First time staying at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located and there are many food options nearby. The hotel staff provided good service. The concierge was enthusiastic and helped to carry the luggage and delivered it to the room. The guest room was clean and I liked the decoration style. During my stay, I called to ask how to get to the nearby pharmacy. Kate from the guest service center patiently answered my questions and sent me a humidifier and mineral water. I really like such thoughtful and meticulous service and will stay at Wanda again in the future.
