法法国狼I really liked my stay at his hotel. It’s extremely well located, walking distance to the bell tower (and the subway) and to the Muslim quarter (and therefore many food options). As it was my first time in Xi’an, the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s located on one of the busiest streets of the city (although slightly tucked to the side in front of a bunch of trees with locals hanging out in the shade), but despite that, the sound of the streets was not a problem at night, it was quite faint, the window soundproofing is very good. If anything the soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, I could sometimes hear my neighbors TV, but nothing that stopped me from sleeping (and I’m a light sleeper). My room was big, modern and very confortable. The view is not shown on any of the hotel photos so I was expecting something not great, but actually the window gave out on the trees in front of the hotel, which was nice. Overall cleanness was good, except for a hair next to the hinge of the toilet that i saw immediately when I opened the lid for the first time, but oh well, mistakes happen. Apart from that, the room was cleaned each day, with towels being changed and water being restocked, so it felt nice going back to the room each time after a long day. The front desk was extremely nice to me and helpful, despite the language barrier. The front desk even had some of my shirts washed after I dropped them in the morning and gave them back to me cleaned when I returned at night, at no extra cost. That was truly really helpful as I stupidly had not brought enough shirts for my trip, so thank you for that! One thing that could be improved is the “free airport pick up”advertised on their page. My wife who is Chinese got in touch with the person organizing the rides to arrange one for me, but it seemed very complicated for them to do it since I was a foreigner and didn’t speak fluent Chinese. Ultimately i gave up on the idea, i just wish this service would be available to everyone, Chinese or not. Or if not possible, maybe don’t advertise it on the English trip.com page of the hotel.

GGuest UserI booked in a hurry, hoping to upgrade my room upon arrival, but the front desk said there were no rooms available. (I wouldn't recommend the windowless rooms; they're stuffy and have poor ventilation – even my child couldn't stand it.) The next morning, I tried to upgrade again, and the same front desk agent said there were still no rooms, but I could upgrade if someone checked out. About ten minutes later, I went down again, and this time a different front desk agent, who was very friendly, said there was a room available for upgrade. I was baffled – how did a room suddenly appear in just ten minutes?! And it was already cleaned!! I'm not sure what the first front desk agent was thinking, or if the hotel intentionally withheld the room, perhaps because I booked two nights through a platform and couldn't cancel.

The front desk has provided an excellent job and very good in keeping up in touch with us before, during and during emergency time.
Good communication and gave us a free shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel.
Due to the flight cancel, the front desk also helps us to rebook anothet of stay. Helping us to send a parcel.
One of my friend forgot his very valueble item in the room. By the time my friend realised this. He already 100 miiles away from the hotel. We called the front desk.
And the front desk helped us by live video communication and searching thru out the room. And found the item.
100% and i will recommend this hotel. Good worker

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.
The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside.
I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated.
I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.
Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.
The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

The hotel staff were also very helpful, warm, and attentive. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely come back again! 👍👍

GGuest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The location is superb, right by the North Street city wall, making it perfect for an evening stroll. It's also just a short walk from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Sajin Bridge.

LLiguaishouThe service was excellent. On my first day, I arrived in the rain, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. Noticing I was lightly dressed, she quickly checked for an available room and allowed me to check in. I was truly grateful for her thoughtfulness.
Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless.

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.
