Their gentle nature instantly made them my son's best playmates. The little guy chased his ”furry butlers” all over the yard every day, his innocent laughter and the cats' purring becoming the most beautiful background music of our trip. The common areas are veritable ”all-in-one living rooms”: wake up your taste buds with hand-drip coffee at the bar in the morning ☕, curl up on the sofa with the cats and read a book in the afternoon, and sing karaoke with friends in the karaoke room 🎤 or play cards at the card table 🃏 in the evening… Most surprisingly, there's a tranquil Buddhist shrine hidden deep within 🕯️! In the brief moment of quiet contemplation while burning incense, the hustle and bustle abruptly ceases. This collision of Eastern Zen and Western entertainment is a truly soul-stirring fusion! This is far more than just a guesthouse—it's an aesthetically pleasing space where you can feel the warmth of human connection, a happy planet for children and cats, and an idyllic haven where everyone can find a sense of belonging. Our team outing was a great experience, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Any requests we had were met with incredible effort and coordination. When it was time to leave, they even ensured every single one of us was safely transported to the airport. The entire staff was on point and incredibly helpful. The balcony view, especially at sunset, was breathtakingly beautiful – every photo taken was stunning.

The service was exceptionally attentive. After booking, they contacted us in advance to arrange airport pickup. Upon arrival, the hotel manager upgraded our room and even helped deliver our luggage. The lake view room with a hot spring bath was an absolute delight. Watching the sunset while soaking in the hot springs allowed you to fully experience the unique charm of Heshun Ancient Town. The room also provided a wide variety of snacks, including delicious homemade yogurt. The hotel manager even gave us some of his own ancient tree black tea. Our two-night stay was truly wonderful, and the trip to Heshun Ancient Town was well worth it.

The rooms in the hotel are very warm. The handsome butler and the little girl at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The service is very user-friendly. The roasted tea experience every night around the fire is great. The guests who were with us took special photos, which is particularly great. There is also the balcony of the hotel. The corridors and hallways are beautiful, and the photos are particularly impressive, as well as the celebrity dog ​​Momo. I really give it a five-star review! I hope I will have the opportunity to stay at Mohe Shuxin Panoramic Hot Spring Hotel in Heshun Ancient Town in the future.

We are a group of 12 Malaysian who spent 5 days 4 Nights at Tengchong. The lady boss - 素素 is very nice and friendly. The hotel provided airport transfer and was picked up by the lady boss personally. Rooms are big and with all amenities. Location of the hotel is also quite convenient. Nearby a lot of local restaurants. Right opposite the hotel is the bus station where we could book or charter bus to travel back to KunMing. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel could arrange for our local tour to TengChong and 芒市 tour at a very reasonable package tour.

The hotel housekeeper Xiao Cha was very nice. He was very patient in communicating before the trip and provided excellent service during the trip. I forgot my hat in the ancient town store after breakfast. I remembered it during the tour and called Xiaocha to help me go to the store to check if it was still there. It was raining heavily in the ancient town that day. Xiaocha didn’t hesitate and quickly took the hat back to the hotel. It was very surprising. move. The hotel's breakfast is relatively clean and has local characteristics. It will be arranged in advance if you go out early. Take a hot spring bath every night and sleep comfortably. marvelous!

Found this hotel spontaneously by the roadside, and it didn't disappoint! The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is generous. Everywhere you look, the hotel is spotlessly clean. The front desk lady had a bright smile and a very gentle voice. She introduced me to all the hotel's amenities, and the laundry room was a real highlight – it had washing, drying, and ironing facilities. Plus, everything was clearly labeled, including whether detergent was needed and how to operate the machines. A big bonus!

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated. It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!

The room was clean and hygienic, but it was indeed quite old. The lighting was dim, with only two bedside lamps near the bed and no overhead light. The TV was small, but a membership was available. However, the hotel's hot spring was quite good, and the staff were very friendly. There were five or six pools with temperatures ranging from 35 to 43 degrees Celsius, and a water slide, which was under maintenance and unavailable when we visited. Otherwise, the children would have loved it even more.
