"I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"Facilities: A bit old, but generally pretty good. The bed is neither too soft nor too hard. The duvet is fine with the AC on, but it can get a bit warm without it, given Kunming's large temperature variations. There's a small garden and an outdoor hot tub, but apparently it's not usable. It's very photogenic though! The living room and bedroom are separate, which is great for families or multiple families staying together as you can chat comfortably. There are also seating areas in the room corridors where you can relax and talk. Being inside the scenic area, the courtyard rooms are quiet. Other room types might be a bit noisier. At midday, it can feel quite bustling outside with traffic and vendors calling out. The courtyard suites, however, are not noisy at all. The location is in the Jinbi area, not far from Nanping Old Street. Just cross a road and walk through Nanping Hui, and you're in a commercial area. For food and drinks, there are snacks right downstairs, though not many main courses. I think the options across the street are better. The hotel breakfast is à la carte and needs to be ordered a day in advance. We tried it one day, but after that, we opted for takeout or ate out. The hotel service is quite good. They have a butler service, and the staff's attitude is very pleasant. When we had a delay, they helped us coordinate a later checkout. For transport, since it's within the scenic area, you'll probably need to walk a bit after getting off the car. However, you can also have your car drive to the parking lot, and there's an elevator near the exit that takes you up."

"The room was spacious and new. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at Changshui Airport in the early hours. I contacted the front desk, and they instructed me to collect my luggage, then go to Exit 5 on B2, turn left, walk about 50 meters to the No. 7 police booth, and call them again. Around 10 minutes later, a car came to pick us up. The driver first dropped us off at the T1 branch on the way, then took two other guests to another Park Inn hotel. We quickly checked in and booked a shuttle for 7:25 AM. The staff kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor, which meant less walking. By the time I got into the room, it was already 2 AM, so I quickly went to sleep. The bedding was very comfortable. I woke up at 6:30 AM and had a refreshing shower. At 7:15 AM, I checked out and went for a walk outside. It's close to the airport but not noisy. Among all the airport hotels I've stayed in, this one was the quietest. Great value for money and excellent service; I'll definitely stay here again."

"This Boyi Hotel is super convenient, just a ten-minute drive to the airport, making it a great value for money in terms of transportation. The front desk staff, especially the lady, provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the personalized wake-up call was very reliable. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the 'Xiao Du' smart assistant controlled all the in-room devices. The giant screen was perfect for binge-watching shows, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The special rice noodles and late-night congee really elevated the stay experience."

"I've stayed here several times now. It's right in Colorful Yunnan, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. The rooms are uniquely designed and very spacious. For the same price, I doubt you could find another hotel with rooms this large. The attention to detail in the room's decor is also very thoughtful. They even provide a washing machine and a drying rack, which is a huge plus since it's often hard to find a place to dry clothes after washing them. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of a sizable lake. You can sit and enjoy panoramic views of the lake and the city. Overall, my experience was extremely satisfying."

"I saw the high ratings for this guesthouse online, so I decided to book it just to see, and as soon as I arrived, I knew I'd made the right choice! 🥰 The room and environment were exactly as pictured online. The owner and their family were all very kind, and the courtyard was beautifully maintained and spotless. Every picture I took turned out lovely. Stepping in, you immediately feel a refreshing vibe. The breakfast was amazing – a great variety, delicious, and even delivered to the room, which was just perfect! The location is also fantastic. There's a small gate next to the guesthouse that leads right to a food street. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Haigeng Dam, so it was lovely to stroll there after dinner 🐶. "What I loved most about this hotel was the spacious room. As soon as you open the door, you can see the airport terminal, and the floor-to-ceiling windows give it a grand and luxurious feel. There's plenty of parking too, which is very convenient. The bathroom, especially, was fantastic with its three-section wet/dry separation – it was so comfortable to use. The room also thoughtfully included a mini-fridge and a safe, and while I didn't use them, it was nice to know they were there. Plus, there were complimentary bottled waters and local Yunnan small-grain coffee, which was a great touch! The breakfast was also very rich, with a wide variety of delicious, clean, and hygienic options. The hotel is super close to the airport terminal, and they even offer a free shuttle starting at 5:00 AM. If you miss the shuttle, it's only a 20-minute walk at most. I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly; it's just so convenient! 👍👍"

"I arrived in Kunming after midnight following a long day of travel, so I was very happy to be greeted by two friendly and welcoming staff members. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they immediately helped arrange my airport transfer for the next morning, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very accommodating when I requested a room change because the first room had a strong smoke smell. They promptly arranged another room, which was much better and met my expectations. After a long journey, the soft and comfortable bed gave me a great night's rest, even though I only had a few hours before my early flight. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. The front desk even made sure I was awake in time for my airport transfer. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes. I especially enjoyed the different stir-fried vegetables and local dishes, something I will definitely miss from China. The airport transfer was punctual and hassle-free. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the staff."
