AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The area around the hotel was livelier than expected, and there's a free coffee machine in the lobby, plus an elevator. Both the hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated, very new, and comfortable to stay in. When we checked out, they even provided a simple but thoughtful breakfast for everyone: two cakes and warm milk. It was perfect for catching our flight without going hungry.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Cuihu Lake and also a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, though in a different direction. There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

MM486750****The hotel is right next to the bustling Jinma Biji Square, and it's just across the road from Kunming Old Street commercial area and Nanqiang Night Market. The hotel staff are very attentive and proactive, and the breakfast is abundant with a wide variety of choices. Although the room isn't huge, it's actually quite comfortable to stay in. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's no worse than other hotels in the same category. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I would definitely book this hotel again if I'm ever in Wuhua District.

This is particularly friendly for guests with respiratory sensitivities and multi-generational families. In contrast, while the hotel's carpeted rooms of the same grade and sun-facing orientation are well-maintained, it's still difficult to completely avoid the physical and chemical reactions that fibrous materials undergo under continuous sunlight.

Early in my stay, a sudden issue related to room cleaning and maintenance occurred. The housekeeping team arrived on site within 3 minutes, initiating an emergency response plan. The duty manager simultaneously offered two equivalent alternative rooms for on-site evaluation. A comparison revealed that the sun-facing carpeted room had an inherent material odor, while my original room, due to its non-carpeted material and high-floor ventilation advantages, demonstrated greater stability in terms of aerodynamic performance. Throughout this process, the hotel exhibited a standard emergency protocol, objective room status disclosure, and respect for the customer's decision-making, not allowing the execution of the plan to override practical living considerations.

The 24-hour gym had staff on duty at night, and equipment was well-maintained, though some resistance adjustments on certain machines suffered from a common industry-wide delay. I did not use the pool facilities.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

The shuttle service to/from the South High-Speed Rail Station was excellent. Overall, the service was truly impeccable, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. TTianjibukexielouadcI just stayed at JEN Kunming, and I have to rave about its gym – it's absolutely one of the most beautiful I've ever seen! It's over 2,000 square meters with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an amazing view of Kunming city while you work out. It really lifts your spirits. All the equipment is top-tier brands like Life Fitness, and they have everything from TRX to yoga mats. The attention to detail is excellent. While the room was a bit compact, amenities like the direct drinking water dispenser and wireless charging were very thoughtful. The location is also fantastic, right next to a subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Honestly, I'd come back just for the gym!
