GGuest UserExcellent service from all staffs including receptionists and home keeping staffs! Much better than many 5 stars hotels. Equipped with laundry area with sufficient machines. Very clean and spacious rooms, no cigarette smell. Good location, right above metro station, close to central area (Bell & drum tower).
Would love to be back again.

Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Directly opposite the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' square, just a crosswalk away. The B&B is on the top floor of a building that also houses a BBQ restaurant, Haidilao Hot Pot, and a mall. Downstairs, there are also food stalls. For parking, just follow the Haidilao signs; guests share an elevator with Haidilao and even get a discount there. From the top floor, you can see the lights of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the distance.
Service: The owner runs the B&B personally, so any requests can be communicated face-to-face.
This place is like a five-star hotel disguised as a B&B – it has the high standards of a hotel combined with the laid-back charm of a guesthouse. When we arrived, an adorable, welcoming cat happily weaved between our legs and even sneaked into our room, begging for pets, which our child absolutely loved. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' the owner bought a watermelon and brought us a slice, which was wonderfully refreshing. Knowing we wanted to visit the Terracotta Warriors the next day, the owner also recommended a tour guide. Owner, please convey our gratitude to Guide Ren again on behalf of our family.

Hygiene: The hygiene is very good
Environment: The indoor environment is okay, the main space is large and the washing space is slightly smaller, but it does not affect it. The water is quite hot when taking a shower and the water flow is relatively large.
Service: The service is good, and the attitude was very good after many consultations before going there.
Regarding parking, the hotel is on the 8th floor. If you want to park, park in the parking lot of the building. The parking lot is in the building. The parking fee is 3 yuan per hour.
The overall space is good. There are tea sets and mats on the balcony, but there are only tea sets and no tea leaves.
I feel that if there is a quilt, one more person can sleep on the balcony without any problem. We are just two people and have not tried it.
The hotel plus parking fee only costs over 200, which is quite a bargain.

GGuest UserI rate the hotel in terms of price and quality. Considering the fairly low cost of renting a hotel room, I rate the stay quite highly. The hotel itself is located quite close to the center, within walking distance of shops, the metro, and some of the main attractions of the city of Xi'an. I would like to separately highlight the cleaning of the rooms, which conscientiously performed their duties every day. I previously had the experience of renting a hotel in Turkey in the city of Antalya, and they cleaned there only when they apparently wanted to. I could hang a sign saying do not disturb, but the staff still came in. Here, cleaning was done every day for a week and only on request (sign) or when we were not in the room, even when we forgot to hang it. Special thanks to the administrative staff at the reception, who helped in every possible way in solving problems. Of the minuses, I will note the following:
- for us it was a surprise that there was no refrigerator and safe in the room. I consider this a minus that needs to be improved.
- when booking, it was indicated that a razor was included. It was not. - Terrible elevator logistics. This point urgently needs to be improved! You enter the hotel on the first floor, enter the elevator. To go up to the 5th floor, you first need to go up to the second, there go along the corridor to another elevator. On the fifth floor there are 2 elevators that come as they want. In fact, there is one main elevator - the right one, or the left elevator can come, which does not have an exit to the second floor. The constant struggle with these elevators took at least 10 minutes. Because the elevator that was needed stubbornly did not want to come. - One of the advantages is free washing and drying of clothes. But immediately a big minus. The laundry is on the second floor of the hotel. There is one washing machine for the entire department, as well as a machine for drying clothes. Considering the hot weather in the city of Xi'an, people wash there constantly and the queues for washing and drying are huge. Install at least one more machine. This will significantly simplify the life of hotel customers and raise your rating.

The subway entrance is right at the doorstep, making travel incredibly convenient. There are delicious breakfast options nearby, including xiao long bao and spinach noodles. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and ordered takeout is delivered by a robot. The staff are also very friendly.

MM256539****For this business trip, my stay at Jingyu Smart Hotel far exceeded expectations; it was comfortable and pleasant from check-in to check-out. The staff were incredibly warm and enthusiastic, offering flexible and genuinely thoughtful service. As a smart hotel, the intelligent features like AC and curtains were very convenient. The room featured comfortable bedding, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, a purified water dispenser, and a mini-fridge. There's also a self-service laundry room and free parking, which met all my travel needs. The room corners were dust-free, the bed linen was pristine white and fresh, and there was no water pooling in the bathroom. Housekeeping was meticulous daily, and the breakfast area cutlery was properly sanitized, ensuring a worry-free dining experience. Conveniently located near the high-speed train station and bus stops, the hotel is well-soundproofed and quiet. The price is reasonable, offering significantly better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. Overall, a perfect experience! I'll definitely choose Jingyu again next time I'm in this city and will highly recommend it to my friends!

AAnonymous UserI found the hotel stay quite comfortable. The location to the local shops and metro was very convenient. All essentials and room were serviced daily. The daily breakfast, which i bought separately was of a high standard. The only negatives are there was no in room WiFi as stated in the amenities (this was provided by my previous hotel in Beijing in checkin). The other inconvenience is having to carry my heavy luggage up 20 steps from the Bell Tower metro station exit to reach the hotel entrance. As the hotel entrance is not directly in front of a driver pickup zone, I had to arrange for tour pickups from West street.

JJiuyuemeiIt's about a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the subway station is close by, making it easy to explore and grab food without going out of your way. There's also a convenience store nearby. The room is cozy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water work great. It really has a local feel! The owner sent check-in instructions in advance and warmly introduced local attractions upon arrival. They even helped me call a taxi when I checked out, just like a friendly acquaintance. Absolutely great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive experience of the old city's vibrant atmosphere.
