AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were professional and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the basic amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The view from the window overlooked the city, which made for a nice backdrop in the evenings. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the room was always spotless when I returned.

AAGratefulHeartOne of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗
The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home

BBoyscout76Staff and security were great! I had to go to Bacolod on a night trip but no government facility near the pier allows an overnight parking!
I booked this hotel and ask if I can leave my car for a day! I did 2 nights and notified them and they just as helpful as families! Kudos to team for great consideration !

GGuest UserThank you for one night with my family is nice to stay in this hotel…but maybe I suggest that they must do bathtub beckon my booking have a bathtub but actually don’t have but all is ok really nice to have our room very calm and quite really love it.

EEngr AJThe staffs are friendly and the location is perfect if you’re going to roam around the city cause its very accessible to the jeepney. Its near the famous church candelaria facing at a very nice plaza.

GGuest UserRustic design of the room looks dirty. Unfinished bed frame. Tiles use for the bathroom is slippery. They should have used non skid tiles. Breakfast choices is limited. Air-conditioning is not working well. They also charged when using iron and hair dryer. With their room rate compared to other hotels, this amenities are free.
