The hotel staff provided excellent service. I happened to visit Xi'an during a cold spell, and the front desk immediately brought me hot water. The room was very clean and comfortable, with no strange odors, and the toiletries provided by the hotel had a lovely scent. The hotel's location was also easy to find and very convenient.

I chose the Xi'an Railway Station Daming Palace City Wall Intercity Hotel for my recent trip, and my overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to Xi'an Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains. It's also within walking distance of Daming Palace National Heritage Park, which is great for both business and leisure. The hotel's overall environment is excellent; the lobby is simple yet grand, and the public areas are clean and tidy, creating a great atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, and well-arranged, perfect for both work and relaxation. The soundproofing was also good, so it wasn't noisy despite being close to the station. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service; check-in and check-out were efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. After a long day out, returning to such a comfortable hotel really helps relieve fatigue. With its comprehensive facilities, it's very suitable for business travel. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

Step into history! Daming Palace Park is right on your doorstep! When I traveled to Xi'an, I specifically chose the Atour Hotel at Xi'an North Railway Station for convenience, and my stay far exceeded my expectations, especially the surrounding attractions. It truly made me exclaim, 'No wonder it's the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties!' Stepping out is like 'attending court'; you emerge directly at Danfeng Gate from the escalator of Metro Line 4's North Square exit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xi'an Railway Station and the city wall, perfectly integrated into Xi'an's historical fabric. What was most impressive is that Xi'an North Railway Station Square is actually 'Danfeng Gate Square,' and as soon as you exit the station, you're greeted by magnificent Tang Dynasty palace architecture, as if instantly transported back to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Daming Palace National Heritage Park is within walking distance, allowing you to experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty's political center. Walking south, the grey city wall adjoins the south station building of the railway station; exiting the station, you can touch the weighty historical evidence that confirms the lyrics, 'Under Xi'an people's city wall is Xi'an people's train,' hahaha. Getting to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, or seeing the night view of Datang Everbright City at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is also extremely convenient. Whether by taxi or Metro Line 4, you can get there quickly, achieving a seamless transition between sightseeing and relaxation. Service: Neighborly care that makes you feel at home. As soon as I entered, I felt Atour's signature warm service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, checked me in efficiently and quickly, and thoughtfully offered hot tea. They not only patiently explained nearby attractions and food recommendations but also, seeing that I had a lot of stuff, specially gave me a sturdy cloth bag and a small gift when I checked out. This feeling of being noticed and cared for was truly wonderful! Room facilities: Clean, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful details. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and very well laid out, especially suitable for business trips. What I was most satisfied with was Atour's bedding – just the right firmness. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I had a very quiet and peaceful night's rest. The cleaning auntie was also very prompt, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet-dry separation. Additionally, the hotel's self-service laundry room was a lifesaver, so practical for anyone traveling for a few days. Breakfast experience: Rich, delicious, and late-night comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety, balancing taste and nutrition. There was freshly ground soy milk, freshly made mini adorable roujiamo (meat burgers), and various porridges, noodles, desserts, and fruits. The best part is that on weekends, it's available until 11 am, so you can sleep in and still enjoy it. If you return late after visiting Datang Everbright City at night, there's a 'late-night congee' service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. A hot bowl of congee with some small pickled vegetables instantly cures the fatigue of travel. Whether it's the location, the rich historical and cultural atmosphere, or the hotel's soft and hard services, Atour does an excellent job. If you're also visiting Xi'an and want to immerse yourself in the charm of the ancient capital, choosing this place offers great value for money. It's also very close to the Daming Palace Feast, about 500 meters walk, which is good for watching shows and eating. Haha, that's all for now. Just sharing my real experience~

The hotel is very special. The rooms have a strong sense of design. The environment is very clean and tidy, spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The self-service laundry is also very convenient. The breakfast has a rich variety. The room is large and all have smart appliances. We drove, and the hotel provides free parking. The front desk and room service are very good, with professional service awareness. I slept until 8 o'clock and found that the hotel also provided fitness equipment after getting up. I really regretted not getting up early to exercise. In short, it was a very pleasant stay and the price was very affordable. Recommended!

The hotel room was very clean, the bed was neatly made, and the lighting was soft, making for a comfortable stay. The wooden floors and light-colored decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the bathroom was adequate. I would give the service and facilities five stars; it definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a great choice for business trips—quiet and convenient. 👍🏻🏻

Arriving weary and tired to be welcomed by lively, friendly locals having drinks by the roof terrace pool. This is not the welcome I expected to Xi’an at all! But it was very fun. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I understood what was going on, and striving to make adjustments to my booking details where necessary. The distance from the centre means much less traffic when travelling to and from the station or other sites - making the location very convenient. The food and drinks by the roof terrace have a very wide selection, which is all delicious and comes with great service. I would definitely stay again.

The environment of Meihao Lizhi Hotel is good. The customer service Xiaofu is very good. As soon as you enter the store, you will be handed alcohol wipes and tea. It's very good

How can I say that the front desk staff is enthusiastic for a room of nearly 300 yuan, but the room is not worth the price. I can only say that the hygiene is average, the environment is average, and the facilities in the room are not equipped with disposable toilet seats.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in so far in China. We stayed at three hotels before this. I can recommend this is the best. The Xi'an train station is less than five minus walk, eateries are at walking distance. Most importantly the hotel staff and the service is excellent. They are very helpful and always have a smile. Even though we can't speak directly with them a smile goes far. The hotel staff is very helpful for everything. The room we booked had a queen bed and a double bed. Very modern and spacious room. Daily cleaning is perfect. Provided all the necessary items to stay comfortably. Free coffee and laundry service very helpful. You can take the metro trains or high speed trains very easily from the station. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an.
