The room was spacious, and the two kids had plenty of room to play. It was also very clean, especially the disposable bath towels and hand towels, which was a big plus. Another thing I must mention is that the owner was incredibly kind; he even took us for a walk around the area and introduced us to some local delicacies. A very good experience overall.

cy6698The booked hotel villa had some pleasant surprises, but also a few minor issues. The hotel service was a pleasant surprise; a WeChat group was created before we even arrived, making it very convenient to address any questions or needs immediately. The room facilities were satisfactory, but there were three shortcomings: first, the toilet downstairs had a clogged drain; second, the stairs lacked warning signs, causing frequent tripping; and third, there was a protruding nail on the stair tread, which cut my child's foot when we weren't looking. We mentioned this in the service group, and the hotel manager took it very seriously, visiting several times to inquire about the injury and even bringing medicine and a small gift to apologize. Overall, the hotel service was quite good, and I hope they can improve further and reduce these shortcomings in the future.

XiaoxixiccThis is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in recent years!
The entire hotel staff is highly professional, and their excellent service is evident at every step of your stay. While waiting for a ride-hailing car in the lobby, staff members would proactively approach me to ask about my destination and offer guidance for travel if I had questions. When I was taking photos in the lobby, staff members would also come over to help me find good angles and assist with the pictures. Whether it was checking in, having breakfast, or being at the hotel's pool or bar... in every scenario during my stay, I felt meticulous and thoughtful service, with many proactive and attentive touches that made for a very comfortable experience.
I especially want to thank Flora Qiu Jianyue from the concierge team. We had three suitcases with us, and the booked car couldn't fit all of them, so we needed to move luggage back and forth. It was the scorching midday sun in Xi'an, and I was waiting in the shade with my three children. I called her over to avoid the sun, but she insisted on staying in the scorching sun to look after our luggage, helped us move it back and forth, and arranged for a different car. This small detail was truly heartwarming.
The hotel's predecessor was the historic People's Grand Hotel, now part of the Sofitel Legend brand. The building itself boasts a rich historical heritage, but it's impeccably maintained. The furniture and public areas are kept in pristine condition, appearing new and polished, and everything is meticulously cared for, striking a perfect balance between old and new.
The breakfast selection is abundant, and the taste is excellent. The toiletries provided in the room are Maison Caulières 'L'Aube des Sens,' with a sophisticated and gentle fragrance that I really enjoyed.
Both the hardware maintenance and the service awareness of all staff members are impeccable. You definitely shouldn't miss this hotel when you come to Xi'an.

Guest UserThe overall environment is quite good, and the service is attentive and responsive to all requests. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and breakfast for our child was waived. The room style is modern Chinese, which I really liked. Although the location is on Keji Road, there's a mall downstairs, so it doesn't feel too out of the way. Taking a taxi to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

This time I chose the Xingcheng Hotel Xi'an North Station Fengcheng 10th Road Metro Station Branch for a high-speed rail layover in Xi'an, and the overall stay far exceeded my expectations – I genuinely highly recommend it! The hotel's location is exceptional, right next to Fengcheng 10th Road Metro Station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for catching trains at Xi'an North Station, and the metro provides direct access to major attractions in the city center, making sightseeing and travel completely stress-free. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food and do some shopping at night. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel isn't noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep and high-quality rest that washes away travel fatigue. The lobby is simple and clean, with a fresh and comfortable decor. The front desk service is warm and attentive, with fast and efficient check-in. They were patient and meticulous throughout, proactively explaining local sightseeing routes and transport tips. They were kind and polite, and with 24-hour service, the entire stay felt safe and comfortable. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally well-done; the entire room was spotless, with clean and tidy surfaces and floors. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, no odors, and no water stains, indicating meticulous cleaning. The bedding was soft, clean, fluffy, and comfortable, and the mattress was just right – I slept soundly all night without any discomfort. The room had excellent lighting and ventilation, the air conditioning provided even heating and cooling, and the hot water was consistently stable. All the appliances worked well, and the toiletries were thoughtfully provided, making the overall atmosphere cozy and comfortable. The hotel's service response was prompt; any requests to the front desk were handled quickly, with a gentle and professional attitude. The value for money is outstanding; the environment, cleanliness, service, and transportation are all top-notch. It's perfect whether you're on a business layover, transferring high-speed trains, or staying for a short trip. Next time I'm at Xi'an North Station, Xingcheng Hotel will still be my first choice – it's a hidden gem worth returning to endlessly!

Good place with very kind staff. Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the stay, room was nice and cozy with working air con throughout the year. Fair amount of DD taxis, not waiting for too long for one but not instantly find a driver either. Happy with the stay and would recommend as it is such a reasonable price.

Guest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

The transportation is very convenient. There is an airport shuttle bus at the hotel entrance. It is a few steps away from the Nanshaomen subway station. You can walk to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Museum and Anrenfang. The front desk and room service are very good. There is only one thing that is currently under construction next to Taikoo Li, so there is some construction noise and dust. After the repair, this area will be more convenient and comfortable for eating, living, shopping and entertainment.
