GGuest UserDuring our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

YYoo agWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special.
The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing.
We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

The original intention of booking this homestay is because the latter part of the journey is to stay alone for one night in Tengchong. I lived in the official room hotel before. I didn’t want to carry the box to find a place to live. I saw that this homestay was just next to the official room and booked.
A few days before the booking date, the boss took the initiative to contact me and sent me some play guides. On the day of the stay, because I was going to hike, I was thinking about what to do with my luggage. I didn't expect the boss to be very refreshing. I directly asked me to have fun. They helped me pick up my luggage!
Besides the hardware, it was really unexpected! The small courtyard is quiet and the environment is particularly good. What surprised me most was that the details were very moving. For example, the small appliances in the room are all branded. There are earplugs, steam eye masks, masks, hand sanitizer, body lotion, laundry detergent and even shoe brushes for tourists! The toiletries are also good brands. It can be said that there is no feeling of living in a hotel outside, because those seemingly inconspicuous supplies are the same as our daily home use! ! !
In your free time, you can also drink tea and chat with the boss in the small courtyard, and meet different friends in the south and the south, especially comfortable.

The owner recommended local restaurants that are popular with residents, and the food was excellent. A special thumbs-up to the owner for helping us book a hot spring package at a discounted price—it was great value for money. We also received a small farewell gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch.
However, the only negative experience—and the biggest drawback—was the unstable hot water in the shower. In winter, the hot water suddenly turned cold halfway through a shower. Although the owner responded promptly and helped adjust the water pressure, the temperature later became unstable again, suddenly turning extremely hot and almost scalding. We hope this can be improved in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.

The Pinheyuan is a courtyard-style hotel with three-in-four courtyards and Lingnan style. The interior decoration and furniture of the hotel are very elegant, and the courtyard design layout is reasonable, reflecting the taste and temperament of the hotel owner. Living in the hotel and enjoying every view in the courtyard is very beautiful.
The hotel butler was meticulous and thoughtful, introduced the hotel's facilities in detail, and the breakfast made for us was also rich and delicious.

I was a little apprehensive after seeing a review that gave the hotel low ratings for its facilities. But after staying there, I must clear up my doubts – it was a complete ”misunderstanding”! The experience was absolutely fantastic!
Our room was fully equipped with everything you could need: a dry sauna, a private hot tub, a dehumidifier, and underfloor heating. Everything was brand new and high-end. Let me focus on the ”misunderstood” dry sauna: Upon check-in, the butler mentioned that some guests had complained about the sauna being too cold and asked me to try it and provide feedback. Could that be true? They patiently demonstrated how to use it. The key is that after heating it for a few minutes, you need to gently pour water onto the volcanic rocks on the stove using a wooden ladle – with a ”hiss,” a wave of heat instantly rises, raising the room temperature to 70-80 degrees Celsius within minutes, making you sweat incredibly well and comfortably. I suspect the previous guests might have missed this crucial step.
The room's details were very thoughtfully designed. For example, the dehumidifier quickly dried the air after steaming, and the private hot tub was always ready for use with a stable temperature. The public areas were also stylishly designed; both the reading room and tea room offered instant relaxation.
This stay made me realize that a good hotel not only needs top-notch facilities but also patient and attentive service. Thanks to the butler's thoughtful introductions, we didn't miss a single wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality; you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserThe homestay is on the west side of the ancient town. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of the ancient town. You can always take different roads to the center of the ancient town. Every time you see the attractions and shops, it is also different. It is very good! I ate beef beef from Niuniujia for lunch. The set meal was 168 for two people. The beef was tender and delicious!
The first floor of the homestay is a cafe. It is so comfortable to drink coffee on the sofa! Living in a homestay in the ancient town, you need to buy tickets for the ancient town, 55 yuan, you can enter and exit at will within 7 days, the car can drive downstairs to the homestay, very convenient. In the morning, I went to the morning market in Xia Siluo Village for breakfast. It ended at 12 noon. The thin soy powder and roasted pork rice noodles were delicious. There was also a hand-made coffee for 5 yuan. Be sure to taste it!

GGuest UserWe booked a twin-bed suite for 6 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. It also had a living room. The facilities were complete and very new. The lady at the front desk was super warm and generous and provided us with a wealth of travel suggestions. The station is located in the center of the city. Traveling is very convenient and fast, and there are many food and shopping places around. Forgot to take a photo, but the pictures from past reviews are very real and completely believable. Breakfast is served at a cooperative restaurant outside, with silk rice noodles, soy milk and fried dough sticks, but it is recommended to go early, otherwise there will be more people in other hotels outside. The only suggestion is that it would be better if the bathroom could be separated from wet and dry areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The room is very comfortable. There are few people in the off-season. The owner took the initiative to upgrade it. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. When I wake up every day, I can see the rice fields outside the window. The public area is also beautiful and you can drink tea and coffee. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the room.
The boss is very nice and patiently answers questions on WeChat every day. The room also includes 2 breakfasts and 1 afternoon tea. The breakfast is at the morning market in the ancient town, not far away. The bean powder is delicious. We didn't enjoy the afternoon tea until the day we left the store, and the boss was very nice and gave us an extra cup of tea. Finally, he took the initiative to take us to the tourist center to take the bus
