The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked really well. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even have water dispensers on every floor."

PPriedu34My stay at Richmonde Hotel Iloilo was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. As a business traveler, I greatly appreciated the hotel’s strategic location, which made it very convenient to access nearby establishments, meeting venues, restaurants, and transportation options.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the guest room, every area was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, organized, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work.
The service was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, professional, and attentive to every request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team made sure that all my needs were promptly addressed.
I was also impressed with the hotel amenities. The facilities were complete, functional, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, the room amenities were sufficient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and conducive for rest and work.
Overall, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo provided a seamless, comfortable, and satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers and even leisure guests looking for quality accommodation in Iloilo. I would definitely love to stay here again.

We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff.
During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond.
The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit.
Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo.

GGuest UserDays Hotel is amongst the oldest hotels in Iloilo located near Atrium in 4th & 5th floors. I arrived early as I wasn’t feeling well and they accommodated me an hour prior my check in . It is also near health and wellness facilities . The bedroom has two double king sized bed with en suite facilities , so spacious and immaculately clean. April ( one of the staff) kindly prepared our breakfast too as I need to check out at 5:30am.
I paid £50 to book for the room good for 3 people.
Due to myself feeling unwell I didn’t take photos I just want to rest straight away which was very cozy indeed. It was a very nice experience I enjoyed the facial and full body massaged also.

CChin Chun HsiaoThe hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The hot water for the shower was plentiful and warm, which was amazing, especially on a rainy day! We borrowed bowls and cutlery from the hotel, and that was a wonderful and thoughtful service. There's unlimited drinking water on every floor, which is very generous! We stayed in a triple room, and it was incredibly spacious. However, the soundproofing isn't great; we heard very loud nightclub music starting at 5 AM, and we really couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

our concern is that the walls are thin and made of plywood which we can easily hear the neighbors conversation and TV.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location is top-tier — right in the heart of downtown Iloilo. The resto-bar on the second floor is great, and the staff there showed the kind of warm Ilonggo hospitality we’re all proud of. I commend the step to help the environment. Their is a refiling jar of water inside the room, DBest!
But since this was my first stay, there were a few things I really noticed:
1. I booked specifically requesting a single bed. I was given a room with two beds instead.
2. I also requested a quiet room, yet I was placed on the same floor as the swimming pool — and that night there was a big party going on until 9 PM.
3. I didn’t expect a fancy view since I booked a lower-priced room, but natural light is a basic comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even open my curtains because people outside, from the pool, could directly see into my room.
4. And the worst part: while I was resting, another guest opened my room with their key card. Absolutely not okay.
I understand the hotel was fully booked, but that shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Front desk staff should still be trained to handle guest requests properly and ensure room safety — especially safety.
Should a guest really have to pray the hotel isn’t full just to avoid these issues?
Despite everything, I’m willing to give them another try. I know they can do better — and I hope the next stay reflects the level of service Citadines is known for.

AAnonymous UserThe room is okay for one, I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a window, it felt stuffy and moist because there wasn’t proper ventilation. I had voucher for 4 days breakfast but I only ate for two days because they served the same things. Rice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotels they provided looked too old and dirty and couldn’t use it.
But anyways if you’re looking for somewhere affordable just a night or two, it’s manageable.

The location is very convenient just near the mall, so everything we needed was within easy reach. The amenities were good and added to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, a nice place to stay and definitely recommended.

EEmmanyThe staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.
