The room's location is excellent, very close to the Shaanxi History Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square. I was also very satisfied with the room's environment; it was very clean. Downstairs, there's a delicious restaurant with all sorts of local specialties, and the food was great! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I fell sick during my stay, and the room service staff noticed my medicine. They kindly left me a thoughtful note along with some extra mineral water, which was such a heartwarming gesture. I had a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect. While it's not in the busiest part of the city, that's exactly what makes it special. It's peaceful, away from the noise, yet still conveniently located. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The hotel was very clean, and we were both pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. We stayed for three nights, and after being out and about all day, we'd come back to find fresh towels, bottled water, toothbrushes, and face towels. They even took out the trash for us. The TV screen mirroring worked perfectly, and the 24-hour front desk staff were excellent – very patient and accommodating. The only downsides were the slightly poor soundproofing and the not-so-great view from the window. However, for the price, it was an absolute steal, and getting around was incredibly convenient. Overall, it far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is quite large and clean, with a generally good environment. The 'Stars and Planets' experience was fantastic, and our stay was very comfortable. It's an excellent choice for a trip to Xi'an. It's also very close to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it convenient for getting around. The breakfast was good!

It's quite close to Xi'an Station, and getting to the city wall by taxi is quick. The hygiene was good, but the hairdryer in the room was broken, and no one checked or replaced it. There's a supermarket right next door, and plenty of places to eat on the street behind. Overall, it was good.

Voice-controlled lights, air conditioning, curtains, and other amenities make things super convenient. Everything in the room is voice-activated – lights, AC, curtains, you name it, they all obey my commands! It's a godsend for lazy people! The robot delivering food is incredibly cute, and my kids absolutely loved it! It's such a hassle-free stay for business trips! I checked in on my phone beforehand, and when I arrived, I just used facial recognition to get into my room. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I booked this hotel for my friend's birthday and it turned out to be an amazing surprise! The stay was fantastic and filled with warmth. A special thank you to the front desk staff, especially the gentleman who even gave us a small gift when we checked out. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, and all the other front desk staff were just as wonderful and made us feel so well-cared for. The hotel was very clean, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We had a direct view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the room was much larger than I expected. The overall ambiance was cozy and elegant, making for a perfect experience. My only regret is not taking more photos of the room. I genuinely highly recommend this place!

This stay is really beyond my experience. I brought my children to Xi'an to play. The service is super good. As soon as I came in, I saw the big picture of SpongeBob SquarePants. The children especially liked it. The young lady at the front desk was very gentle. I told us that we can stamp the seal of SpongeBob SquarePants in various locations in the public area. The child took the notebook and looked for the seal to collect the stamp. It was very cute. In the morning, the restaurant was very rich and the fruit was very fresh. The most important thing was opposite the Shaanxi History Museum. Parking was free and equipped with charging piles. It was really intimate. There are four washing machines and four dryers in the laundry room. The front desk has upgraded the selected big bed room on the sixth floor. The lighting is super good. The windows are very large. You can also see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. When you leave, you will also give the refrigerator sticker. It is really satisfying. I will choose this one next time I come out to play.

The location is excellent, very close to Xiaozhai subway station, and within walking distance to the Shaanxi History Museum and Daxingshan Temple. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are new and complete. Plus, you can experience Hanfu for free. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the free laundry and luggage storage are very convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby, making it great value for money and a top choice for travel. Hanfu experience 24 hours: It was really good, truly free of charge. It doesn't include makeup, but you can bring your own cosmetics. The experience was very enjoyable.
