Initiating with the positive aspects: - The breakfast was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10/10. The restaurant offered an excellent range of food options, maintained a clean environment, and had courteous staff. - The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, though it is not of significant size. The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments. While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

hotel is nicley located near SM iloilo and there are a lot of cheap food choices outside and inside the hotel. our concern is that the walls are thin and made of plywood which we can easily hear the neighbors conversation and TV. Service and cleanliness is ok, parking is very limited

Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. The place and accommodation were great, and the staff provided excellent service. They were very accommodating and attended to our requests promptly. There was a minor issue with the water supply due to ongoing building maintenance, but overall, the place was very nice.

Our stay there was comfortable and convenient. Message to the owner: I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed. Thank you!

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

This accommodation was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The location was okay with a handy grocery store across the road and many large food outlets. There is no room service and no breakfast at this hotel I still had a wonderful experience here at GT hotel.
