GGuest UserWhile the hotel is undeniably a bit old, it's incredibly well-maintained. The French-style decor is subtly luxurious, and the gardens are beautiful. Breakfast offers a good blend of local flavors; though not extensive, the quality of the dishes is quite decent.
I particularly want to praise the hotel's desserts – they are truly exquisite French pastries. The afternoon tea is freshly made, and you can still smell the warm buttery aroma when it's served. Both the sweet and savory items are perfectly balanced, which was truly amazing.
My low rating is for the service. The staff seemed very green, almost like interns. Upon arrival, there was no doorman to open the car door or help with luggage. During check-in, no one bothered to introduce the hotel's functional facilities until I specifically asked, as if they only remembered my entitlements then. The restaurant staff couldn't even distinguish table numbers when serving (which was the most laughable part). After a guest stated a request, a staff member actually just turned around and walked away. Lobby staff were loudly chatting among themselves during working hours; the guests in the lobby were quiet, but the staff were quite noisy. At check-out, the front desk staff were completely unresponsive – they didn't take the room card or say anything, just stood far away, watching me put the card on the table myself, with their hands behind their backs throughout.
Ultimately, the hotel's location, its rich historical and cultural heritage, and its status as one of only six Accor Legendary hotels worldwide are all reasons guests choose to stay here. However, for a brand's sustainability and stable profitability, long-term meticulous operation and professional staff training are crucial.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely wonderful, very comfortable and relaxing. I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's hot spring is a real highlight; the water temperature in the pools was perfect, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always enthusiastic and attentive, no matter where you were in the hotel. There were also some simple leisure activities that were just right for a bit of daily relaxation. On Saturday, they had a parade float and a small train, plus a kids' camp, which was really fun. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making for an excellent stay. With the comfortable hot springs, great service, and high value for money, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Every aspect of the service is thoughtful and attentive; any requests or suggestions are immediately addressed. The soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are complete, including my favorite real buckwheat pillows. The cleaning staff are very meticulous, even tidying up data cables in the room.

GGuest UserI have to give this hotel a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

SShiziranziranrourouwaI came here for Phoenix Legend's concert. Monica from guest relations called me in advance to help arrange my room. She answered all my questions and paid great attention to every detail. The room had a fantastic 180-degree panoramic window view, and the layout was quite good. The bathtub was perfectly angled for watching TV, and the TV's sound could be adjusted from the speaker above the tub. In the afternoon, I ordered some takeout and wanted to throw out the trash myself. When I was leaving, I happened to run into the housekeeping staff, and she took the trash bag directly from me. When I returned, I found my room had been tidied up again, and turndown service was provided. It was very thoughtful. There's a dedicated elevator to the guest rooms, and you need to swipe your card to access your floor, which made me feel very secure. The hotel breakfast also offered a wide variety and was delicious. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel!

Since it was my first time visiting Xi'an, I really wanted a top-notch experience, so I paid extra attention to choosing the perfect accommodation. And the results were surprisingly good! I have to give a special shout-out to the two front desk staff members who checked me in around 1:30 PM on April 24th. One was named Roy Luo, and I can't remember the other tall gentleman's name, but he deserves a special mention too! 😊 They provided patient service with a constant smile and even proactively upgraded me to an executive room. The overall experience was excellent. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, featuring both local specialty noodles and Western pastries, and the taste was great. As expected from an InterContinental property, it's reliable and definitely worth it. I'll choose this place again on my next visit!

AAqiqiqiqiqi。Cleanliness: Really good. Even though there are many corners in the room, I didn't see a speck of dust.
Environment: Super, super great. The gym, swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurant, afternoon tea, and lounge are all so beautiful. Anywhere you take a picture looks very well-designed. To find a hotel like this for around 1000 is really worth it.
Service: The butler's attitude was the best I've ever encountered! Thanks to Vivian for letting us check out late so we could comfortably go for a swim, haha. There are also many staff members everywhere you look.

GGuest UserThe Ritz-Carlton has long been a luxury hotel I've wanted to experience, and since I was traveling to Xi'an, I immediately booked a stay. Upon arrival, the front desk staff, as per my request, upgraded my room to a high-floor executive king. Because room cleaning took longer than expected, they further upgraded me to the highest floor in the executive wing, which I was extremely happy with. Personally, I think the Ritz's breakfast is unbeatable among hotels of its caliber – the variety is extensive, and the quality is superb. The Xi'an specialties like You Po La Zi Mian (oil-splashed chili noodles), Yang Za Tang (lamb offal soup), and beef roujiamo were all delicious, easily comparable to local restaurants outside. The attention to detail was also excellent: since my backpack had been on the high-speed train and I felt it wasn't very clean, I placed it on the floor rather than on the sofa or chair. Chen Liang, the cleaning staff, noticed this and brought me a luggage rack to put my backpack on, leaving a card afterwards. Also, observing my habit of drinking water in bed, they thoughtfully placed a glass on my nightstand. These are all results of the staff's keen observation and are a testament to the hotel's management and training. Details truly make all the difference. I hope you continue to excel and get even better. The Ritz will remain my top choice for future travels!

The balcony gave a great sense of space, making for a very comfortable stay. Her thoughtful and meticulous service truly deserves praise. The hotel also offers one-on-one butler service; I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive to my needs throughout my stay, answering any questions I had. Hyatt's attentive service left us with a particularly good impression of our trip.

He also gave me two coffee vouchers. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. I had a great stay. The only downside was that breakfast was too crowded, and I couldn't get a seat.
