Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff. During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit. Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo. Highly recommended!

Pros: The hotel's location is super convenient, just across a major road from SM Mall. Cons: Not enough power outlets in the room, and amenities were insufficient (I booked a twin room for two, but only got one toothbrush set). The soundproofing definitely needs improvement (when the next door room opened their door, it sounded like someone was opening mine). Also, the shower curtain could be longer; water still splattered out during showers.

Perfect location if you want to stay near famous attractions. Markets and groceries are walking distance fron the hotel as well. We tried to check in early but it was fully booked. However, staffs are accommodating and let us leave our luggages safely. Room is exceptionally clean, fragrant and spacious. Network connection is good. Everything works perfectly fine except the shower leaking through the host while open. Will definitely recommend this budget friendly hotel! 🫶

I had a pleasant 1-night stay at PearLi View Hotel Iloilo powered by Cocoten. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with a nice view that really lives up to its name. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas in Iloilo while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend PearLi View Hotel to travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant place to stay in Iloilo. Would love to come back again!

The room is super quiet and clean — honestly, you really feel at home… unless you happen to run into unruly guests. The staff? Friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Breakfast is a bit small for the price, though. Right now there’s construction at the entrance, so parking can be a little tricky if you bring a car. But again, the staff swoops in to assist, so it’s manageable. For the price, this place is very affordable and a solid spot to rest. I haven’t tried the rooms with big windows yet, so can’t comment on those. The shower works fine, just not super powerful. Towels and the CR are clean — always a win.

Our stay there was comfortable and convenient. Message to the owner: I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed. Thank you!

The hotel in located inside a housing estate of sorts. There's really nothing nearby. That was probably my only problem with this place. Other than that, it was a memorable stay.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

This accommodation was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The location was okay with a handy grocery store across the road and many large food outlets. There is no room service and no breakfast at this hotel I still had a wonderful experience here at GT hotel.
