"The staff was very lovely and helpful, even without speaking English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had access to an (old but functioning) washing machine, which was very helpful. The location is great, right inside the Muslim Quarter but in a quieter area. It’s still convenient, with about a 5-minute walk to reach a Didi or the metro. However, both rooms we saw faced a light well rather than having an actual view. The main difference was the floor level, the room on the 2nd floor was significantly darker than the one we moved to, despite looking similar in the photos online. We would have been quite disappointed if we hadn’t been able to change rooms. Thankfully, the staff accommodated our request, which made the stay much more comfortable. It might be worth clarifying this in the listing to better manage expectations."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"Choosing this hotel for our short trip to Xi'an was an excellent decision! The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few steps from the Bell Tower. Stepping out, you're immediately immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the ancient city, with snack streets and shopping centers right around the corner. The room was clean and refreshing, with excellent hygiene, and the bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was well-equipped with all the daily necessities. The breakfast experience was great, offering a rich variety of dishes, including authentic local specialties, perfect for starting your day energized. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, providing attentive service, which made our stay very pleasant. Transportation is incredibly convenient; whether you're exploring on foot or using public transport, it's super easy. Despite being in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing was effective, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The overall environment is simple and comfortable, without any unnecessary frills, focusing on practicality and comfort. Our entire short trip was incredibly comfortable, saving us a lot of hassle with travel. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xi'an for a short stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the ancient city."

"The hotel's location is very close to the Bell Tower; you can see it from the room window, and the night view is stunning. I initially thought it would be noisy being so close to the street, but the soundproofing is actually excellent. The hotel management is well-regulated; food delivery pickup is clear and convenient, and the laundry, dryer, and gym facilities are all well-equipped, providing a great experience. Additionally, the front desk helped me with laundry service and even coordinated an urgent same-city express delivery service for an important item. This safe and reliable accommodation provided excellent support for my trip to Xi'an."

Or go all the way to find the first touch? These fragmentary definitions seem insufficient to explain growth. These revitalized rooms seem to be looking for answers. Who doesn’t walk all the way, discard all the way, and then pick up all the way? I am reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran, which is suitable to be used here: Don’t forget why we set out just because we have gone too far.

"I loved the localization of this hostel. It's inside of the Muslim quarter, so you get the full street food experience and there's a lot to see. I feel like the Muslim quarter was the most lively place in the city, and there's always a reason for it: people like me love it! The rooms were very clean and tidy, I liked that there where places for you to but your stuff in the bed space, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked well, but turned off after some time, which was not super nice. The bathrooms were kind of dirty, with lots of hair in the ground. I get that people shower in the bathroom, but I noticed that even after cleaning staff had just cleaned, there was still hair, and the bathroom was super wet, making it difficult to use. The staff didn't speak english at all, but used translation devices when necessary, which is ok. Overall, it was a good stay and I would do it again, but there could be more attention regarding toilet cleaning."

"The hotel is ideally located about 500 meters south of the Bell Tower and 500 meters north of Yongning Gate, making it very convenient for transportation. The photos provided by the hotel are a bit exaggerated. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and guests stay on the 6th-7th floors. The area downstairs is lively. After staying for two days, I felt that the service, room setup, and other aspects were somewhat lacking compared to other four-star hotels on Ctrip. They only provide two bottles of water, no tea, and no coffee, but there is a direct drinking water dispenser, which is a plus. There's no mini-fridge or similar amenities. Even though it's not yet summer, the outdoor temperature was already 38 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. The biggest frustration was the absence of CCTV-5 during the World Cup. Overall, the room size is average, making the price feel a bit high, but it's still decent. Xi'an's ancient city walls seem to tell stories of history to every visitor. I've had a connection with Xi'an for 25 years, and it's constantly changing and improving. Every visit brings both a sense of nostalgia and novelty. I recommend visiting Xi'an."

"The house is very new and very clean. Out of the hotel is the Daxuexiang Food Street, so delicious, (see which family go in to eat more, no family step on thunder, barbecue is very cheap) about 1 km from the clock tower, walk around the clock tower at night to see the night view, about 100 meters from the subway. It's really convenient, and there is Ruixing in the hotel, so happy. Will stay here next time. (Can the manager give a discount next time? Hahaha) The only thing I want to say is that the air-conditioning is too full, very cold"

"🥳 Overall, I highly recommend staying here – it's great value for money. 🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time. 🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details. 🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹"

Every summer, I take my kids on vacation, and I've stayed in many hotels. This one definitely deserves a thorough positive review! For those who expect upper-mid range quality and for families with children, you can book this hotel without hesitation. 1. The family room is just perfect for a family of three, and the front desk even provides complimentary breakfast for children upon check-in. 2. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Stele Forest Museum and the City Wall. Other attractions require a taxi, and during the summer, there are plenty of taxis and ride-sharing cars right outside the hotel, so you can get a ride within 5 minutes. We stayed for 5 days and mostly took taxis, as Xi'an has fewer subway lines. 3. The breakfast menu changes during the weekdays and includes DIY Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and some local specialties. Most importantly, they have my favorite coffee! I had to have two cups every morning! I've been there at 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM, and there was always a seat available! 4. Every evening at 6:30 PM, the lobby offers complimentary desserts and milk (if you drink milk regularly, you don't need to bring your own, as the hotel provides it morning and evening). The weekday offerings are all different, like opening a blind box. Out of my 5-day stay, my favorite was the Mango Sago. 5. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your room door. There are two robots, and they're very fast. I ordered several times, and once the delivery person put the order in, it arrived within 10 minutes. 6. You never have to wait for the hotel elevators, morning or evening, they're very quick. Each room can have up to 10 items of clothing laundered daily. For a family of three, you can inform the hotel in advance to add an extra blanket. The added blanket is thin, which is perfect for kids who tend to get warm easily. 7. The service absolutely deserves a good review. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was polite and courteous, which made us feel very happy. Any reasonable request we had was met. 8. I have no suggestions, it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain its good reputation!

HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful. The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel! The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses. But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up! The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service! My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Xi'an, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and right next to the Muslim Quarter. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and transportation. The front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful! We booked two rooms, and the staff proactively upgraded our room types and arranged connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family to look after each other. They even thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, and seeing that our child was tired from the journey, they specially sent over a small gift. So many thoughtful details! The room's amenities were good, and it was generally clean and tidy. This hotel is definitely worth choosing for a trip to Xi'an. Highly recommended!

My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
