"The reception desk was super welcoming. There were two girls on the desk, and I stood at the desk for at least like 10 seconds before they before I was standing there even though I said ”Ni Hao”. They look so miserable and couldn't even smile. The hotel must treat them so terribly. The room wall was full black scratch marks every where. The hotel looks only 50% like the photo. The cleaner did the bare minimum, my sink was dirty and didn't even clean it. Don't believe about the gym or amenities. The only thing I like about the hotel is the location and the neighborhood. It feel very authentic and cozy neighborhood with lively students and nice fast local eateries. There is a cozy Cafe near by."

"The room was spotless, and the smart toilet was a fantastic touch. The bathroom was spacious, and the pillows were so comfortable I slept like a log. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect; the subway entrance is right outside, no need to cross any roads. It's only about a hundred meters from the Bell Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a shopping mall right across the street. Getting around and finding food couldn't be easier."

"We had a nice stay at Center Hotel Xi’an. You simply cannot beat the location, and the view of the tower from our window was the highlight of the room! Unfortunately, the noise level from the street is a major downside. The windows offer no soundproofing at all, and you can hear every sound from the road below as if the windows were wide open. The hotel really needs to install double glazing to fix this issue, as it would make a world of difference!"

"This hotel experience was truly amazing! It's right next to the attractions, so transportation is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of hassle when getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was super soft, and the bathroom was very well-maintained. The front desk staff, especially Ms. N, was incredibly enthusiastic and made check-in and check-out super fast. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!"

"Excellent hotel. Very clean, super friendly staff, and great central location. Breakfast is very good and laundry service is a big plus. The team is wonderful and will help you with everything, even using a translator for international travelers. 100% recommended."

"Right near the metro station, you find yourself behind with the bell tower both beaming day and night time. Although the hostel is located inbetween Chinese phone stores, it's still a nice location. Going places were convenient, bus stops are close by, metros are near, food and drinks are close with underground walkways that were confusing, but you get the hang of it. Exit 9 leads you to the food street if interested. First time after being very interested in it appearing in many locations. Strict check in only appearing at 2pm and after. Many dorm rooms. 1 floor dedicated to female only, and can only be entered via key card. Upon arrival they give you a pair of slippers, but many don't wear them, but I do like the change of slippers in shoe cabinet. Chose the 12-bed dorm, room was extremely spacious, didn't felt clustered. Everyone had a small locker enough to fit your small backpack as there were a shelf in it. Bed was comfy and firm. Pillow - I rate it 2/5 for me, it's low and too soft, not my ideal. I love the bathroom a lot, there's 2 bathrooms according to the floor map. Each with many shower and toilets (all seated). Shower cubicle is big, hooks are at good height for 165cm, as in I've seen some that the hooks are like so tall up, curtains to separate the door to the water to keep your stuff dry. There is a set of washing machine and dryer in the female bathroom. Amenities of shower cap, cotton ear buds and toner pads are offered when you need them. Blowdryers are strong. Didn't go to the common level, where you have the bar, lounge, laundry, game, reading, movie rooms. For someone who was out everyday to night, I didn't get a chance to see. They have activities you can do. Definitely an extroverted dreamworld, a place where you can meet with people. People were friendly, both speaking Chinese and English. Conclusion: Definitely solo traveling in Xi'an again I would stay here, has everything you need, and super clean."

"This Jinjiang Hotel was overall good. Pros: ① The location is unbeatable, right outside the D exit of the Bell Tower train station. ② The room amenities and design are very good. It's newly renovated. ③ There are plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. ④ The service is decent, but the front desk's service awareness could be improved. (I asked about transportation to the Terracotta Army, and instead of answering, they let a tour agency staff member standing nearby respond). ⑤ Hotels in Xi'an generally offer great value for money. Even during the May Day holiday, it was only around 400-500 RMB per night. Usually, it's just over 200 RMB. Cons: ① I didn't realize, nor did I see, that the Yuanhui room had no windows. This is partly my fault for not checking carefully. I just didn't expect a room to have no windows. Other than that, no issues. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"The suite we stayed in was very clean. There are fruits, snacks, refrigerator drinks, and breakfast. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. The only thing is that the wifi signal is not very good."

"Overall, it was great! The staff were very friendly. When I checked in, the front desk attendant even let me pick the room type I liked. The room was spacious, and I loved the small courtyard on the fourth floor with the little cats – it had such a cozy vibe, especially when it rained. The fourth floor also gets great sunlight, perfect for breakfast! Downstairs, there's a lovely little bar and a nice restaurant. It's a small hotel right under the city wall, and the security is pretty good with a keypad lock on the main door after midnight. Plus, they offer laundry service! I stayed for three days, and the housekeeping was meticulous; even if I hadn't finished my water, they'd still leave two fresh bottles. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. It would be even better if they offered breakfast!"

"The subway is close by, and you can walk to the Bell and Drum Tower. Mixue and Luckin Coffee are right next door. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so the location is excellent without being noisy. Parking isn't very convenient; you have to park in the alleyway outside, and getting out can be a bit difficult. The service was great; the front desk lady was enthusiastic and proactively offered help. Breakfast was decent, and bottled water was provided free of charge. The room was a bit small, but the heating and hot water worked perfectly, and there was TV casting. The bed was too small, the hairdryer was old, and the toiletries were basic. Overall, the value for money is good."
