This time I brought my furry friend to Xi'an and decisively booked the pet-friendly room at the W Hotel. The experience far exceeded my expectations! The staff were extremely professional and attentive, and the hotel's pet services were top-notch. They not only provided an exclusive, cozy sleeping mat and water bowl, but also thoughtfully prepared delicious meals. What surprised me the most was that the hotel even made a custom ID tag for my dog. Wearing it, my pup strutted proudly down the streets of Xi'an. The thoughtfulness and sense of occasion were absolutely on point~ I strongly recommend the W Hotel to all pet owners who want to explore the world with their furry companions, thanks to their sincere dedication to treating pets like family!

I had a deeply impressive stay this time! After checking out, I was in a rush and left my portable charger in the room. Long after I had left the hotel, the housekeeping staff found it and immediately notified the front desk. The front desk called me right away, kept it safe for me, and later successfully mailed it back to me. This small gesture was especially heartwarming; it didn't feel like standard, polite service, but rather genuine thoughtfulness for the guests. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk was very responsive. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!

Traveling to Xi'an with the kids, we chose the Family Suite at the Yaman Private Bamboo Courtyard right at the foot of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and we certainly made the right choice! Tucked away right next to the pagoda, the hotel offers a tranquil courtyard in the middle of the bustling city. The Silk Road-inspired Tang Dynasty design is full of charm, and sitting in the courtyard drinking tea and relaxing is just wonderful. The suite is spacious with a well-thought-out layout, making it effortless for a family stay. The room was impeccably clean, featuring whole-house smart controls, screen casting on the TV, and a mini-fridge—the hardware is top-notch. The lady working at breakfast was so kind, even getting a plastic box to pack some bread for the kids to take with us! It truly felt like a home away from home.

I stayed for three nights in Xi'an during the National Day holiday. I booked a 'Deluxe King Room,' and the hotel upgraded me to a 'Multimedia Room' free of charge. The room was spacious and located on the quiet side facing the residential area. The hotel provided complimentary welcome fruits, and the mini-bar's Xi'an specialty drinks like 'Bingfeng' and 'Sour Plum Juice' were also free and replenished daily. There was also a complimentary water dispenser by the elevators. 'Mango,' a hotel staff member, was very enthusiastic. She recommended local delicacies and shared tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls. I was very satisfied with this trip!

I booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), initially just for convenience, but it turned out to be surprisingly satisfying. Not only was the room spacious and the bedding clean and tidy, but the staff's service attitude was also exceptionally good, especially Kiko, Xiaoman, and Li Xiang. During the National Day holiday, there were even parent-child dice games in the lobby, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed, with many notebooks and pens as small gifts to choose from. It's a top choice for families. This experience left a deep impression on us, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xi'an.

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms. The pillows and bed were very comfortable, which is the best thing you can ask for as a traveler. I was originally going to book a hotel near the Datang Everbright City, but after checking the prices and reviews, I decided on this one. It's very close to the elevated highway on the second day and not far from the Everbright City either. Their breakfast, in particular, is genuinely amazing. Renaissance has always been a top-tier hotel brand, and even though they were acquired by Marriott, they’ve maintained their high standards of service and quality. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The room photos look exactly like the promotional pictures, so I won't bother uploading more.

I visited Xi'an during the National Day holiday, and the hotel's location was excellent and easily accessible. Downstairs, there were plenty of local specialty snacks and popular internet-famous shops. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the Bell Tower, making it very convenient for family trips. The bedding and facilities were complete and quiet. After a day of exploring, I could relax at the hotel and wake up refreshed the next day. I genuinely recommend it!

Our overall stay was very pleasant, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the front desk staff and Auntie Yan, the housekeeper on the 6th floor. With the continuous high temperatures in Xi'an, our room's daily supplies were used up quickly. After I briefly mentioned needing more bath towels to Auntie Yan, she quietly and proactively added two fresh towels to our room every day. When we ran into her before checking out, she greeted us warmly, offered us pre-prepared ice water, and reminded us to keep the air conditioning on. Her attention to detail and genuine sincerity made her service incredibly heartwarming, truly reflecting the warmth of the East House Hotel. However, the hotel's breakfast restaurant experience could use some improvement. The auntie at the noodle station seemed to have a poor sense of hygiene; she used gloves that had handled raw eggs to directly touch the serving bowls. After receiving our bowls, we could clearly see residual raw egg whites. Her service attitude was also cold, even a bit impatient. I hope for a better experience on my next stay.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

The lobby is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design that instantly washes away travel fatigue the moment you step in. The front desk staff were warm and generous, processing check-in and check-out very quickly. They proactively explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and nearby attractions, patiently answering all our questions. Their genuine and attentive service made us feel truly at home.
