient to take care of elderly children. The room was clean and tidy, the appliances were complete, and the mother lived comfortably and did not toss. The landlord also gave suggestions for eating around, really recommend! Stay next time

Excellent location, a short stroll to Tangzixiang metro station (including small local restaurants and convencience stores) and about 500m to Dongfeng Square and Jinbi Street tourist area. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for money, even considering the negative points below. Washing machine was a blessing, buy the spin cycle was not very strong. The loft bed was on a hard wooden platform with a thin mattress. I had a very uncomfortable sleep the first night, then discovered that the downstairs couch folded out into a sofa bed where I spent the next 4 nights. This was much more comfortable, but the side of the bed was not braced so that when I put my weight on the edge to get up, the whole thing tilted down to the floor, tumbling me out. Cleanliness was so-so - benchtops etc were clean but there was quite heavy dust on, for instance, the loft bulkhead ledges (which I cleaned to hang my smalls on to dry) and the window frames. Corners in the bathroom and shower also left something to be desired. The whole apartment could do with a very thorough deep clean. Cupboards, kitchen joinery, wardrobes etc were showing their age. A number of the walls and skirting boards had been painted with undercoat, so perhaps the owners are in the process of renovating. If so, it would be much nicer. Overall, for a single man staying over Chinese New Year, it was acceptable - especially for the price. But I wouldn't take my wife there if we came back to Kunming.

The hotel is in a good location. It is located near Kunming South Railway Station. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. The room facilities are complete, warm, hygienic and clean. Especially the boss and the landlady are very nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I booked this hotel when traveling to Yunnan and the return trip was not complete. He hesitated and continued to choose to stay at his house. Located in the 7th block, there are many restaurants downstairs and next to the university town. Very satisfied!

Highly recommend this executive king room! The room is bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views. Even though the weather in Kunming wasn't ideal during my visit, the room's ambiance was wonderful. It also comes with books, a desk, a dining table, and plants – very well-equipped. The bed is a tatami style, and the toiletries are good. The bathroom is clean and dry, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The service was also very thoughtful and excellent, allowing for a quiet and relaxing experience.

Our family of four came to Yunnan for a trip, taking the Kunming-Dalixiang route. On the first day, I chose the Nanyuecheng B&B. The boss was very considerate and called me three or four days in advance to tell me that this room was at the very edge and could not be equipped with air conditioning. He looked at the weather and said that it would rain in Kunming for two days when we were there. He was afraid that we would complain about being cold, so he asked us if we wanted to change rooms. We said it was okay and we could bear it. Actually, it didn't rain for two days after we arrived. The room was clean and tidy as in the pictures. About transportation: It is on the upper floor of Aegean Sea Building in Nanyuecheng, and there are Metro and Decathlon next to it, so it is very convenient to shop. Parking is free within 3 hours. If it exceeds 3 hours, you can talk to the owner and he will help you. About the room: There is an oil heater in the living room. It is warm to sit next to it and you can also dry clothes. There is also a refrigerator and a washing machine in the kitchen. We used the washing machine and it was very clean, and the rubber ring was not moldy. The beds in both rooms have electric blankets. They are very hot when you turn them on for half an hour and then turn them off and then go back to sleep! About the bathroom: I would like to emphasize the bathing area, which uses a storage type water heater. When there are four of us taking a shower, we worry about running out of hot water. The actual test is not bad. Without washing the hair, it takes about half an hour to burn from 40 to 65. There is a heater in the bathroom, so it won't be cold. But I have to complain a little bit, the shower area in the bathroom is not big, maybe only 1-2 square meters. Although it doesn't affect bathing, I'm not used to it. Then the bathroom door was not very good, water would flow outside, so we put a towel under the door. In addition, we bring all our own toiletries. About the price: It is the off-season in Yunnan now, from 12/19 to 12/20, the price for a two-bedroom, one-living room family suite is ¥261/night, which is very cost-effective! Overall, very satisfied! When the sun comes out in the morning, it makes the room very warm. We stayed there for two days, and it seemed that there was no aunt to clean the room, but it was not a big problem.
