GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone! Our host, Minsu, was very welcoming and personally picked us up at the Ginkgo intersection. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was decorated in a simple and sophisticated style, very clean, and comfortable. Their large, high-definition TV was perfect for watching a movie in bed after a bath. The location is also great; Ginkgo King is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserDuring our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery.
If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

GGuest UserThe homestay was clean and comfortable, exactly as expected and consistent with the photos shown. The owner recommended local restaurants that are popular with residents, and the food was excellent. A special thumbs-up to the owner for helping us book a hot spring package at a discounted price—it was great value for money. We also received a small farewell gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch.
However, the only negative experience—and the biggest drawback—was the unstable hot water in the shower. In winter, the hot water suddenly turned cold halfway through a shower. Although the owner responded promptly and helped adjust the water pressure, the temperature later became unstable again, suddenly turning extremely hot and almost scalding. We hope this can be improved in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.

DD8503****The best, newest, most romantic, and most cost-effective guesthouse in the ancient town. The landlady is beautiful and welcoming, offering free airport pick-up and drop-off and luggage assistance. The place is clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The auntie's breakfast is delicious 😋 The rice noodles made with pork bone broth are a must-have every day before going out. The family suite with two large balconies is simply romantic. The quiet environment ensures a good night's sleep. The guesthouse is very close to Shuanghong Bridge and the library in the center of the ancient town. The local restaurant recommended by the landlady is also excellent. I will definitely stay at Nuan Gui Guesthouse again with my family next time.

MM20923****The room facilities are newer and the cleaning is very clean. Toiletries The smell of egg flower jasmine is very enjoyable and the room is equipped with an aromatherapy stove, which is lemongrass essential oil. The room has its own bubble pool is very large.
The common area is large and planted with lots of flowers, and in January I was surprised to see cherry blossoms above my head.
Breakfast was average, the first day 3 coffee machines were faulty, the pastries were not done very well, and every day we ate a bowl of bait thread.
The service is overall OK, you can book a car to pick up and drop off to soak in the hot springs, but the shower area and locker room in Yue Chun Hot Spring are not air-conditioned, the body feels colder.
In the case of using room vouchers, the price of less than $1000 during the New Year holiday is considered reasonable.

GGuest UserVery good. During our family trip over the Spring Festival, the front desk upgraded our room, and a young man drove us to the hot springs in an electric cart. The service was excellent, except that parking was a bit congested and some roads were a little narrow.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and has all the necessities. The manor's own brand of hanging coffee is also provided. The small courtyard is really nice. During non-peak seasons, guests are allowed to check in across each other. There is an empty room between each other, so they will not disturb each other. The people in the park are very nice. The only pity is that we came at the wrong time and the activities of picking and roasting beans were suspended.
The food in the park restaurant is also authentic and reasonably priced.

There is a restaurant in the service center, and the butler service is attentive. During the rainy season in Tengchong in summer, the first floor will be relatively humid and have a strong musty smell.
