The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The hotel environment was very comfortable, and the heated floors in the room were a nice touch. I'll definitely come back with my family next time. The front desk staff, especially the young lady at check-out, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

I very much like this accomodation. Their style is like in between a residential building and a hotel. They don't have a fancy lobby nor shiny lifts like the Marriott line of hotels. But they put more budget into the amenities of the room. For example, they have very high-quality toothbrushes and soft slippers in different colors, so you won't mix up with ur roommate. Their towels are so fluffy. Their toiletry offerings are generous with cleaning milk and makeup remover (!). The bath gel smells soo nice. Their mattresses r so comfortable. They also place one soft down pillow and one hard buckwheat pillow on the bed for you to choose from. Their sheets are soft to touch. They have honest and generous staffs. For example, the first day, I left my backpack in the lobby, and Mr. Li called me to pick it up. He also wouldn't hesitate to help us to handle the cab fee when our wechat pay wasn't ready and the hotel didn't have a way to shift the cost to the room yet. In addition, Mr. Wang would also give me his personal cough medicine as the hotel runs out. As with food, the noodle restaurant right downstair is the most authentic Lanzhou noodle, operated by a Xinjiang family. The son handmakes the ramen every morning, it is sooo yummy! The portion is very big, just order one bowl for 2 people.

Server No. 9 had a great attitude and provided excellent service. The accommodation environment was also beautiful!

The Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

The room is very large and newly decorated. The decoration is modern, stylish, low-key and luxurious, clean and sanitary. It is equipped with Xiaodu. The furniture, curtains and screens are all controlled by Xiaodu intelligently. The lobby is also grand and they also give New Year gifts🎁. The hotel is polite and courteous, and the service is thoughtful. Although the location is a bit off, it is only more than one kilometer walk to the subway station. The transportation is still very convenient and the cost performance is super high. I will definitely choose it when I come to Xi'an in the future!

The comfortable bedding ensured a truly sound night's sleep. Housekeeping service was detailed and thoughtful, ensuring daily supplies were replenished promptly. The gym was well-equipped, and the free WiFi signal remained stable, contributing to an undisturbed rest at night. Its location, conveniently close to the highway exit, made self-driving extremely easy. The guest rooms were cozy and stylishly designed. The front desk even thoughtfully provided local travel tips. The excellent soundproofing guaranteed a deep and restful sleep, and overall, the value for money far surpassed what I had anticipated.

The hotel environment is very good, quiet and warm, the hotel staff is very intimate, the room is spacious and bright, the facilities are complete, breakfast and meals are very special. The room is equipped with desk lamps and other facilities to be very friendly to the children during the college entrance examination at night. Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!

The child participated in the 2026 Middle School of Xi'an in the First Middle School of Xudong. We chose this Atour Hotel. The hotel has a first-class environment, very new equipment and facilities, warm and comfortable decoration, reasonable room layout, and very good sound insulation. The hotel service is attentive and thoughtful. It has prepared gift boxes, fruit plates, a lot of mineral water, tea, fans, pens, rubbers, etc. for the children, which really touched the home. The hotel has ground and underground parking lots, and there are plenty of parking spaces. When you come back, there are parking spaces. The breakfast is rich in variety and the quality of the meal is very high. This must be a big praise for Atour. Overall, the Atour Hotel interprets the service concept of user first with practical actions.
