Polite and nice staffs. Check in and check out is fast. Room is excellent with a king sized bed. Nice interior and quality made. Clean and white bed sheets and towels. The bathroom and shower are very nice with good water temperature and pressure. The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep in. I think this is the best hotel in Iloilo. Surely will come back again.

I booked this hotel for my mom because the website said breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. However, I was disappointed that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in the room. It would have been a small but thoughtful touch to make guests feel more welcome. Overall, I hope the hotel considers improving these little details for future guests.

We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

We recently stayed at J7 Plaza Hotel as a couple, and it was such a pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay after a long day exploring the city. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere that let us truly rest. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a simple but memorable stay for the two of us, and we’d definitely consider coming back again. 💕

The hotel in located inside a housing estate of sorts. There's really nothing nearby. That was probably my only problem with this place. Other than that, it was a memorable stay.

One of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗 The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home

A garden resort far from the city, close to the sea, with great views, but you can't go into the sea and there is no beach. There are many service staff. Many locals come to the swimming pool and water park for dinner on weekends. I envy the relaxation of Filipinos. The swimming pool and the park are sold separately. They are free for hotel guests. There are several restaurants. Various dinners and meetings should be held frequently. Dinner costs 30 to 50 RMB per person
