The room was very clean, smart toilet, guest control. Hot water and air conditioning are very powerful, and the space design is very reasonable. Service attitude is particularly good, cost-effective, recommended to stay.

Great hotel for exploring Xian, staying overnight on the way somewhere. It's few steps from the central train station: easy to get to the northern train station directly. The airport is also easily accessible by metro. I was given a room with a stunning view of the fortress wall and old city towers. The room itself was large, everything new, and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the rice and noodles at breakfast. I also appreciated the traditional soy milk—I've seen Chinese people drink it often. If we're ever in Xi'an again, we'll definitely stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was clean, and the location is excellent—right next to the high-speed railway station. Directly opposite the hotel is the Great Wall of Xi’an! Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. It's very convenient to get around and not far from the city center.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and handled both check-in and check-out quickly, patiently answering all my questions. The facilities were also thoughtful – the TV supports screen mirroring, and the laundry room is convenient to use. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel was truly excellent. The staff were all very polite and responsive, offering warm and attentive service. The hotel's decor was simple yet elegant. The lobby had books and felt bright and airy. The cozy bed was very comfortable, and the room, though simple, included a large sofa. Toiletries were also provided. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There's a laundry room on the third floor and a gym on the fifth. After breakfast, I took a half-hour walk on the treadmill and felt much better.

Our stay at the Daming Palace Intercity Hotel in a scenic twin room was fantastic. The room was spacious, and both beds were very comfortable with clean, soft bedding. The view from the room was excellent, offering a panoramic city landscape as soon as you opened the window, and the natural light was abundant. The room was immaculately cleaned, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and a complete set of toiletries. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's sleep without any disturbances. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting various attractions. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly handled. It's perfect for both couples and friends traveling together, offering great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Xi'an. Amenities: Really good! Cleanliness: The cleaning staff are excellent! Especially, there's a staff member who helps transfer washed clothes into the dryer and then folds them. Environment: Great! My stay at Atour was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shout-out to Huaichuan at the front desk! As soon as I walked in, Huaichuan greeted me warmly. He checked me in incredibly quickly and efficiently, all while professionally handling the process. While I waited, he thoughtfully brought me a complimentary tea and meticulously explained the room facilities, breakfast times, and evening congee service. I asked about the invoicing process, and he clearly explained everything in one go, pre-registering my information so I wouldn't have to wait long for the invoice. He also patiently answered my questions about the booking. His service was both gentle and incredibly thoughtful. The hotel lobby is spacious and elegant, and the subtle fragrance upon entering was very pleasant – absolutely no unpleasant odors. My room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bathroom, bedding, and disposable amenities were all high quality. The air conditioning was powerful, the TV picture was clear, and the soundproofing throughout the room was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the late-night congee was warm and comforting. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of water when I checked out. They have robot delivery, a 24-hour self-service laundry room, and all the hardware facilities are complete and new. I even received a thoughtful pre-arrival welcome message before my stay. Every single detail, from booking and check-in to check-out, was perfectly executed. The overall service is attentive and meticulous, and the environment is comfortable and quiet. It's suitable for both short business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend everyone to ask for Huaichuan when checking in!

Arriving weary and tired to be welcomed by lively, friendly locals having drinks by the roof terrace pool. This is not the welcome I expected to Xi’an at all! But it was very fun. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I understood what was going on, and striving to make adjustments to my booking details where necessary. The distance from the centre means much less traffic when travelling to and from the station or other sites - making the location very convenient. The food and drinks by the roof terrace have a very wide selection, which is all delicious and comes with great service. I would definitely stay again.

The biggest advantage of this Hanting Hotel is its location. It's incredibly close to Yongning subway station, making travel very convenient. The outdoor view is also quite good; you can directly see the Xi'an City Wall from your window. Watching the City Wall at dusk has a wonderful ambiance. The hotel generally maintains Hanting's standard chain quality, and the front desk staff and other employees are all very friendly and polite. However: 1. The buffet breakfast selection is quite limited, and the taste is ordinary. There aren't many local specialty snacks, so choices are scarce. 2. The lighting design in the bedroom is poorly done; the overall light is very dim, and the brightness of the fixtures cannot be adjusted. This makes reading or doing makeup at night very inconvenient. Overall, the experience didn't meet my expectations. Aside from the bonus of the City Wall view, the room facilities and dining are quite average, and the value for money is just so-so.
