"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the Drum Tower and a subway station. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and despite being on a main street, it wasn't noisy at all – the soundproofing was excellent. Special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk! They were so welcoming and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage and patiently confirming our check-in time. They were absolutely wonderful! That's why we chose this hotel again! Hope the boss gives them a bonus!!!"
