FreixenetExcellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support
We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff.
During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond.
The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit.
Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo.
Highly recommended!

Days Hotel is amongst the oldest hotels in Iloilo located near Atrium in 4th & 5th floors. I arrived early as I wasn’t feeling well and they accommodated me an hour prior my check in . It is also near health and wellness facilities . The bedroom has two double king sized bed with en suite facilities , so spacious and immaculately clean. April ( one of the staff) kindly prepared our breakfast too as I need to check out at 5:30am.
I paid £50 to book for the room good for 3 people.
Due to myself feeling unwell I didn’t take photos I just want to rest straight away which was very cozy indeed. It was a very nice experience I enjoyed the facial and full body massaged also.

Anonymous Userhotel is nicley located near SM iloilo and there are a lot of cheap food choices outside and inside the hotel.
our concern is that the walls are thin and made of plywood which we can easily hear the neighbors conversation and TV.
Service and cleanliness is ok, parking is very limited

Anonymous UserThe room is okay for one, I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a window, it felt stuffy and moist because there wasn’t proper ventilation. I had voucher for 4 days breakfast but I only ate for two days because they served the same things. Rice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotels they provided looked too old and dirty and couldn’t use it.
But anyways if you’re looking for somewhere affordable just a night or two, it’s manageable.

Guest UserThe establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars.

VinZ.iamDon’t expect much from this Inn.
AC water heater and WiFi are strong.
Stayed for 5N sheets and towels are self serve.
Rooms never serviced.
Bathrooms are minimum standards like a home stay.
Local breakfast comes in a pre-packed styrofoam and 3-1 coffee mix.
Free flow from a water dispenser.
Conveniently located near Festival Walk and a nice little cafe with espresso machine.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

Ong Bun Pension House is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient and the place itself is generally okay for short stays. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a day of exploring.
However, one thing to note is that the number of CRs and shower rooms is quite limited, which can sometimes be inconvenient when many guests are staying at the same time. There may be times when you have to wait, especially during busy hours.
Overall, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind the shared facilities.
