前台服務人員很熱情，當天飛機晚點了，到了大概凌晨一點多了，前台小姐姐仍然等着到路口接我們去酒店，第二天的前台小姐姐也很熱情，服務很温馨。位置也很不錯，對面就是購物廣場，再往裡麪走就是老街，贊啊

My family and i absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed there when we arrived at kunming and we travel to dali, lijiang then back to kunming before flying home. We were so looking forward to come back to this hotel. It is close to the shopping streets, kunming station,etc. Very easy to get street hailed taxis. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and has provided fantastic services to us. They will do their best to serve their guests. I am especially thankful to front desk staff, Liu Xiao Qing(刘晓青), whom we have the most interaction with. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

It was really a pleasant trip. Although this hotel does not have five-star or luxury gimmicks, it is a comfortable and warm place to stay. The lady at the front desk of the hotel is gentle and lovely, and took the trouble to help us check in and answer our questions. The room is bright and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Their breakfast is also very attentive, can be booked in advance and is very delicious. Special praise and thanks go to two girls, Xiao Chang and Xiao Qing. We accidentally threw an important document into the trash can when we left the store. After we left, we suddenly found it and contacted them. They went through the trash can to help us find it. It was really Thank you so much. A hotel with such great staff must be our favorite hotel as a traveler! I will stay here again when I come to Kunming in the future. A hotel that feels like home!
