Hotels in Xiaozhai/Shaanxi History Museum, Xi'an

The hotel offers free laundry facilities and a free book corner. The rooms are clean, bright, and feature a wet/dry bathroom separation. The staff are warm and attentive. The mangoes and biscuits were excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for the mangoes and biscuits!

This is the hotel I've stayed at twice during my two visits to Xi'an! The first time was with my best friend, and I thought the experience was excellent. Our flight from Beijing arrived in Xi'an late at night, and I saw that the hotel offered a free airport pickup. When I contacted them, they said there was an extra charge of 40-something yuan after 10 PM, I forget the exact amount! But wow, it was totally worth it! It's super close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a 10-minute walk. Plus, there are all sorts of delicious food options right next door! Soon after, during the summer holidays, I brought my aunt and checked in again. My aunt raved about the breakfast from the start, and the laundry service was also very thoughtful! The free Xi'an bus tour is perfect for seniors to experience the wonderful time-traveling beauty of Chang'an city. However, it constantly tests your knowledge of ancient poetry! Otherwise, you'll feel awkward on the bus when you can't keep up with the guide who's reciting poems at a moment's notice 😅! Xi'an is a city you can visit three or four times and never get bored. I'll definitely come back to this hotel again because every stay has been wonderful 😊

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Daxingshan Temple and convenient for getting around. The room is spacious, clean, and has good soundproofing. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, are super helpful and enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. There are also many promotions available now, making it a great value. Highly recommend staying here!

On a business trip to Xi'an, I saw this smart hotel with high ratings and decided to give it a try. It's a renovated old building, but overall pretty good. The common areas felt a bit average, but the room's decor, facilities, space, and view were absolutely fantastic – totally exceeded expectations! There were lots of pleasant surprises, like toothbrushes that don't need toothpaste. The breakfast was also incredibly rich, and the self-serve fried egg station was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great experience and it's definitely worth coming back!

This was my first time taking my mom to Xi'an, and also our first time staying at this hotel. The housekeeper, Xiaojie, provided excellent service, promptly having the staff bring us snacks and yogurt. My mom hadn't had a proper meal since we arrived in Xi'an in the afternoon, and wanted to grab something late at night. There were very few people there, and we were fortunate to meet a very attentive and helpful waitress, Li Xuehong… The breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful; they even had boiled vegetables! Overall, my mom, who values light and nutritious food and was traveling far from home for the first time, was very satisfied!

Booked a family room, which was very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel has excellent play facilities, and my kids had a fantastic time. There's a cotton candy machine in the lobby where the children can make their own cotton candy. The front desk service was also great, especially Diego, who was very enthusiastic. Consistent with Ascott's usual high service standards.

This stay exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star rating! The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the common areas are spotless. The staff are friendly and responsive, and you can feel their attentiveness in every detail. The room has excellent natural light and ventilation, no strange odors, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great, and the toiletries were fully stocked. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making dining, entertainment, and shopping very convenient. The overall experience was relaxing and pleasant, and the value for money is excellent. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The first time I stayed at the Holiday Inn, with my family, the room equipment was very new, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiaotong University. It is recommended to stay.

The hotel was very clean, and we were both pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. We stayed for three nights, and after being out and about all day, we'd come back to find fresh towels, bottled water, toothbrushes, and face towels. They even took out the trash for us. The TV screen mirroring worked perfectly, and the 24-hour front desk staff were excellent – very patient and accommodating. The only downsides were the slightly poor soundproofing and the not-so-great view from the window. However, for the price, it was an absolute steal, and getting around was incredibly convenient. Overall, it far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and bright, the service was attentive and warm, and it was convenient for getting around. It's in a bustling area with easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. Free parking is a plus, and it's close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and Datang Furong Garden.
