Staying a night in Chang'an, dreaming of the Han and Tang dynasties. My recent stay at the Han and Tang Museum Resort Residence was truly the highlight of my trip. The residence is located in the heart of the city, close to the magnificent Bell and Drum Towers, yet peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle. Upon entering, I was greeted by golden bricks paving the floor and an array of antique wooden furnishings. The exquisite carvings and thoughtful arrangement of every object evoked a sense of ancient heritage, as if I had stepped into a thousand-year-old mansion. Each step revealed a new scene, steeped in a rich, ancient charm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a 2.1-meter-wide bed with down bedding, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a wet and dry separation and comprehensive smart appliances, blending modern convenience seamlessly with traditional aesthetics. The residence also boasts a tea room, calligraphy room, gym, and a children's play area. During my leisure time, I could brew tea, practice calligraphy, or work out. It offered enjoyment for every member of the family, young and old. The hosts were incredibly sincere, treating guests like dear friends. Everything was meticulously arranged, showing thoughtful consideration in every detail. Staying here was more than just a night's rest; it was an immersive experience of slow living, steeped in the elegance of the ancient capital. Time may pass, but I too look forward to a return. When I revisit Chang'an in the future, I will undoubtedly return to this residence. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The service was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, staff on the ground floor came to help us with our luggage and escorted us to the lobby. During check-in, they thoughtfully offered us water. Any questions we had were addressed immediately by phone. Great value for money!

Stayed here for a business trip and it was a perfect experience overall. The location is convenient with easy parking. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their efficient check-in process and the free luggage storage. The room had a spacious desk, ideal for working, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Housekeeping did a thorough job daily. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay, making everything stress-free. It's definitely my top choice for business travel!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an for six consecutive days, deeply experiencing the historical and cultural charm of Xi'an's ancient city, enjoying the local cuisine, and also feeling the comfort and coziness of the hotel. I extended my stay for another three days, making it a total of nine days, exploring the ancient city while also enjoying the hotel's atmosphere and environment. What's even more worth mentioning is the hotel's infinity pool, which is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. There's also a warm jacuzzi with water jets that my child absolutely loved. During our nine-day stay, we spent an hour or two in the pool every day, and my child even learned how to swim breaststroke! Furthermore, the hotel's staff member, Judy, provided us with consultation and assistance throughout our stay, and we are very grateful for her help!

My first trip to Wuhan, and staying at The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan, truly exceeded my expectations – I'm incredibly impressed! Stepping out of the elevator, a subtle, woody fragrance enveloped me, creating a relaxed and soothing ambiance. During check-in, the staff member Jessie escorted us to our room, providing a tour. She was consistently gentle, meticulous, patient, and thorough in her explanations, making for an excellent service experience. We booked a room with executive lounge access, and the room offered expansive, open views. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the Executive Lounge. It truly lives up to its reputation as arguably the largest executive lounge in Asia; the views are superb, and the overall offerings are completely worth the value. The food selection was rich and diverse; compared to executive lounges in hotels of similar caliber, the quality and variety were genuinely impressive, and the desserts were particularly stunning. The hotel's Executive Lounge offers five food presentations throughout the day, and we experienced all but afternoon tea. The evening dining atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. After 8:30 PM, during the dessert and drinks session, we could even order custom-made cocktails. My friends and I enjoyed drinks, chatted, and played games until closing time, spending two very relaxing and enjoyable days.

I booked this hotel online. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to visit malls like Grand City and Longshouyuan, which are just a short taxi ride away. Service: As soon as I arrived on the first floor, the staff warmly helped me with my luggage and guided me to the third floor for check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Environment: From the lobby on the first floor to the hallways and rooms, everything was very clean. Upon entering my room, it felt very bright, tidy, and overall quite new. The stay experience was excellent. Hygiene: I tried the hotel's buffet, and the variety of dishes was extensive. The fruits, wines, and beverages were neatly arranged, and the seafood was also very fresh. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to friends for their next visit.

The hotel room was very clean, and the facilities were decent. It was on a high floor, but the downside was the limited number of power outlets (though USB charging ports were available). The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from the main attractions. Xi'an Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and taxis are easily accessible. Overall, it's a very good choice.

Booked this classic five-star hotel for two nights for our wedding anniversary. Upon check-in, customer service manager Mio kindly upgraded our room. On the first day, we received welcome fruits and a complimentary minibar. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the service is definitely commendable. For example, we encountered a minor issue on the first night, but the lobby duty manager on the second day (the 3rd) quickly resolved it. Furthermore, the hotel environment is quite pleasant, featuring a quiet Chinese garden. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive.

The environment is clean and the service is great, with staff always ready to answer any questions. The decor is Chinese style, and it's quite quiet outside the window. There are three hotels inside, so it might be a bit tricky to find the exact location. Regarding the all-in-one control panel, once you press to turn everything off, it's quite fiddly to find the buttons to turn things back on. I suggest using physical buttons for the bedside lamps; many hotels now use voice commands for smart systems, which would also be more convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. While the room facilities are a bit dated, overall it's still very good.
