GGuest UserMy stay at the W Hotel Xi'an was absolutely perfect, exceeding all expectations. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, featuring a wide array of Western pastries and fresh juices, alongside local specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger), Youpo Mian (oil-splashed noodles), and Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake). The live cooking stations offered authentic flavors and fresh, delicious ingredients. The Xianyuan Chinese Restaurant on the second floor served exquisite dishes, a delightful fusion of Shaanxi and Huaiyang cuisines, all perfectly seasoned in an elegant setting.
The entire staff was incredibly enthusiastic. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping teams were proactive and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. The room's view was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a scenic balcony. During the day, I overlooked the lush greenery of Qujiang, and at night, I enjoyed the vibrant city lights—the ambiance was simply magical. The room's design was modern and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The dining, service, and views were all top-notch. This is definitely my first choice for a stay in Xi'an, and I'll be back again!

Our butler was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out three days in advance and responding quickly to all our needs. The turndown service was exquisite, showcasing French elegance and historical charm in every detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mousse cake and fresh fruit. The staff were all polite and considerate, and I particularly want to commend butler Jack, Themis, and concierge Morty Eva for their outstanding service! This hotel truly sets the standard for high-end accommodation in Xi'an and comes highly recommended.

Our dedicated butler provided warm, professional, and thoughtful service, proactively anticipating our children's needs and paying attention to every detail. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the staff were patient, meticulous, and friendly in their communication. Our room was warm and comfortable, with all necessary amenities for children fully provided and well-maintained facilities. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, thorough, and attentive, demonstrating outstanding overall quality. It was a superb accommodation experience on our trip, and we're definitely looking forward to returning.

Ddnnz1I had a particularly satisfying stay this time. A special shout-out to Yilia, the executive lounge manager, for her gentle demeanor and thoughtful service. Monica from the guest relations team was very attentive and sincere with her farewell greetings upon check-out. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water with no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

QQiutangtangTraveling from Beijing to Xi'an this time, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and was extremely satisfied overall~
**Check-in:** First of all, even before I arrived, I received a call from the hotel staff asking what time we expected to arrive. Upon learning that we would be arriving early, they said they would try their best to arrange an early check-in for us. And indeed, when we got to the hotel, the check-in process was smooth and we were able to get into our room early. I'm very grateful for the thoughtful service from the hotel staff and the quick processing by the front desk.
**Room:** It was the height of summer and extremely hot, so we needed a lot of ice daily. We requested buckets of ice every day. The room service staff always responded promptly, provided patient service, and were consistently thorough and meticulous without any slack.
**Environment:** The hotel's facilities are excellent, clean, and elegant. Every location is clearly marked, and the elevators are quiet and fast. The concierge staff were also particularly helpful when we called for taxis, opening car doors to make getting in and out convenient. The meticulous and personalized service made us feel very at ease.
**Dining:** Breakfast was very rich. Since we booked an executive suite, we also experienced the Grand Club. The overall service and light meals were all very good, and the staff were enthusiastic. Although there were some minor issues in between, which might have been due to miscommunication, after clarifying, everything was fine. The overall service was quite good.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, and it was an excellent experience; my mom was very satisfied too. The hardware is quite new, and the design is beautiful. I heard it shares the same designer as the Ritz-Carlton Kyoto. The location is a bit out of the way for sightseeing, but there's a subway station right downstairs, and you can reach the main city attractions in about half an hour. There's also a mall behind the hotel, which is convenient for grabbing a meal or doing some shopping.
Every staff member I encountered was very polite and had a great attitude. The turndown service was also the most meticulous I've experienced in any hotel, and they even brought a 'Bingfeng' soda, a local Xi'an specialty.
The hotel linens were incredibly smooth, and the mattress wasn't the kind you sink into with no support. While soft, it provided excellent lumbar support, making for a very comfortable sleep experience. And I must praise the bathrobes – they were so soft and gentle on the skin, extremely comfortable to wear.
The prices for beverages in the room were quite reasonable. Although there's a slight markup, it's much better than the 30-40 yuan per coke charged by luxury hotels in other cities. For breakfast, there were many Xi'an specialty snacks, and they tasted great. I just wished they could add more chili to the 'Youpo Mian' (oil-splashed noodles)😋. In other areas, the Western pastry selection was almost perfect, and the egg station even offered Eggs Benedict. The lion statue at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant was particularly adorable and looked incredibly well-behaved.
There were many designs to choose from for custom room key cards, and the staff presented other options for selection upon check-out. However, there was a bit of dust in some areas of the room. While not easily touched, it was a little unpleasant to see. I hope the hotel can improve on this.
Overall, this stay truly allowed me to experience the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' service attitude of the Ritz-Carlton. I will definitely be back for a second visit.

I accidentally left my watch in the room after check-out, but after contacting Mio, they promptly located it and arranged for a courier right away. Their service was incredibly timely and warm. Huge thumbs up for such service – this will definitely be my top choice for future trips!

SShrewdGeniusThis is the best hotel i have ever stayed at in xi’an!!! THE BEST!!! The reception was excellent. He was so courteous and whenever we had an issue, he immediately had it solved. During check in we requested for more water and it was sent up immediately. Every day the amount of water replenished was exactly how much we needed from the first day. The food delivery was always smoothly delivered up by the robot. The gym was excellent and very well maintained. The room, it is always so clean. Overall, this is hands down one of the best hotels ive stayed in in china. Again, a shout out to the male reception (didnt get his name but it was a young guy andhe doesnt wear glasses) who always ensured everything was perfect for us.

I went on a Sunday, and there was a conference, two weddings, and a child's birthday party? The public areas were better maintained than the room facilities. The F&B department seemed a bit disorganized, but everything else was okay. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the concierge called ahead to communicate.
