"Mixed experience – convenient location but disappointing cleanliness and breakfast I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now. The location is excellent — it’s very close to restaurants, a mall, convenience stores, and even a running track, which makes it convenient for exploring or exercising. The front desk staff were friendly, smiling, and professional on both visits. Unfortunately, a few things let the stay down. The staff at the breakfast entrance (the ones checking guest names) asked us to wait while they finished taking photos with other guests first, which felt unprofessional. The breakfast itself was the biggest disappointment. There weren’t many choices, the food (curries, mains, and cakes) seemed like leftovers from the previous night’s events. By around 9:30 a.m. most items were already gone, including bread and other basics. If you’re looking for a clean, healthy breakfast, this isn’t the place — you’d be better off eating elsewhere. The room was also surprisingly dusty, and the balcony table and chairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I’m not sure I’d recommend this hotel again. For the price per night, you can defo find better value and higher standards elsewhere."

"The room is decent. If you want a convenient location across the mall and other nearby attractions without spending too much in your hotel stay. Then, this is your (my) go-to hotel. Although i might add that some areas seems to show some sign of neglect such as ceiling. But overall stay is 10/10."

"We went to this hotel for my Birthday Staycation. Though I booked it through a third-party agency, Kent R’Lau was very responsive to my queries via email prior to our stay. He’s very professional in checking on my requests. Upon arrival at the hotel, Jay R at the door was very attentive in assisting us with our bags. Christopher made a swift check in for prolly less than 2 minutes. It was very prompt but covered everything we need to know about the stay. Unfortunately, I need to deal about work after check in. The WiFi was giving and helping great. We went out for lunch and dinner. Upon return to the hotel after dinner, we asked for a bucket of ice. Diana was so generous to deliver it in the room at no cost. In the room, it was below par of this local brand (vs Seda in IT Bloc Cebu, Seda in Manila Bay). They got smaller pillows, soft mattress even squishy-like bed frame. And, the sewer smells stinky. Too bad for a celebration staycation. I mentioned about the stay, that it was for my birthday. I was even asked for my birthdate at Check In. However, there was nothing special extended. No biggie but it may add delight to the stay. The next morning, we had our buffet breakfast at the Misto Restaurant. We loved the Filipino touch available in the spread likely Nilagang Saging, Taho, and the Mango Tapioca --- hoping a cold dessert next time. Shout out to Rhea and Joshua. At check out, Adrian made it swift as possible. He’s very helpful and friendly. We might come back, but no sure."

"Food was incredible, best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a hotel. Rooms are lovely if a little comedic. The whole hotel was beautiful. The pool view was incredible. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym was a little small but my brother thought it did the job."

"The stay includes buffet breakfast already. Suggestion, try to have a standard twin room with two single beds, for those travelling with a friend or officemate. Currently standard twin room has one queen bed, ypu have to share the bed with your companion."

The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay."

"Everything was good; check-in was fast, and the room had everything I needed. Surprisingly, it wasn't hot even without the air conditioning on (though there was one, I just didn't use it). The hotel is located right next to a shopping center where you can find everything you need. Breakfast was very simple – not a buffet, but a portion of rice, nuggets, and an egg, plus 3-in-1 coffee. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!"

"Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!"
