YYinanaiI stayed at this hotel for several days, and the location was fantastic. Right outside the door is a subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, popular attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter are all within walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, always greeting guests coming and going. The mattress was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. The restaurant is spacious, and there's free, convenient parking available. Overall, it was a great stay and definitely worth recommending!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Bell Tower. It's a short walk to the Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower Square, and the subway station is only about a three-minute walk away. The hotel itself is lovely, with what feels like brand-new decor and facilities. You can even snap some great photos with the 'Xi'an' sign at the entrance. I stayed for three days, and the front desk staff even gave me an extra breakfast! The breakfast selection was extensive, and all the staff members had excellent service attitudes. If you want to stay close to attractions like the Bell Tower, this is the place to be. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

XXiaoruoshuozaozaozaoGiven Xi'an's already reasonable prices, this B&B right across from Huaqing Pool offers incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance.
The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM – perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too.
The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!

I arrived at midnight around 3:30 but still a beautiful girl was communicating with me until I didn't arrive and she helped me out to get in my room and she provided an upgraded room. Room service is quite good with almost all amenities. The location is amazing around the hotel there are two super big malls and there are several shops and street food to enjoy. Easy to get everything including the transport facility. I enjoyed a lot in my 5 days staying in this hotel and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are planning to travel in Xi'an. I would be glad to come back again during the December break. Thanks!

RROBIN.SWe loved our stay at the Heonic Hotel and suits. The cat motif and cat playroom in the lobby was a hit with our teen and an adult missing her fur babies at home. Clean tidy rooms, attentive staff, cool AC in room, lots of hot water in shower and a bidet in toliet. Room with two double beds, although on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. Within walking distance of the city wall and accessible by Didi to other attractions.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The location is superb, right by the North Street city wall, making it perfect for an evening stroll. It's also just a short walk from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Sajin Bridge.

LLiguaishouThe service was excellent. On my first day, I arrived in the rain, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. Noticing I was lightly dressed, she quickly checked for an available room and allowed me to check in. I was truly grateful for her thoughtfulness.
Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless.
The location is also very convenient, with a subway station and a shopping mall nearby.

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.
